All work was performed properly

They did a great job. It was a lot of work on short notice. They were very professional and friendly. They communicated well and were responsive.

n July we had a tree down across our driveway and my husband was able to chain saw it into small enough pieces to move it off the driveway but we needed the branches chipped and taken away. We had used Parks early in the summer to edge beds in the yard and called them again. Parks tried to be accommodating but had to reschedule because of their workload. The men arrived a little early and got right to work and cleaned the area perfectly. Not a stay branch was left.

The provider was not responsive to emails and phone calls. Never got to schedule the service as per request or meet the provider.

I received a quote from Park to remove a dying ash tree from a strip of land that I purchased from my neighbor. The quoted cost was $1550, which was three times higher the cost they quoted to my neighbor last year ($450). I contacted Park to ask them why the cost was such a large difference; within a few hours (on a Sunday!), I received replies from two people at Park - pretty impressive! They indicated that the higher cost was due to the fact that the tree was dead and too dangerous to climb, so a lift would have to be used. I ended up going with another tree service that performed the work for $350!

Well, They were on time to do the job. I thought a more experienced person would be coming to do the job, like a Mr. Greenthumb but I was shocked to see two young men pull up for the job. They were not vary smart when it came to answering ?,s I had about the care of the lawn and certain concerns I had. They were supposed to aerate the ground but they didn't , they did not level out the soil before laying topsoil, ( I pulled up old lawn and treated soil for Grubs ) so the ground was rather uneven because I knew they were coming to do aerating.So, they did not level ground or smooth it out before laying seed and peat moss so I think I am going to have a rough looking lawn in the spring IF the seeds take. I did ask this question at the time of the estimate if it was to late to do a new lawn and was told this is the best time!, Another thing, they used their hands (not a spreader) to sow the seeds so there are areas with more seed. This turned out well. We had a 40-50 foot tree in our front yard that was dead. They cut down the tree and hauled it away. They did not pressure me into any additional work. They referred me to a company that removed the stump. Getting the appointment set up was simple. They are a very professional company to work with.

Crew arrived on time and performed work per Angie's List Big Deal. Did a great job. Would definitely use again in the future.

The provider called to schedule the aeration within a day or two of when I purchased the Angie's List Deal of the Day. They informed me that they were starting aeration service on September 16 and would call the week prior to confirm the date of service. They called as they said they would and confirmed the date of September 16. I came home that evening with the work having been performed as agreed. Very reliable and professional.

Two workers showed up on the scheduled day to perform the aeration and over-seeding--some in the front yard and some in the back yard (about 1/4 acre total). They were very polite and carried out the work promptly. They also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves without me asking. I used an Angie's List Big Deal, so I'm not sure how much the price would have been otherwise. They left a coupon to have similar work done in the spring. Although the workers showed up promptly on the correct day, my only complaint was that I wish I could have been given more options about which day the work was scheduled (although they did say that it wasn't necessary for me to be there when the work was done).

This contractor did everything we wanted them to. We had a new roof put on and didn't want any damage to it so we had Parks Tree trim the deadwood off. We also had trees trimmed up that were touching roof. They worked both off a boom truck as well as by rigging. They performed their work SAFELY and professionally.

The work went fine. The soil was not the quality I asked for or expected.

They ended up trimming multiple shrubs. I was happy with everything and they worked hard.

.Came on time. Quality of dirt was fair, not great. Altho I described what I wanted done, 6 inches of dirt dug out and replaced with new soil in one bed...I had to supervise and keep reminding the workers of how i had asked the work to be done. One worker was pretty grouchy and seemed to not want to be there or not happy to do this work. One area had to be rototiller, I even had a tiller for them to use...but the worker seems unhappy to do this. Attitude of younger worker was great, older worker was not great. Work done adequate but not great with supervision and reminders from me Not sure it would have been done well without constant supervision.

Team arrived on time. One person aerated the front while the other did the back. Both men were courteous and answered questions to my satisfaction. After aeration they did the top seeding and then used blowers to remove loose material off the drive. Their work was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

They were on time,, polite and did everything we asked. We highly recommend them

(1) Workers were punctual and brought the proper equipment to perform work. (2) Able to complete entire canvasing of the area in approximately 20 - 30 minutes for the aeration and over-seed. (3) Left concise instructions on follow-up care. (4) I applied additional fall season seeding to specific areas and am now seeing some generation of grass. Of course, full extent of aeration etc. may not be evident until following season. (5) Workers were polite and professional in conduct.

They came on time and gave me options for doing the whole yard.

Was dissapointed at first when on the morning work was to be done we tgot a call asking if we could wait a week.When it was explained the prep work I did and that I travel,they said they would be out in 1-2 hrs.Within the houre a man showed up and did a supurb job.It turns out they were backed up with work and the boss who scedules the work but does not do it ,grabbed atruck and equipment and came out to do the work.Thats above the call of duty. The above note is ouit of date. It was for work done 2-3 yrs ago.

Easy scheduling. Showed up on time. Did the work requested. Cleaned up afterwards. No problems!

They set up and appointment (while being responsive to my needs), came on the day scheduled and completed the service. I was not home at the time - they left a card instructing me what was completed and next steps.

Parks Tree completed this job in multiple stages over several non-consecutive days, unfortunately, my partner & I both work and were not available during the hours in which the work was being completed. We'd return home to see the efforts that had been completed that day. Over the course of the job, Parks ran over our lawn & neighbor's lawn with their trucks/equipment causing not only damage to the grass, but lowering the overall level of the neighbor's lawn. Naturally, our neighbor was upset and wanted it resolved. Parks indicated that they would handle it - they threw down some dirt and a little grass seed. They did this twice because after the first application - they came back to complete additional work and re-damaged the same area of the lawns. Unfortunately, the 'fix' didn't work due to the birds eating all the grass seed (seems like the seed needed to be covered by Peet moss or hay??). I called and requested something further be done including installing sod in the damaged area of our neighbors lawn. I even offered to split/cover the cost of the sod. Ultimately, I worked with our neighbor's son to complete the repairs to the lawn ourselves. The tree stump grinding left a 'ton' of wood chips behind that took almost a week to get 'cleaned up.' Though, it still left behind another bag of grindings that I needed to clean up. Just not sure what happened on this job.

Andy and his team are wonderful! They are so professional and do a high quality job. We've used Parks tree in the past and our most recent job went just as smoothly the our priors. Andy is very responsive and is always availible via email to answer and questions or concerns. He even sent a email at 730am the morning of to let us know that the team was en route to the job. We would most definitely use Parks Tree again!

Tree removal was fine."missed a few that were designated. Trashed a Magnolia tree and spilled gas all over my blacktop drive in two places leaving major permanent stains.......Will never use again nor recommend ......I will caution anyone not to use them

They were here when they said they were, explained what they were doing and checked in upon completion, where they went over what to expect and when to mow, water, etc. the lawn. They cleaned up any soil cores on walkways and driveway.
