There was a delay in arrival time which interrupted plans I had made. Although they emailed me a change from 9 to 11:30, I called at noon because no one had arrived. Training had further delayed the crew. The crew did arrive later as rescheduled. They were courteous, went over the work to be done . Work had been estimated when I wasn't home per phone conversation. The quoted work only used $250 of the $500 covered by the big deal. The crew said cleaning dead branches of one pine tree would take the remaining $250 of work. Three men got right to work, done in one hour, cleaned up, left without talking to me or checking in. The holly was topped but the sides are still gangly. Seems like the pine tree work was not as much as the quoted work...wondering if the full value of the Big Deal was actually provided.

I purchased a big deal for Lawn Aeration and Overseed. They were quick to set up the appointment. Unfortunately, there was a snowstorm on the day of the appointment but they promptly rescheduled and performed the service on another date that worked for me.

They did a great job! They arrived on time and finished the work to help us have a healthier lawn. We have used them for two years now, and will continue to use their services.

I wanted a quote for cutting a large limb that I believed was dead or dying. He told me it was an Ash Tree that had Emerald Ash Borer and needed to be cut down, so I asked for an estimate to cut it down. I had two other trees that he said would be dying soon and should also be cut down. I went on the internet and did some research and found my tree was not an Ash but a Maple and did not have the disease. I had another company look at my tree and he confirmed my tree was a Maple and was healthy and did not need to be cut down only trimmed.

I was originally scheduled on November 13. They called and rescheduled for Monday the 18, I had a doctor’s appt. I left a note on the door stating what I wanted done. I come home at 4:15 form my appointment, note still on door, no one came. I emailed the company, they weren’t able to come. Stated we would reschedule for December 3. I have now requested a refund since they have not been able to do the work.

As I reviewed before, my wife arranged for this service before she died. After several phone calls and emails, nothing. I tried to negotiate a deal over the phone to clear leaves and branches from my property after the early snow storm. The person on the phone said I had received a refund. I did not. I left a message on their answering system, nothing. I think the terms 'heartless' and 'unprofessional' fit well into the description of this incident. I DO NOT recommend this company because of their unreliability. Unfortunately this is the first negative review I have had to submit to Angie's List. I am not one to easily complain but I believe this was purchased in APRIL.

They were very professional, prompt, and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again.

It turned out fine. It was raining so hard I felt sorry for them while they were working. But they did a nice job. They came out about 3 months ago an I didn't spend anything other than the cost of the deal. They punched holes in my lawn and reseeded it.

Lawn aeration and over-seeding: Delays due to weather were out of their control and must be an expectation for this type of service in our area at this time of year. New service date readily rescheduled. Post-treatment instructions clearly explained in writing.

I've used Parks Tree before and again, I was very satisfied. Within a week of calling for an appointment, I had an estimate and the work is done. An early snowfall caused the leaf-filled tree branches in my back yard to sag against the phone lines to my house and pull them dangerously low. Steve checked it out and sent me an email estimate, which I approved. Then today Justin and his partner came (on time) and took care of the problem. They even removed a branch from the neighboring yard that was pulling another electrical line down from my house and removed every downed tree limb. Now I don't have to worry about losing power during the next snow fall. A+ for responsiveness, price and a job well done!

They were efficient, they knew what to cut and what not to cut. We were very pleased with the outcome.

He trimmed 2 weeping cherry trees and took a couple of branches off a sweet magnolia tree. He was polite and efficient.

It turned out fine. They were cleaning up our yard. Cutting some branches and just made it look nice. I believe there were 2-3 crew members and they worked all day for us. We have used them another time too. They had a good deal the second time and they do great work, so that is why we called them back. They were professional and on time as well.

They did a good job. I had them over time about 2 times. They trimmed the trees and did fall clean up and they did a nice job. A full crew came out and it took them just a couple of hours to do all this work. They trimmed a huge oak tree in the middle of my back yard. They came with cherry pickers and were very skillful and very patient with me with having them cut certain branches to make the tree aesthetically appealing. They did a very fine job of trimming the tree as well as the extra difficulty of having to do it from my neighbors driveway as well as my own. I wished Angie's List would let me give them an A for patience too.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It was good. It's hard to tell, the fertilizer comes next year. As far as I know they did good. They always do good work. They call and say when they are coming and they arrive and do the job and they answer any questions I had and they were good.

Large limb broke off my maple tree during October ice storm and fell on rear of my garage. Had used Parks Tree two years ago to trim huge maple and smaller trees in my yard and was happy with service then. Called Thursday morning and they came out that afternoon and gave me an estimate. Did work following Wednesday during a very high volume schedule. Cleaned up all debris. Am very happy with work and will definitely recommend to others.

They had to delay a week due to an unexpected snowfall but then came out and aerated the lawn very well.

They did a good job. They gave us a specific time and they came at that particular time. So they were very punctual. The work was fine and they did a very good clean up job afterwards.
