The company made an appointment with me to come out and evaluate the trees in my yard, but they did not show up for the appointment. They would not honor the deal that I purchased, and tried to change the stipulations of the deal over the phone with me.

So I am waiting for my refund from Angies to go back into my cc.

It was fine. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They came out within a month or two after the deal was purchased.

It turned out really well. They came and did the work that I asked them to. They were very responsive and came when they said they were going to do. They were very nice while they were here. They found a part of my driveway that I didn't know existed. It was amazing. I wouldn't use them again in the future only because of their location. Apparently they're located quite away from me. Just because of the requirements for the big deal, they came and did it but they're a little too far for me to use.

They did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves and did a exactly what they were supposed to and are combatively priced.

Nick and Collin were pleasant, hard workers. They filled the time, really focused on the things they did and cleaned up everything beautifully. I would be happy to have them back.

They we were exceellent during the scheduling process and listened to all my concerns. They gave an estimate before they came so I'd know what all I could afford to have done. When they arrived, they were right on time and cleaned up after themselves.

They yard work was excellent. Everything was fine except 1 boxwood hedge, and it was not level when the work was completed and I didn't like the way it was done. This was done in winter, and it had snowed. A few months later when spring came, I contacted him about this. His reply was very snotty and said I should have called afterward, but it had snowed so it wouldn't have done any good. I hired someone else to get the boxwood hedge level again.

They did an ok job. The ground was very wet on the day they came out, so thier equiptment left a lot of tire marks in our yard. I wish they would have waited until the ground was a little dryer.

The past weather was very windy causing tree branches to hang all over the place . This company gave me a good deal , performed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up . Two branches were left hanging over my roof . They came back with no questions asked and cut them free of charge . Andy was very professional and courteous and kept me informed via email since I was working every time he needed to speak with me . THANKS ANDY ! YOU AND YOUR CREW ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED ! I will definitely use them again in the future !

This guy claimed in his response below "This customer required extensive clean up of dog feces" I NEVER REQUIRED or demanded anything, I tried asking a question. All he had to do was politely decline the job, if he had a problem with poop and I would have had no problems with them. instead, when I tried to ask if dog poop would be an issue, the guy freaked out! The guy obviously has some issues. All he needed to do was decline the job, and I would have had no problems with them. My only issue was the guy went nuts on the phone, yelling about how dog poop was beneath him. I didn't even intend to post this review. I called Angie's list to get a refund for the "Big Deal coupon for 4 hours of yard clean-up." The operator took my info and asked what had happened for me to require an refund. I assume it was Angies list policy to then post the info as a review.

We moved into a new house less than a year before and wanted to know what some of the unfamiliar trees in our yard were as well as have some overdue maintenance done. Steve came out in late spring and walked the property with us and spent plenty of time talking through things with us. A couple of weeks later he emailed a schematic of the yard with trees identified and separate quotes for suggested work for each tree/grouping. Since the budget is tight, we opted to do only the high priority areas this year. Steve was understanding and didn't pressure us or push the hard sale. The two person crew that came was on time, polite, and very clean. The work was done in a few hours and they were professional the whole time which is important since we have a young child and the work was all very close to the house. Steve recommended treating our healthy ash tree for borer, which we had done. We appreciated the long-term thinking and will use them for our tree needs in the future.

All for half the price of another tree service I had used earlier. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Everything was cleaned up perfectly. I would definitely hire them again.

That worked out fine. It took them a while to get out there. I had to track them down. I had to call them and ask them. I thought when I bought the deal that they would call me. I didn't actually see the seeds that they overseeded, but I assume that they did that. I definitely could tell that they aerated it. I think the price was good.

They actually did a good job and they came shortly after I purchased the big deal. They were really nice because the deal was supposed to be for a fall cleanup but because it said tree service, I thought that it was for trimming trees and they ended up doing what I asked them to do even though it would have been financially better for them to say, "No, we are just doing it for a fall cleanup." I did not have to spend any extra than the cost of the big deal but I do not really know what they charge regularly.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They are a super provider, probably one of the best. They have done awfully well. They do really good work. It is very high quality. They are incredibly competent. They are able to come in and assess things that need to be done within the framework of what I thought needed to be done. They set up about doing it really well and even went a little bit beyond what they needed to do. They stayed within the budget.
