Arrived as scheduled and did a great job

Spring clean up, including cleaning out all beds, putting down mulch, lawn fertilizing. I've been using Parks for several years now, at my previous home, and now my current home. They always do a great job and clean up well after themselves. The two guys working ran out of light and weren't able to finish the work. I called Andy (he's fantastic to work with) and he sent a guy out to complete the work. I will continue using Parks Tree in the future and have recommended them to several friends.

After having to reschedule due to inclement weather (which was done painlessly), Parks Trees came out midday and performed their services. Even though I was only able to interact with their workers briefly (as I had to return to work from my lunch break) the two gentlemen I did talk to were courteous and professional. Upon coming home, I was pleased with the work they did, which included trimming the low-hanging branches over my home and neighbors yard, as well as cabling the tree together where it divided into two. They also had to plank into my front yard to access the tree and I'm pleased to report that there was really no evidence or wear on my lawn from this. I thought the price for quantity of work they did was a little high, but the quality made up for it. I would use them again as well as recommend them to others.

This is the second time I've used Parks Tree Inc------and they have been, in a word, fantastic! Easy to work with, ease of scheduling, and everyone I've spoken with throughout the company has been knowledgeable and conscientious. Ricky did the actual core aeration and was attentive and hard-working and didn't mind spending a few minutes with me going over the property and addressing my concerns before he started to do the work. Upon completion, even under abysmal weather conditions, he made the effort to "tidy" things up. I will definitely use them again...

Left a message on 04/28/2014, I received a call the next day 04/29/2014 from Andy to schedule an appointment for a landscape consultation, I missed that call. I called back later that same day to both Andy's personal number (left a message to call me) as well as the main line. The main line told me they couldn't get me directly to Andy and they would relay a message to call me, OK fine. The next call I received was on 05/01/2014 from someone else and they said they could schedule me. I set up a time for 3:00pm on May 15th, two weeks out, whatever I'm sure they are busy its spring. I expressed that I worked 8:30-5:00 M-F and would need to take time off for that, they understood and didn't have any after 5 appointments, fine. My next conversation was a call today 05/15/2014 (date of appointment) from Andy @ 2:00pm stating that he cannot make it to our 3:00pm appointment and would need to reschedule. I have already taken a half day from work to make this appointment so i wasn't very happy. He stated that since I don't work on Thursdays we could schedule for next week Thursday or maybe Tuesday. I said I do work on Thursdays and I would have to see what i could do with my schedule to make that happen. Then he proceeds to ask me what work I want done, I explain that I am looking for a front and back renovation with tearing out of multiple things and new trees, shrubs and plants throughout, just like I told the scheduling person, and briefly in the original message. He tells me that if I'm looking for a redesign they don't really do that and they could do the work if i knew what I wanted done but that was about it. SO basically I wasn't listened to and then blown off, to bad I had a nice $8000.00 budget to work with that they will now never see a penny of because of a lack of respect for me and my time. If Andy or anyone in the office could have properly talked to me about my needs and explained what they could and couldn't offer none of this would have happened.

I purchased the 'Landscaper for a Day' Deal. I needed some help building a simple stone border around a couple of flower beds and the description of the deal seemed to fit. When I called to set up the appointment, I was told that the deal was only for 'maintenance' tasks. They sent three very young men to the house and they tried very hard to find little things to do, but I have a small yard so there wasn't much to be done. In the end, I could have paid the three teenagers next door much less for the same job. My fault for not calling first.

They did a good job taking care of my lawn and after the winter it looks good.

The landscaper was prompt in returning our call. We could not get him scheduled for 3 weeks.

They were very nice. But they could not do the work as soon as I needed it done.

Service day was excellent. Setting up the appointment was frustrating, as they use a telephone answering service that seems disconnected from their business, and refused to schedule via Angie's List or e-mail. The result: lots of phone tag, and almost an hour of time spent on my part just trying to schedule.

They are good. It was not bad. I didn’t see them and they just did their job. I contacted them to do the service and they scheduled it for me. When they were ready to come up, they let me know that they are coming and then they came out and performed the service. Their communication and responsiveness is quite good and not bad. I think the price is good. They are friendly and came out at the time they said they would come out. I am happy with them. There were no bad experience happened. I don’t have any bad things for them. They are not bad at all.

Utilized the 4 hour for $149.00 coupon offered in Angie's List. I emailed them before I purchased the coupon to make sure they could provide the services that I needed. They were very responsive and emailed me right back. Angie's List did a great follow-up work with the purchased coupon letting me know that Park Tree would contact me in 2 days. They contacted me the next day. We set up an appointment to look at my yard in the spring. No problem accommodating my work schedule. We then set up a date and time to perform the work. All went as planned and on schedule

Parks Tree service did a fantastic job. Bucket truck was used to carefully cut and lift branches through the electrical wires. This process took several hrs with multiple workers assisting. They gave equal attention to clean up afterwards. No debris or branches left behind. They even raked! Don't forget to ask for the Angie's List discount, which they removed from the final bill

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they pretty much did what I wanted them to do in a timely fashion. Overall I would give it a positive mark, for sure. The quality of the work and what they did for the price we agreed upon all seemed to fit into my criteria. Overall it was a decent transaction so no complaints. I paid additional to the Big Deal price for the top seeding and yard cleanup.

They're very good. They know to let you know that they're here. They cleaned up. It was pretty wet and they could have left a lot of mud on the sidewalk and the driveway but they didn't. They cleaned up the mud.

They have been responsive, nice, and very accommodating. They wanted to wait until the weather was better before doing the work. They will be doing the work in May.
