I called them a second time when I had storm damage from my trees. He made an appointment and he never showed. He said he had called me and emailed me, but I never received either. I do not wish to use this provider, therefore have requested a refund.

Andy provided a prompt, fair quote, and work was quickly scheduled. They arrived on time the day of service, and were very professional. The did a great job, everything was done as promised. They cleaned up everything, and we couldn't have been happier with the job. Was done at a great price as well. Would not hesitate to call them again!

They came when they said they would and did what they were asked to do. They were also easy to get in touch with to schedule the appointment. I had no problems with them at all and I was satisfied with the price.

We scheduled an appointment for an estimate, Andy arrived on time and walked through it with me. He took Photos, so no questions about what we discussed, and within 2 hours I had a written estimate e-mailed to me. We scheduled the work, within 2 weeks later, crew showed up and all work was done in a professional matter. The crew walked through the job, and asked permission to park on my drive, cleaned up and did a post walk through to ensure I was satisfied. Wish all jobs went this well!!

That went well. They trimmed a tree in the back yard. They came out and they did the work quickly.

I couldn't be more pleased with both crews. The tree crew (Betsy, Phil, Ricky and Steve) showed up right on time and went right to work. They did an awesome job of reshaping and removing dead branches from our front trees. It was fun watching Betsy climb the large elm and bringing it down piece by piece. The tree crew was very professional, efficient and friendly. The landscaping crew (Nick and David) showed up a little early and after checking in with me and making sure there were no special directions, went right to work. They worked continuously and efficiently to get the work done. It did take a few hours longer than expected due to the massive amount of beds and weeding needed. They went above and beyond my expectations and worked into the evening to get the job done. The landscaping crew was also very professional, efficient and friendly. Both crews did a great job and were more than willing to answer any questions I had and were very knowledgeable. Our experience with Park Trees has made the choice of landscapers and tree service to call an easy one. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Parks Tree was amazing. Everything was done quick and easy. Andy was amazing to work with! We needed to get this job done quickly because our neighbors were putting a fence up and only gave us about a few weeks notice. Andy worked with our time line as well as the fact that we were going to be on vacation and got the job done perfectly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My husband and I work all kinds of hours and we really appreciated the flexibility and piece of mind Andy and everyone at Parks Tree gave us. Thank you all.

A team of three arrived about 12:45 today, 26th, and worked steadily until about 2:30. They spotted the limbs to be cleared and the area I was most interested in. Branches hanging low over a neighbor's garage were cut well back. After removing the limbs, and shredding, the area was cleaned up. The Park's team were all friendly, and professional. Steve stopped by to check on progress. As before I was very pleased with what was done, well worth the $199. The young woman on the team, Debby, did the climbing and watching her up in the tree was "awesome" as they say. Park's definitely deserves to be on Angie's List.

He extended the Deal's deadline one more day so that I would be able to take advantage of the offer. He also will be doing a rototill for me that would be outside of the Deal for an extra $30.

The service went fine. I was not home while they did the job but I was pleased with the outcome. The staff was efficient and scheduling was not an issue.

We purchased a deal from Angie's List; $279 for $400 of landscaping work. The arrived early and 2 men worked 4 hours each. It was one of our best deals ever. My wife was so delighted that for days afterward she would exclaim as she went outside "Oh, how great our yard looks now!" They cut and shaped our bushes and trees, picked up embedded acorns in our lawn without tearing it up. The trimmed our pachysandra, low hanging tree branches and cut down climbing ivy. They picked up leaves and pulled out grass that was coming up between our brick sidewalk. Their work immediately improved the look of our home. I will definitely use them again.

I purchased a big deal and our job was a bit bigger and we needed materials to complete the job, hence the additional cost. We met with Andy two times before his crew came out to do the work. We needed to have topsoil, mulch and grass seed provided by Parks. The two workers arrived, we discussed the entire job and they went right to work. They were very easy to work with, put in the time they promised and completed the job on time. My wife and I were very happy with the results and I would not hesitate to call Parks Tree for any of our future landscapeing needs.

It went fine. I had them concentrate on the front yard. They brought 2 techs out.

The first time I purchased an Angie's deal for Parks Tree, they emailed right away. I had to contact them twice before hearing back. Once Steve came out, all communications were great. The three young men that worked at our house were great. They did exactly what we asked, despite the breakdown of equipment which leaked on our drive. Good thing we aren't having the drive redone until later this summer!

It went very well. they did exactly what i asked them to do, and did a great job cleaning up.

Very professional and friendly. Squeezed me in to this busy season. Price was very competitive, and staff were very accommodating.

Some of the gardens needed raking to remove the leaves from the growth and it didn't appear that rakes were used there. The yard was o.k., but there were noticeable leaves remaining throughout.

Parks Tree was very responsive. They set up an appointment to come and evaluate the amount of mulch needed, as well as setting up a date for the actual service. I received emails confirming both appointments. They underestimated just a little the amount of mulch needed to fill in a big bed on the front lawn around the trees, but it's not really a problem. In addition to the cost of the Big Deal, we had agreed to an extra charge supposedly for additional time needed to complete all the work we wanted done. Three guys arrived just before 9 a.m. and my husband called me at work around 11:30 a.m. and said they were just about finished. I'm not sure what the additional charge for the extra time was all about, but all in all I felt it was worth the total cost that we paid (which included the mulch). They did a very nice job edging all the beds and everything looked very nice and neat. We will definitely consider using them again next year.

Issue 1: Insufficient time was quoted for the work requested. On the day the work was scheduled, the crew was to arrive at approximately 9:00 AM and finish by Noon. My husband arrived home at 11:30 AM and discovered that none of the leaves had been removed from the property. The two workers informed my husband that they started at 9 and didn't have enough time to remove all the leaves. They told my husband if we wanted the leaves removed entirely, we would have to pay for 2 more hours at a rate of $55 per man hour. They stated it had taken them the entire time to clean the flower bed in the front yard. My husband told them to work the remaining balance of the time removing the yard leaves and leave because we weren't going to pay them any more for work that should have been quoted originally. Issue 2: Damaged flowers. After the workers left, we discovered that the tulip buds in our front flower bed had been cut off. I called Andy 3 times that afternoon to inform him that we were very disappointed. The job to remove the leaves was not completed and our flowers were damaged. Issue 3: Unresponsive customer service The phone number for Andy offered no voicemail to leave a message and thus would hang up on me after a few rings. Even more upset, I then emailed Andy my concerns and asked to be called back as soon as possible. I did not hear from him until 2 days later in which Andy replied to my email. He stated that Parks Tree would come back and finish the job if we paid them more money. He also stated that his guys did not cut our flowers off. We were informed that a blower was used that must have been too forceful for the flowers. Furious, I called Andy upon reading the email. I told him that the intent of the service request was to remove the leaves from the yard, not to clean the flower beds. I told him I wanted them to come back out and do the job that was to have been done in the first place. His response was if we paid them more money then they would finish. I then told him I wanted my flowers replaced- he again stated, if we would pay him more money they would fix it. I then told him I wanted a refund, that the job that was paid for was not done. He was not willing to work with me and stated he would have the owner, Steve call me. Issue 4: Attitude from the owner Steve did not in fact call me, he called my husband wishing to discuss "his wife's complaints" because he was actually on the property when the workers were present. My husband called Steve to discuss our dissatisfaction and explain the details of the situation. My husband explained to Steve our issues with incomplete work and damaged flowers. Steve questioned why my husband did not direct the workers to work only on the leaves we wanted removed in a tone that implied that somehow this was our fault. My husband explained that our schedule could not allow us to be present until 11:30 AM. It was further explained that the primary reason we requested their services was to remove the leaves from the yard, not the flower beds. Steve responded in denial, stating that the work order and the quote did not say to remove leaves as a primary service. Frustrated, my husband asked Steve to read verbatim what the quote read. Steve responded that he did not have his glasses and could not read it to my husband. Steve then said he would e-mail a copy of the estimate to my husband for review and he would discuss things the next day. Steve told my husband that he was leaving the office soon and could not resolve our situation at this time. My husband questioned why the owner of this company did not have his glasses ready to review our situation. Steve took this criticism of his company's level of customer service as a personal attack on his need to wear glasses. Steve then told my husband that he would not help us. He said that my husband and I "just like to argue" and said he was done with us. At this point, Steve hung up on my husband. My husband never received the email that Steve promised nor have we heard from the company since. This company has very poor customer service and lacks the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Unfortunately they need to be supervised every second when they are on the job, even if it is just to remove dead leaves from your yard. We do not recommend using this company, as they are not consistent with their information and are not willing to admit that they ruined our flowers, did not remove our leaves or make any attempts to resolve this. This service was a waste of money. We will never use this company again or recommend their services to anyone.

Job performed well and on time.

The first two times, they were excellent, and the last time, they kinda didn't do it, I didn't watch and they didn't do a good job, the didn't pick up all the sticks, they didn't weed the flower bed and that was kinda crucial and they unhooked my dog'd chain so that they could edge a patio and they didn't hook it back, my dog almost ran by himself. Last time, they were very meticulous in cleaning out the flower beds, this time all they did was blow leaves and they left the weeds that started at the back so I'm not as happy with them. I would say that they were professional, my problem was they didn't go out and check.

Everything was great! Scheduling was easy, the crew showed on time, and they worked hard the entire time that they were at the house. Ultimately, we were very pleased with the end result.

Great, came out with a free estimate and crew removed trees efficiently and safely. This was the second time I used Park Tree. I was very impressed by their professionalism.

The job they did was fine. It was not exceptional. My sense was that a core aeration was supposed to help your lawn and this spring, my lawn has never been worse. I can't say that it was really good for the core aeration. I contacted them and they said it was related to the cold winter and basically deal with it so I was like, Okay. It may have been related to the winter, but I thought they knew they could have handled mine into a little bit better. There was a chance but it's not completely their fault. I've now learned that the pricing was more expensive than it should have been. They were not responsive the second time I called them.

The flower/shrub beds looked great when they left. Unfortunately, the weeds grew up through the mulch within a short time. I did not call and report problem, just picked the weeds myself.
