the service went ok overall. Two men came to perform 4 hours of service. 1 of them was very professional and good. I often found the second one to just disappear on the job or found him talking on the phone for a long period of time. The 1st guy was easy to approach and as a courtesy used a trimmer to remove the weeds that he couldn't remove by hand. I felt like if the second guy had spent more time on the job instead of on the phone, they could have removed more of the weeds.

Will they do this "next Spring" or do I receive my money back?

Team of three were punctual and professional. Initially went over what was needed and did a wonderful job.

I have used this company 4 times in the past and they keep getting better. I have had two lawn aerations, one yard cleanup and a very large oak tree recently removed from my property. Their prices are competitive and they are responsive, dependable and complete the work as promised. I highly recommend.

I scheduled and they were supposed to come out and cut down the trees and it's right when a huge storm hit, so we rescheduled and they did some other work for me. They've been great. They came out and they gave me a price. We've just been going back and forth, so it's kind of like my fault in not scheduling correctly. They are friendly, they came out, they were responsive and I have no complaints about them at all. The price was fine. They were supposed to come out with a mulching truck, which they never did and that's where that confusion came in. They didn't bring out the right equipment to do the job at the time they were supposed to come out.

They were unable to schedule the work for a while out, so I found another deal.

It worked out very well! We have used them twice.

I signed up for a day package for two tree pros to come out to my house for $1299.00 as a package......w my credit card....never had any response whatsoever

That was a fine experience. They showed up 45 minutes early. The two techs basically did a fall cleanup. They emptied my pots, dug out the dead plants, and tidied up the yard. It took them about 3 hours. I feel like I paid a little too much for what I had them do.

From Andy who provided the estimate to the three individuals who did the actual work, they were very pleasant and professional. They were punctual and worked steadily until job was complete.

Very professional and satisfactory

I've had a busy fall business travel season and I splurged and hired someone to do my fall leaf clean up. What a joy to co home and find my yard and beds spotless and huge piles of leaves at the curb for city pickup. Park was a pleasure to talk with while scheduling the appointment and they came when scheduled. They are an excellent company to do business with.

There was a little miscommunication in the beginning and Parks Tree thought they called me by accident and came out but did not over seed. I called and they came out the next day and over seeded. Did a good job and I have also had them come and a**** my trees for seasonal pruning which they will be doing in November.

We had some snafus in the beginning - I bought a deal through Angie's List that said they would contact me, and they were waiting for me to call them. I'm choking it up to a simple misunderstanding because once we had the appointment scheduled, all went smoothly. I bought 8 hours of landscaping work; since 2 guys showed up, they worked for 4 hours and did so non-stop, completing everything I asked them do. Courteous, professional service - I'd hire them again.

Do not walk...RUN in the opposite direction from these guys. They didn't respond respectfully to my complaint (that they hadn't done all the work before leaving...I was on the phone with business calls). I made the mistake in giving them a check under the belief that they'd do everything they said (or at least make good on it). In any case, when I called to question the work, they kept on saying "did they keep you from reviewing the work they did ....AGAIN I told them I had been on business calls and wasn't able to break free. AGAIN (3 more times, "did they prevent you from giving the go ahead that the work was complete??" Numerous calls back and forth , still no mention on making good on work.... finally they send out one of their landscaping crews to finish...they had NO POLE SAW, and still tried to convince me they had cut off limbs (I saw no evidence of fresh cuts) that were on their estimate. I finally had to buy my own pole saw to finish up!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

Employees arrived early and worked efficiently, aerating approximately 10,000 square feet of lawn. Both did a nice job with one working the front yard and the other working the back yard. They finished in approximately 1 hour. I would use Park's again for services.

Parks returned my calls promptly and provided us with a competitive quote the next day for the project. The quote, appointment reminder, and invoices were immediately sent via email, which was convenient. On the scheduled day, the crew arrived on time, performed the work as requested, and left the yard in good shape. The crew was friendly and professional. All in all, Parks did a good job, and I would definitely hire them again.

Good communication. Called for appointment date. Came on that date and did the job well. No problems with this company I would use them again and have schedule them for another service.

When they came out they explained that there were too many leaves on the ground and would have to charge more to do the service. When they were finished we were still within the original agreed upon time frame that we had purchased. I found him to be very rude as he was arguing with my mother which made her quite angry. They didn't even remove all the leaves.

Service appointment had to be rescheduled and we played "email tag" trying to coordinate a time. The aeration was pretty "shallow".....usually you see "doodles" or chunks of soil pulled up. The removed soil was so small, I had to call the company to confirm that they had completed the service. I guess I will see how well things went next spring when the lawn greens up!

Vey good service at a pretty reasonable price. Nick and his colleague were listening to my opinions and did what I asked them to do. They are very professional and did a pretty good job at a 4-hour time frame.Thanks to their professional service.

They were great. They did what they were supposed to do and I hired them for a different job. They were reliable, on time, did not leave any mess and they worked under unusual circumstances. The prices were good and they were lower than others. I have no complaints.

Their prices very high. Our landscapers do the work at half the price. They did not come out when they were supposed to and they did not call me. They were very nice. They honored the coupon price.

They did alright. I would probably rate them 5 or 6 out of 10. I am not sure if they have done the job correctly or not. The guys that have done the over-seeding prior to them, a couple of years prior to them, I think that they have done a fantastic job. I did not see that much of a set of over-seeding with Parks Tree when they have done it. I think the cost was probably the same as the big deal of 129 dollars, probably a 150 or 160 range, not much higher, probably a 30 dollars difference.

The service went well. There were some issues scheduling but it all worked out in the end.
