I've used them multiple times. I am always very pleased with them. They do great work.

They did not have enough mulch. They did not follow my request of placing the mulch in my backyard first and then my front yard with the lack of mulch that they had.

An Angie's List deal. They came when they said they would. The beds look great and there isn't a mess to clean up.

My inquiry was addressed immediately and an appointment made. Two men promptly arrived as scheduled. They were polite and business-like. The work was completed in 30 minutes. My questions about proper fertilizer were answered with the confidence of seasoned professionals.

I wouldn't recommend them. The owner gave a quote of for 5 yards of mulch. When the crew came to put it down they ran out of mulch and had to order 4 more yards. They came back 2 days later to finish the job. That ended up costing me an extra 200 that I wasn't planning on. Not sure if they estimated low on purpose to get the job or if it was an honest mistake. When they put the mulch down they covered up all my perennials. After they left I had to go around and uncover them and move the mulch around. Won't be using them again!!

Needed to change date of service. So nice about it. Great job!

It turned out well. They missed a few plants but that was fine. They did a good job on what they did. I would hire them again.

This is the second time I have done business with Parks Tree. In the fall they came out to treat my tree for Ash Bore disease and cut down a tree. This time I called them to come out treat a tree with bore ash disease. The owner, Justin Parks came. He was on time and highly professional. I will definitely use them again

This was the first time that I had used Parks Tree for a tree removal and I was extremely pleased with the job they did. they were prompt with the appraisal, got a $150 off for being an Angie's List member, so the price was extremely good. I got e-mail confirmations for my appraisal time and date for the tree removal, that was a first for me from any contractor, and they were prompt and polite. The day of the removal was TERRIBLE weather even fro NE Ohio but the crew showed up and tackled the job. Betsy was GREAT! Very pleasant and crew worked hard and the did a great job. Cut the wood and left for firewood, did a better than expected job of cleaning up after they were done. I would definitely use them again.

It?s easy for me to write a review about Parks Tree, the work they did in my yard was top notch! From the first knock at my front door, when I met that cheery ball of energy named Betsy, to the last knock at the door when Betsy told me the crew was leaving and to ask if the job was done to my satisfaction. The crew of three was always conscientious and respectful to the property around the two trees that were coming down. They moved items that were close to the trees off to a spot on the far side of our patio to insure they would be out of any possible danger during the felling process. It was obvious from Betsy?s many instructions to the crew during the process, that safety was the top priority concerning both my property and their crew. They moved at a good pace but also a deliberate, planned pace to avoid mistakes. When they were done with the tree work, they did a clean-up job that actually had that area of the yard looking better than it was before they arrived! They were professional in every way and it was a pleasure having them do this work in my backyard. Betsy answered any question I had with a smile that let me know she cared about the job she was doing and the company she was representing. I don?t think the woman could walk slow if she tried, she moves out, always at a rapid pace. So, a big thank you to Angie?s List for bring a top of the line company like Park Tree to my attention and kudos to Park Tree for what you do! I highly recommend this company!

Very professional - went to a special supplier for the limestone I wanted without charging extra. Followed up afterwards - Great to partner with. I am going to use their services again this year.

I wouldn't hire them again. They did not want to perform the service I requested. The father did not want to finish the work so he sent his son. His son finished the work and was very unprofessional

arrived when promised and took care of lawn - no issues.

They did a good job. There was no issue. They were on time for the appointment. They were professional and courteous. They were very nice and they did their job. Their quality of work was good.

They turned out fine. We had snow real early this year. They couldn’t remove the leaves with the snow on them. So we had to wait until the snow melted before they could come out. So it took a while for them to get here. They stayed in touch with us. They did a fine job. There was no additional charge as we didn’t have any additional work done than what was included. They came when they said they would when the final date was set.

They did a fantastic job. They showed up on time. They worked the entire time they were here and we were very pleased.

The firewood is awesome, it burns well and its well seasoned. I wish I could have had it delivered sooner, their earliest delivery date was a week and a half later, which is when we were out of town for the holidays. They were very professional, delivered it on the day they said they could, and I couldn't be happier with the firewood.

It was excellent. There were no additional charges. Their service was excellent. They were thorough. They removed all of the leaves. As an end result, I was ready for winter. They were professional and they were good communicators. They were thorough in their work. I would recommend them.

I purchased an Angie's list coupon for $1,300 which included three men for seven hours with a large bucket truck and chipper. They removed a total of 6 trees with tree trunk diameters ranging from 12-24 inches in diameter. Everything went well and the 3 man crew was able to remove the 6 trees within allotted time. Four of the trees were hardwood (Locust and Basswood) and two of the trees were pine. I kept the hardwood so that I could burn it in my fireplaces. Unfortunately, their truck filled up with wood chips from the tree branches and they could not haul away the pine logs. If you get this service and have lots of trees to remove, they will need to make one or more trips to a yard waste facility to dispose of the wood chips. These trips will impact the amount of time they can dedicate to actual tree removal. So while you have the crew for seven hours, some of that time may involve a trip to the yard waste facility. This will depend of the type of work that is being performed. Overall I was pleased with the service. The crew was prompt, courteous and professional throughout the whole day. I would definitely use Parks Tree in the future.

I bought an amazon deal of $199.00 for $400.00 worth of tree work. I checked Angie's list and they had a very good rating, so I went ahead with it. I also wanted the stumps ground and agreed on a price for that work. They cut down the two trees and left some of the branches. they never came back to grind the stump and never called me to explain.

Very satisfied w/the service provided.
