the did an awesome job! Above my expectations! my yard was so clean when they left. I was so worried I would have a mess to clean up, NOPE! I will be calling them for more work on other trees in my yard. and I am going to recommend them to my friends.

Very poor service, did not complete the job, work very slowly and get little done for a contracted day of services. Would not advise anyone to use this company.

Very good workers. Left work site clean. Would definitely hire again.

They threw some mulch on my flowers. We found some mulch in the back and on the stone parts that they didn't clean up. They didn't complete the work.

We got the $299 Landscape for a day (8 hours)- Angie'slist deal on 6/16/2015. The appointment was scheduled for 7/13/2015 at 9am. A three-men crew arrived one hour late and worked for about an hour, then left to work on another place and returned around 2:15 pm. They work until around 3:15 pm. We needed to remove some plants. They didn't accomplish much and did not have/use the tools (chain saw) needed to do the job. I do not recommend them.

The crew did exactly as instructed and cleaned up afterwards.

Pretty good overall service for general landscaping work. They were very good at weeding, mulching and trimming, but were less proficient at more technical work such as separating and replanting flowers and pruning flowering bushes. They did diligently work through the job list, though, and frequently asked questions about items they weren't sure about.

The workers and I use that term loosely, removed dead plants and vines. One of them spent most of the time just blowing leaves and dead vegetation around getting a lot of the stuff in my small pond. I asked one of them to cut down my ornamental grasses to the ground and he cut them to about 4 feet from the ground, he said they do not cut them all the way to the ground(I do every year) They were careless and trampled a lot of the emerging perennials and knocked down some landscaping lights, my gazing ball was damaged and they moved my cast iron furniture out but did not replace it(too heavy for me to move). At 330 they were getting ready to leave and I went to the truck and said there was still a lot of debris for them to remove. They got out of the truck and picked up some of the debris but I had to drag some of it to the truck as they were getting ready to leave again. They all smoked the entire time they were here so it was hard for me to track them to keep them on track as the smoke was so irritating. I was still left with a lot of yard work that I had expected to be done. I would NOT recommend this outfit! They were careless and totally not professional.

I've used them before and the other crews did a better job. I'm happy though. The guys are always very nice.

I knew whether the trees were falling through or my dogs were safe. The workers were very professional. They had no problem answering questions or getting right to work. They were very good. They were early. Three of them came out to do the work. They were here for about three and a half hours. Everything was quite tidy.

That was excellent. They were very pleasant. They honored the "Big Deal" that they promised. They were the best.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Parks Tree Inc. We utilized an Angie's List deal for 3 yards of mulch delivered and installed for $199, which was considerably cheaper than the prices we had paid to others in the past. We prepaid for the deal on Angie's List and then received a call to schedule the appointment. We were able to schedule a mutually convenient time and Parks Tree Inc arrived promptly. They spread the mulch in the flower beds around the bushes and plants and then swept the sidewalk and hosed off the driveway. They were friendly and did a great job!

They did the job pretty well. I don't think I paid anything extra other then the big deal price. The work was good for the price since it was a special. Otherwise, I think it a little high and that's why I didn't call them back. The workers were good and prompt.

This was one of those special deals and I was pleased with the results. I have a lot of areas to be mulched. The crew arrived as scheduled and were quick and neat about their work. I could have used a bit more mulch and would have paid extra for it, but I was not home at the time - my fault, not the company's. Would be happy to recommend them and to use them again.

It was a pretty good experience. They did it twice. I just had to watch out for my sprinkler system so they didn't damage that. They do a good job. They wanted to come back a second time. I wasn't agreeing with that. They did it anyway. So, the cost was a little high. I paid for that second time. They were here in no time at all. They were arguing a little bit.

It went fine, good. The workers were very friendly, very efficient.

The work was performed sooner than I expected (there was an unexpected opening) so I was out of town when the work was performed. They did a good job trimming the tree and cleaning up afterward. After playing "phone and email tag" I had them perform injections to combat Emerald Ash Borers. They were very good about fitting me into their schedule and nice people to work with. I will hire them again when it is time to treat the tree again.

set up time for the job over the phone. they were very busy so it was about three weeks out, but I had no problem with that. would have wanted sooner, but that was not their fault. Gentleman gave me a day, and they came on that day and did a nice job of spreading the mulch. My only issue was that I thought 3 yards would have gone further than it did. Overall, very good job

Needed to purchase additional mulch; did not purchase enough for all my trees but overall company did a gret job

We purchased a coupon for installed mulch. I called to find out if they could do some other work (edging, prepping beds for mulch. We agreed to pay an extra $322. for prepping and edging 3 beds. When they did the work they ignored specific instructions such as not to cover an area that had low flowers. I had to attempt to remove the mulch after they'd gone. Also two plants that I'd just put in were pulled out. One was left on the driveway, the other disappeared altogether. When I phoned, they did send a check to reimburse me for the cost of the two plants ($26.). However, after about 5 days, I noticed lots of weeds coming through the mulch. I moved the mulch around. It appears that they did not prep the beds by removing weeds, but rather put the mulch over the top of the weeds. I really feel that I did not get my money's worth in this transaction and would not use them again.

The mulching was fine. They did forget to mulch around two of the trees, but when I called about it they promised they would come back out the next time they were in the area and take care of it...which they did. The problem was in the edging of the beds. Very unprofessional job with the edge following the grass rather than the shape of the bed. As such, you have a curved bed which juts out all over the place and as a result it looks very un-uniform and odd looking. I sent several emails requesting that they come back out an view this (as it is most certainly not the norm) and they neither responded to my inquiries nor came out to do anything about it.
