Very well! They were schedule for 6-Sep, but had an opening on 1-Sep and called to check if we could use them earlier. They called while on their way and did a really nice job. We reviewed the work areas before they started and then before they were done to ensure that they had addressed all the dead branches and trimming that was needed. Then they cleaned up the yard including leaves and such that were along the sidewalk. The yard looked cleaner than when they started by far! Their price was the best of 3 other tree companies by around $400! Very satisfied by the whole experience! Highly recommended!

Purchased an offer for 10.5 hours of service. The owner stopped by to discuss what we wanted done and made a priority list. He the followed up to scheduled the appt. The 3 workers were great. They got to work right away and were very fast, but once we got to our larger oak in the back he had to call the office to clarify if the removal of large branches were covered in the promo we purchased. He was unable to reach the owner/manager so they pruned smaller branches and I found some other items I wanted to address while we waited. The owner was supposed to follow up to make a recommendation on pruning or removal of the oak, but never heard back.

Crew was on time, extremely efficient and finished more work than initially thought could be completed. I highly recommend Parks Tree Service and Betsy who ran the crew. Will use them again.

Very sloppy. Some bushes were not trimmed, those removed were done by machine and took flowers aroun gas lights with them on one side. Mulch suppose to have weed prevention but n one section it has more than ever. Mulch was slopped on drive, porch, and rock wall

Very well, the three person crew was on-time, completed all of the work requested and even asked if they could complete some additional work I that I did not see. They cleaned all of the areas they had worked - nothing left for me to move or clean. The crew was very professional and easy to work with.

it did not go well. they were supposed to dig out the bed, replace all the soil, add new soil and seed the area with grass seed. they did a poor job digging out the old soil and instead of replacing it with new soil, they rototilled the old soil and then seeded. needless to say, the invasive plants are still growing in the area and i've had to kill most of the grass to eliminate the invasive plant that the left in the bed, this has been going on for 2 months, when i called the estimator to discuss my concerns, he was dismissive and said that everything was done according to the estimate. He was not interested in viewing the area and making any accommodation. i feel i was cheated and their customer service was abominable,

The work was completed in the time estimate. It looked so much better than I expected. They guys were very knowledgeable and offered suggestions on how to maintain the area and what types on plants might work best...GREAT JOB.

Everything was done according to plan. Workers were courteous and punctual. They even came earlier per my request. Always very accommodating. I have used them several times.

They pulled gardens full of weeds, took out small bushes, trimmed an evergreen, edged the sidewalk and driveway, cleaned out the old brush ... Made the yard look great!

I requested an estimate for the removal of six diseased ash trees and stump grinding of the six trees via email on Angie's List and received a call from Steve at Parks Tree the same day. Andy came out to my home the next day and provided me with an estimate. Andy called me to say he left the estimate in my mailbox and to let him know if I needed anything else. The estimate was also emailed to me. After reviewing Parks' estimate, as well as two others I had received, I decided to have them do the work. I called Andy. He said they could start the job the following Thursday. I told Andy I forgot about the need for a pine tree and stump to also be removed in addition to the ash trees. He said he would come out again and add it to the estimate. I received emails confirming the scheduled days of the job. Andy came out to my home again on the Wednesday before the start of the work and emailed me with the additional estimate. The crew started the job as scheduled on Thursday, continued on Friday and completed everything with awesome clean up on Saturday. I spoke to a couple of the crew members on site, and they were very professional and courteous. Thank you Parks Tree!!

Josh and Mike were very prompt, they were very nice and did an excellent job.

I was very disappointed. The price was high. They did not trim out the dead wood because they said it would kill the tree.

Parks Trees was very responsive and followed up on appointment. Two workers came and did a good job on our project. We needed all our beds edged and new edging done along our entire back fence - was edged and dirt turned and was was ready for finishing.

We purchased their 3 yards of mulch special. The Crew did the job quickly and tHey were friendly, courteous and did a great job!

Went extremely well -- I reached out to three recommended companies for bids, and Parks Tree was the only one that got back to my initial inquiry. When I told them that another company underbid them, they lowered their to match. They were easy to get a hold of and very responsive overall. On the day of, they showed up on time with a full crew and got to work - and it was a LOT of work! They were at it until almost 5pm with a very short break for lunch. They cut down all five trees to log-lengths and put all the branches in a chipper. Then they cleaned up each area - stacking the wood in a pile, and dumping the chippings where we asked them to (next to our large veggie garden, where they will be used as mulch). I was very impressed and will recommend them / use them again for any other tree work we might have.

Tried to set up an appointment over about a few weeks' time. Was told that we had to call before a certain time in the morning to and we did several times and still the person was not available, because he left early or stepped out for a minute or two. To be fair, he did call back once, but we missed that call. Tried to set up by email and received a response. Finally set up an appointment and missed work to wait but no one showed. Tried a few times to set up another appointment and they did not respond. Did not respond to my email about the missed appointment. We kept at trying to get an appointment because other customers give this service fabulous reviews. Not sure what happened here, but suspect that they are so busy that they don't really care. Suspect that we just got on the wrong side of the guy who answers the phone when the owner is not available. At one point he literally growled over the phone something like, "you aren't the type of customer who expects us to accommodate you?" -- incredulous that a customer might ask for an estimate in the evening or or on a weekend and hung up. Maybe if I bought a coupon through Angie's List they would have been bound. Of course, why would I trust this provider now? I am using Northeast Landscaping in Solon. Very happy with their responsiveness, customer service and price.

There's very little to say except that the team was very professional, very personable, and clearly cared about this customer and his tree. The scheduling was convenient and the team arrived right on schedule. The price was also very reasonable. This is the third treatment for our tree (it is treated every two years) and we'll have Parks Tree back in 2018 for the next inoculation.

I spoke to Andy of Parks Tree about trimming 7 small trees in my backyard. He asked me why I wanted the trees trimmed. I explained that the trees added no aesthetic value to my property. Andy suggested that his team cut the trees instead. I thought this was a much better solution. He gave me a very reasonable quote. The team arrived on the date scheduled. They cut the trees and hauled away the debris. My backyard looks great.

When Andy, sales rep, from Parks Tree came to evaluate the job he was very pleasant. He told me he would call me and tell me exactly what was needed. He called me and told me I was going to have pay an additional 899.00 for extra crew and trucks. The original Angies List deal was 3 men for 7 hours for 1299.00. The crew of 5 arrived on time and completed the job in 3.5 hours. The equipment included 1 mulching truck, 1 truck to hall the trunk, 1 grinder for the stump, and the truck with the bucket to reach the tree. My questions are 1. what was the extra equipment? 2. Wouldn't the job been completed in the 7 hours I paid for with the original deal of 3 men? Too bad I couldn't ask anyone from Parks because no one bothered to call me to see what I thought about their service. That's not what I call good or any kind of customer service. And to think I was going to use Parks to put down and new lawn and landscape my flowerbeds. Not. I rated professionalism a B because I didn't appreciate a comment made by one of the workers about my driveway.

A dead tree was removed, however in the process a ?basketball hoop next to my driveway was damaged beyond repair by a falling limb. ?At first the Park's Tree people said they could do an easy fix, but when it became obvious that the hoop and backboard were not salvageable, ?they refused to replace it. i called repeatedly and to their credit, eventually they got back to me. ?After a few conversations and after making excuses about a friend walking in my driveway, ?the owner got annoyed, ?offered to give me $100 and that was all. The hoop and backboard are much more expensive than that. Tree services are required to have significant insurance with very good reason, ?as accidents can happen.....they are removing very heavy limbs with extremely heavy equipment. Ultimately they are not taking the responsibility for the damage caused to my property. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. In my discussions with an Angie's List representative, they verified the fact that Parks Tree does in fact have insurance and bonding. It seems very puzzling, disturbing, and actually dishonest to me that they are unwilling to use their insurance to pay for damages on a clients property.
