exceeded my expectations. This was an all day job, with several employees here throughout the day. This was a very old, large tree that had been damaged after the storm in August 2016 here in Cleveland Heights. Unfortunately the tree had to come down. and to top it off, the tree was right over the electric lines. It required the crane and the whole works. The crew was punctual and professional throughout the entire day. I had a hard time even finding a company that would tackle this job, but the Parks team was friendly, helpful, and encouraging from the woman who answered the phone to every member of the crew that was here. Their price was extremely reasonable for the size of the job and much less than the price of the only other company that bid! I truly can't say enough good things about the way they handled a very challenging project!

This was a $269 big deal purchase. The work they are doing is ongoing. We are happy with their work so in the spring time we are going to go ahead and plant the flowering plants. Andy, the owner, worked with me to put in things that I wanted so I am real happy with the way my landscaping is turning out. He is willing to work with me in stages so when the springtime comes that's the final stages. He will consult with me as to which flowering plants I can put in or if I have some of them and they will put them in for me. I had to pay extra for the compost and trees. I was content with them because even if something was a little off they went ahead and tried to make it better according to what I requested. They always tried to do the best. The first time they came it was a very reasonable price. The quality was very good. They cleaned up after themselves. I would call them on a cell phone and they would call me back. He sent the crew ahead of him to start on time and then he came later.

I didn't have to be home, they arrange the date on which they were coming and they were here and I said well I may have meeting I may not be able to be home when you come and they said we don't care, we've been to your house before don't worry about it and we would just come and do it and they did and you can tell when someone aerates because all the little plug from the lawn are all over the place, the machine pulls up the dirt and leaves holes in the lawn and the plugs of those holes are left all over your yard and that stuff just crumbles and up and goes back into the soil. Their price was very fair I have had aeration done in my yard before by Davey Tree company he charged a lot more than park trees to do the same thing. They are good at their word they tell you they are going to do something and they do it and they do on the date and at the time they say they are going to do it and you can trust that them to do what they said their gonna do.

When they arrived they did not let me know they were there so they sat in their truck for 30 to 45 minutes until after I had left the house and returned from dropping my son off at school. This was not a big deal because I assumed it would not be part of the time I paid for, but I was apparently wrong. I had even told them when I set up the appointment that I would not be available until after I dropped off my son and I gave them a specific time. The weather was cold and rainy that day and they probably should have rescheduled but they didn't so that was their decision. They worked for 1 hour and 33 minutes even though I had paid for two hours (4 man hours). And during this time some of the equipment was broken and had to be replaced so they were not very efficient. I gave them clear written instructions and verbal instructions the day of the work and still some of things were left undone even though they left half an hour early. When I spoke to the office on the phone they said it would be no problem to send them back out to touch things up because it had been difficult with the bad weather. So, a few days later I contacted them and they said they would come out and finish up. However, on the day they were scheduled to do the work they told me that it would cost $50.00 per man hour. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone.

They were punctual, helpful, and reasonably priced. We had to move the appointment, and they were very responsive and flexible. We'd hire them again.

They said they will be here between 11am and 1pm. I was not here when they completed the task. But when I got home after work it was done. Left holes all over the yard. I think they may have overseed some areas but not all.

They did above and beyond what was promised without being asked. Thanks!

The equipment was old and would not start. The men forgot the grass seed and had to return to the previous job. There was not alot of seed, so I don't feel it was done that well. I had to go buy more seed and some soil to finish the job. I have a small yard. The actual working time was less than 30 minutes.

It went well as what it was supposed to be. Good Services.

They were punctual and professional. I wanted the dead limbs cut out of a tree and they got about 75% of them. I suspect some were hard to reach.

They did a good job with the aeration and overseeding. The only thing is that they didn't use something, such as a leaf blower, to move the plugs from the aerator to my yard.

These guys were great. Did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Very polite and gave great advice

Arrived on scheduled date and completed all work professionally. It was unclear initially when the work was to be done (probably due to being a Angie's weekly deal), had to call to get my scheduled date. Very polite and professional.

Great. They were thorough and surpisingly fast. Didn't touch the deck, porch or sidewalks though

After some confusion as to when the work could get done we got scheduled and answered all of my questions. The work went off without a hitch

The guy was just going in circles with the machine ,missing places at the turns. I complained to the one guy and they re-did the front still missed a lot of places. they only did the back once and I don't think I would be far off if I said he missed a 1/4 of it. Bad job.

The crew showed up on time and got to work right away. They worked almost non-stop for about 8 hours and were true professionals. When they were done, there was virtually no mess left behind. I plan to hire them again in the spring to remove more trees. Reasonable pricing and hard working crew. I definitely would recommend them.

They were supposed to arrive at 9:00 and leave at 12 noon according to the Angie's list deal I purchased. I was not timing them, but they came about 10 minutes late. They removed the branch that fell and another very small tree. At about 11:30, one of the workers came to my door, said they had taken care of the tree and removed dead wood from additional trees. He said there was time left, did I want anything else done? I made several suggestions. He did none of the things I suggested. They left about 10minutes early. So, I had at LEAST another 20 minutes of work coming from each worker, which means an hour's worth of work. I am erring on the generous side when I say when they came and left. I didn't anticipate them not sticking to the deal. I have a day care in my home, so I could not go out and look at anything before they left. They also did not tell me they were leaving or ask if I wanted to see what they had done. When I was able to go out and look, I was shocked. They had removed the large branch and the very small tree. There was a lot of dead wood on many of the trees that I could reach and not even be on a ladder. I was upset. I emailed Andy, who had come out and looked at the job, before the worker's came. He said he talked to the foreman who had communicated with me and if I wanted more work done, I would have to pay additional for it. I emailed back and described the circumstances above. No reply. I emailed him again saying, "is that it?" I couldn't believe he never came back to look at all the easily accessible dead wood and did not plan to have any further communication with me. He said they would give me a discount if I wanted them to do any additional work. Basically, he spoke to the foreman on the job, who said they were not late and did not leave early. However, this is not true. I doubt the employees would admit they did a poor job. I feel I was really ripped off, through the deal I purchased through Angie's list.

Well. They made quick work of a job that would have taken me half a day to do.
