Description of Work: They came and aerated the lawn but I did not see any grass seed. When I called about it, the man I talked with insisted the seed was there. I felt he could have handled the situation better. I still believe there was no grass seed.

Description of Work: PARKS TREE INC. |I purchased this service in August or September of 2013. They never informed me when they were coming, I was at work the first time they came. The first time they came they did not aerate the entire yard, they missed an area of the front and back yard. When they came back the second time they aerated the areas they had missed the first time. When I ask one of the two men when would they over seed the yard I was told that it was to late in the season to over seed. I ask the man would they over seed in the spring time. I was told no and handed a bag of grass seed to told I could do it myself in the spring time. |William Foust
