Description of Work: Parks Tree did a fabulous job of spring cleaning our landscape for us! They cleaned up leftover leaves, spruced up the beds, cleared the debris up from the hardscaping and much more. They have such detail-orientation, their communication is fantastic and they clearly take pride in their work. I definitely can't recommend them enough...for their landscaping AND their tree services. Fantastic people to work with!

Description of Work: Cut down 3 trees and ground the stumps. They we're suppose to cut the trees into 16 inch lengths and leave the wood. They didn't't but did bring me wood the next day.

Description of Work: They did a fine job. However, I had sent them an email with a couple of questions prior to the service. I never got a response.

Description of Work: They fixed up our landscaping where we had some construction. They planted, spread topsoil, seeded, mulched and cleaned up. It is too soon to see if the new grass is going to grow but besides this everything else was outstanding. Very nice people and company to work with, highly recommended.

Description of Work: The online form for setting dates to have them come never got to them. i never received a response from either them or Angies list (tried to contact Angies list for help with this!!) |Got hold of them today and they are coming tomorrow to cut lawn and on july 8th to perform service they were contracted for.

Description of Work: I had two very large trees cut down and the stumps ground, 7 trees thinned, dead-headed and balanced out with their shape. It went terrific and they did everything as promised, very punctual, all the workers were very skilled, professional and kind! They were respectful of my property and my wishes for various issues. My neighbor was thrilled to be the recipient of my large logs leftover from the trees that came down. I would and already have recommended Park Trees to others and would certainly use them again in the future. Great crew!

Description of Work: I have a 15,000 sq.ft. lawn and when I signed up for the aeration, I told them that was what needed to be done. They said they charge an additional $10 for each additional 1,000 sq.ft. and I agreed. They came out and did 2/3 of my front lawn, the eat side of the house and the rear, and didn't touch the lawn to the west of my house nor the remainder of the front yard. I called them back got a recording and received an email saying they would contact me to setup a followup appointment. Got nothing from them even though I have called them back twice. Description of Work: I spoke with company before purchase to inquire about the yard work I wanted done. I was told they would be able to complete it. After purchase I spoke with someone else and indicated that yes some of the work I wanted done could be completed but that I would have to rent tools as they didn't have them. The scheduling was well over a month out. On the day of work, they were there on time and even though it looked like it was gonna rain. The biggest project I wanted done was to dig out a 12x12 for a brick patio. The guys didn't have tape measures or levels. They dug out the area and laid the paver base. It looked ok but it wasn't until we went to lay the stones that we realized a) the 12x12 was not true to size so we had to did out several inches on both sides to compensate. b) it wasn't square so we had to adjust the square again and c) it was not level. The price for 8 hours of work was reasonable but it would have been better if we didn't have to go back and correct their work.

Description of Work: Edging beds and weeding beds to prepare for mulching. Most beds were done nicely. Some weeds were left and edging around trees not as crisp as I would have preferred.

Description of Work: Had to call multiple times to get someone to come for an estimate. They were 3 hours late for estimate. Estimate was way high and that was after two emails asking for my eatimate quote. They were professional other than lateness.

Description of Work: The rep came out to view the job. When he tagged me back he said the work would cost an additional $200. I pushed back and he lowered the price - we approved the go ahead. They cancelled on the first scheduled trip and came out the next week. One tree was so misshapen I had to trim it myself. Not sure if we would use them again.

Description of Work: Also looked at a tree at risk -- they gave me a quote (very high) to take it down. Getting other opinions, all other arborist firms agreed the tree just needed cabling and would be all right for the next 5 years -- So.. not about to trust their opinion again....
