Went great - showed up right on time and left the yard very clean.

They came out a day after I called to provide a quote. The quote was detailed and reasonable so I booked them to do the work which they were able to do the next day. I was not available that soon so we scheduled a day later. The crew showed up and got right to work despite the rain that day. They worked quickly and did a nice job cleaning up. I would use them again for tree trimming needs.

After I purchased the deal, dates available for service was provided. The dates available were as soon as the next day. I selected dates for the following week. For the rest of the that week, I heard nothing from Parks. On Tuesday April 4th at 12:41 pm, Parks sent me a confirmation for services on April 5th. April 5th wasn't one of the dates that I had selected. I sent an email and tried calling. The next day on April 5th, a staff person returned my call and I asked why the 5th was selected, when it wasn't included as a date by me. I was told that they had cancellations and if I didn't have it done then I wouldn't be able to have the service until the end of the month. None of the dates that I selected were at the end of the month! Parks Tree just didn't care. I decided to have them come to my house. When I got home, I inspected my yard. I was disappointed to find grass seeds in my flower beds! I called Parks Tree to let them know what had happened. I have not received a return call. I was very disappointed by my experience with Parks Tree. The service crew is careless and the customer service is horrible.

Hired for an Angie's list special. It ended up not being a bargain, since I probably only got 3.5 hours of work. They spent hours debating whether they could take down a tree since it was not in great shape and was afraid to take it down in pieces. I do not know what the problem was, but there was an open field to drop the tree. After wasting much time, they finally dropped the tree in the open field. They did not finish the job, since they left the tree where they dropped it. I had ended up finish cleaning up the tree myself. After that experience, I wasn't going to hire them by the hour, only by the job. I had them quote a job for me, and they were significantly more expensive than my other quotes.

I have not heard from this company at all! Will Angie's list refund my money?

The 4-man crew was very efficient and accomplished the work in less than 5 hours. With time left 'on the clock' they were also able to cut down a small tree that was determined to be mostly dead. They were skillful at trimming and careful to maintain symmetry of trees while removing dead wood and thinning to open up the trees. Meticulously cleaned up. I was consulted about what I wanted done and what outcome I expected. I am very pleased with the results and will definitely hire Parks Tree for future tree work.

Could not have been a better experience. Professional, excellent work, cleaned up. Good communications from the time I bought the deal to the time they were finished.

Completed work as scheduled. All wood removed from property. No damage to yards or buildings. Very pleased.

They were fine. I didn't have any problem at all. They cleaned up. They cut wood for me. Their price was competitive. I had no issues with them.

It was mixed actually. I don't think as a matter of fact that I would pre-purchase anything again. This was the first time I did it. There were a number of problems. I explained in detail before they came out what I needed done and it was all within the description of what I wanted done. I needed some hedges trimmed, they're 6 feet tall. I wanted 2 bushes pulled out and the leaves raked. My yard is pretty small. They get here and they arrive with no hedge trimmers, they thought they were just going to rake the leaves. I said no, no. I said in great detail I told so and so on the phone and he assured me that would be fine in that amount of time. Two guys came out and they didn't bring the thing that they need to pull out a shrub & they didn't bring the hedge trimmers. I showed them this was what I told the guy on the phone and here's the area here. They said we'll have to go and see if somebody can bring us the equipment & they got on the phone and nobody arrived to bring the equipment. So they just raked my leaves, which took the two of them, I would say about an hour and 10 minutes and that was that. So I should have gotten two people for 2 hours and they were here nowhere near 2 hours, but I had already paid for it. Then the next thing was I said why don't we reschedule then when you can come out and get this other stuff done. They said someone will call you tomorrow and they never called to reschedule it. So I was gypped out of about 50 minutes of work, well 50 minutes times 2. It should have been 4 hours total. I got maybe 2 and half. So I got gypped out of 1 hour and a half of work. So basically I spent $200 to have my small yard worth of leaves raked. There were a lot of leaves, I'll give them that. So I wasn't real happy about it, no. They were very pleasant people, nice guys. It certainly wasn't their fault that no one told them evidently that they were to do these other things. I wasn't asking them to do anything that was not within the description of the services that that deal covered. I think it even said pulling out of bushes or shrubs and trimming. So why then show up without the stuff you need to do that. Then of course winter came, so it was too late at that point to call anybody else, so I have to wait until Spring. Overall, I didn't get my full amount of work done and arrived without the stuff to do the job. I don't know how to grade them on price because if I would have gotten 4 hours of work rather than 2.5 the price wouldn't have been bad. The advertised price I'd say was an A, but what I actually got I'd have to give it a D. On quality they did a fantastic job raking the leaves. They were very nice when they were here, they just never called me back. On professionalism, they never called me back, but that wasn't the fault of the guys who were out here I don't think. I think it was their boss. I already decided I will not use this provider again.

The job went very well. I worked outside with two workers all day and we were able to knock out everything I wanted to do. It looked so nice that I had neighbors stop over to get their contact information.

1. Arrived on time and quickly ground the stump. Clean up and left a perfect amount of shaving on the spot. 2. 6 weeks later. Arrived on time and trimmed a cheery tree so it would not longer hang over the house. Also cleaned up the shaving from the previous job. 3. Trimmed 3 trees to lift the canopies and stacked all the pieces in one away. Worked quickly in a driving rainstorm. Always professional and took the time the to pet and be friendly to my 16 year dog.

I thought that was a little much for it. I mean his work was good he did a great job but I really think his price.

Delivery was punctual and stacking was neat and proficient. Pices of wood were not cut uniformly, not even close. Some pieces were hunks of "rounds" cut in pie shaped sections. Other pieces were 4" to 6" long. This was the worst mixture of sizes I have received from a fire wood provider in twenty years. I do not recommend this company for sourcing fire wood.

Amount of wood delivered was about half of the half cord I ordered through the deal. The pile they left on my driveway looked a little low, but I didn't realize how much until after I stacked it. I called the next morning and they said there was a mistake in the order and promptly delivered the remaining amount the next day. I appreciate the prompt correction, but it should have been right the first time. Always remember to check the amount you get!

Before I had the work done, I asked if they would be able to tell if a branch was dead or not if it did not have leaves--they assured me that would not be a problem. The crew came out and used a pole pruner to remove numerous small branches-no large branches were removed although eight or ten large branches had not had any leaves all year. The crew said that all of those branches were alive. The deal was for three people for half a day. The crew consisted of two people for an hour and a half. (or $666.00 per hour). It will be interesting to see how much of the tree gets leaves next year.

It was okay. They did the aeration and the over seeding. They did what they said they were going to do. They were on time, but I didn't really get to meet them.
