Description of Work: I bought a deal for a landscaper for a day, however, I wasn't able to use the deal because the lawn was just reseeded. I had to contact them initially as they didn't contact me; during the initial contact, he was a little gruff. When I contacted them about changing my scheduled date, I didn't hear back from them. Ultimately, I requested a refund from Angie's List.

Description of Work: They removed all the old mulch from the front and replaced it with a new landscaping cloth and fresh mulch. They removed the over grown ivy from the side of the house and placed fresh mulch. They removed the old growth of ivy and unwanted plants in the backyard by the fence and by the side of the sheds. They removed a small tree growing by the fallen retaining wall. Overall, they did a fantastic job! I would use them again.

Two men showed up and did a great job with the landscaping as scheduled. I added an additional service and Parks charge was very reasonable. I would use them again for landscaping services.

Description of Work: A crew of 3 arrived with equipment to trim our silver maple trees. The deal was for two hours of work. The crew chief climbed one tree and trimmed a few low branches while another used a long pruner/saw to trim low growth in a second tree. The third cleared a small area of low brush behind a shed and then hauled the piles of trimmings to the street to the chipper. They also made a few cuts to trim a small dogwood in the front yard. I had not discussed trimming the silver maple in the front yard with Andy in his earlier visit, but I did suggest that since they had the bucket equipment, maybe they could do a few trims as it was just there at the sidewalk. The crew chief said she didn't really see anything that needed attention. I guess that I am comparing this visit with one 2 years prior when a crew of two came for 2 hours and accomplished much more with only ropes and climbing pretty high into the trees; no bucket equipment was available that day. Therefore the B rating for quality only, A overall though.

Description of Work: Bought 8 hours of spring cleanup for $299. Three employees arrived with no tools (ie.scythe, chain saw). Started late and left early per directions of their management. Only stayed a little over 2 hours. Essentially got 6 1/2 hours total work from three guys.

Description of Work: Everything went fine. The crew of men and women did an excellent, and quick, job of spreading the mulch throughout my flower beds. Everything was cleaned up afterward and the yard looked lovely.
