Description of Work: I responded to two "Deals" for which I paid the requested charges on my credit card. I waited 3 months and never hear a word. Who has the time for this nonsense?!! Angie's List credited my account. Thank you.

Description of Work: After purchasing their deal via AL and adding additional services, I did find better deals. However, Parks Tree sent a 3 man crew (happy, I was expecting 2) that removed approx 4000lbs of wet leaves from property. Crew leader was excellent. Lowest guy in crew spent lots of time on his phone early, but remedied by me working in proximity. Ran out of time and they departed with some piles left, which I feel could have been finished if the guy had spent less time on his phone in the morning. Overall, pretty happy.

Description of Work: I called and left a message to have someone call me to schedule an appointment to have the work done but to date no one has returned the call, or emailed me. This was a special through Angie's list last year which I have already paid for. I would appreciate a response from someone.

Description of Work: They did an early spring clean up. They did exactly what we had discussed and left the yard looking refreshed and clean from the all of the late fall and winter clutter that accumulated.

Description of Work: They cut down several large trees on my propery, two were right over the house. |They were professional in every way. I hired them back immediately to clear trees from the house in the backyard and grind the treelawn stump. A+.

Description of Work: They cleaned up the winter stuff, did some pruning and spread a lot of mulch which I provided.

Description of Work: They executed heavy weeding in a bush and flower bed. Most of the time they had to be on hands and knees to work around plants. I had saved newspaper and they payed down a layer as I asked. They wet it and then applie 2-3 inches of black mulch that I provided. The beds look amazing. Two men, in two hous accomplished this excellent work in the rain. Over the years have used Parks for other landscape and tree trimming and removal. I have never ever been disappointed. And every individual I have worked with is pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. Highly, highly recommend.

Description of Work: Weeded, re-trenched and moved an overgrown ornamental grass in our front landscaping. The 2 man crew were prompt, professional, curtious and knowledgeable. They finished the bed in perfect condition to lay mulch. They cleaned up all debris and left the yard looking fantastic. I was very pleased.

Description of Work: Hardworking. Knowledgeable. They gave me a great deal. They were just what I needed.

Description of Work: Parks Tree removed our small and medium size shrubs from our front yard. Parks Tree was prompt and flexible in regards to timing and work being done. They cleaned the job site after removing the shrubs. We would use Parks Tree again.

Description of Work: A team of three removed several large trees and did an excellent job. My only complaint is that as they were finishing, a fourth person (maybe Kevin) stopped by to check on their progress and in the process of turning his vehicle around put large ruts in my neighbor's yard. When my neighbor approached him, he was brushed it off as no big deal and drove away. My neighbor was not too happy. Amended (4/14): The owner, Steve, who it turns out was the person referred to above, took the initiative and called me today. He did not turn around on my neighbor's lawn, but on the tree lawn and he did this due to the high traffic conditions on the street which I live. Both he and my neighbor tell the story of the encounter differently, so, giving everyone the benefit of the doubt, I changed my Professionalism rating from a C to a B and we'll leave it at that. Overall my experience with Park Trees was excellent.

Description of Work: Three men came to do landscape work. They did spring cleaning, trimming, digging, everything I asked them to do. They were professional, and I highly recommend them.
