Aside from a minor mixup with the initial estimate, Steve and his crew did an excellent job - we are very happy with the job they did. All work was completed as indicated on the estimate on the date given. Did an excellent job of cleaning up the area upon completion. Will use again in the future for other tree services.

It was a good experience. They did a good job and were very neat. I had a coupon and then had them do additional work. I thought the price for the additional work was very reasonable.

We had no problems with them. They did the job cleanly and there was no mess. The quote was definitely high.

I chose Parks Tree through a Big Deal offer. Steve and his crew of two men arrived on schedule. Chris immediately set to work anchoring the truck to allow him to use the bucket. Steve and Bill prepared the chain saws, ropes, etc. They are a very efficient team and safety was first and foremost. Once the process started, it took about 2-1/2 hours. Clean up consisted of chipping the branches and small limbs. They also removed the larger logs as requested. Once done, you would not know that they had been there except for some sawdust and a trimmed tree.

Parks Tree arrived at the designated time for both the estimate and the work. They did a very good job on the trimming, and also removed old logs from left over from a tree I had cut down. Cleaned up all debris. Even my landscaper was impressed with their work.

Arrived and checked in with me, we reviewed the work. When finished they went over the site and I was satisfied with the work and clean up. The owner came a couple days earlier and we wrote the work order. I am satisfied and would use them again.

They did a good job, but I realized my poor choice of a tree. I contacted them to have them come out again. I told them my choice of tree was poor and that I wanted them to have it removed. They came out timely. They scheduled and did the job. There a couple of things I need to have done, and I am probably going go to call them for other things. I would be very glad to make contact with them. They are very easy to deal with. I like working with them. They did the work for the price that was prepaid. Actually they were here for shorter than the price that was contracted for, but the work was done. I was shocked that they were able to trim the cherry tree for a lower price. I was quoted a higher price than what I ended up paying. I thought it was going to be longer, and I thought I was going to have a high price. He trimmed it really fast and it looked really good. His responsiveness was good. He was going to give me a 3-week out timeframe for coming out and responding. He told me to give him a call when I get the tree and that he will schedule me. I went out and got the tree. I called him and told him I am having the tree delivered to my house. He told he will come out in the beginning of the following week because depending on the weather the trees do tend to flower. You don’t know whether they are going to or not. You definitely want to trim a tree that started to bud. He was sensitive to that. He was on time.

The work went really well. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. The workers were very friendly. They did what they were supposed to do, and I think their prices were really reasonable.

Great job! They even tied up some adjacent branches without extra charge.

Due to weather conditions took an extra three weeks after estimate to complete job.

Quick response on estimate and scheduled work shortly that was convenient to us. Actually started one day sooner than scheduled and completed work the next day. One limb and a small tree were taken care of shortly thereafter. Cleaned up well and removed wood.

They came out to do an estimate, although Westlake is a bit far for them, I think. We have two maples in front that needed some work, one that has irregular growth and is starting to lean, and one that had significant ice damage from a recent storm. They came out and performed the work as scheduled, and I'm quite pleased with the tree with irregular growth. My only complaint is that I wish they hadn't trimmed the other tree quite so much - the lowest growth was practically on the ground, and although I agree that it needed to be raised, the lowest leaves are now about 15 feet up. Obviously not much I can do about it at this point, but I would advise anyone else to be very clear about what you want done.

We really liked everything about them. They do excellent work. Justin is such a polite, young man as well as an excellent tree climber. They also clean up after themselves and really know what they?re doing.

I signed up for Angiel's List "Big Deal" with Parks Tree Service which was for $200 worth of tree service for $400. This was a deal! I called Steve Parks on Saturday, he came out the following Monday for an estimate, and did the work 2 weeks later as soon as the weather permitted. Steve is extremely knowledgeable, made recommendations, and took time to explain them. He and his crew showed up on time, did an excellent job of pruning and shaping, were fast and efficient, and cleaned up the mess. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done. Do yourselves a favor and call Steve Parks...SAVE A TREE TODAY!!

Received phone call from Steve Parks next day informing when he'd be out with an estimate. Called with estimate and scheduled time when the work would be done. Arrived on said day and work completed as quoted.

This company is very professional and quality of work is exceptional. Price is also reasonable. I will definately use Parks Tree in the future.

They came out after I called to get an estimate. The guys that came out seemed knowledgeable. I had a 85ft. maple tree that was tangled in some other trees. To remove the tree they needed to get a 100ft. crane. Parks didn't have access to this equipment. He offered an alternative and quoted a price. The price seemed to be reasonable. I was satisfied with the estimate but because they couldn't perform the service without the crane I decided not to go with this company. However if I did need a smaller job performed I would call this company to do the work.

I have had tree work done on many properties over the years and I have to say that from the moment I met Steve, the owner, I was impressed with his cordial demeanor, professionalism and customer service. He and I walked the property and I mentioned every single overhanging limb, unhealthy tree and damaged tree, including the specimen cherry. It was more a wish list than what I thought I could afford and was so pleased with his estimate that I had him do everything! the other two companies took several more days to respond to my phone calls and I was happy to tell them that I had already contracted with Parks Tree. We scheduled a day that I could be at home and Steve arrived at the scheduled time with his crew. As things happen, during the time he was here, I found a few small extra things for him to remove and he didn't even charge me. His son and another fellow worked tirelessly and efficiently and the long list was completed in just a few hours. The property looked spotless when they were finished and the loss of several large trees and multiple overhanging branches didn't detract from my heavily wooded setting. Infact, Steve will be back in the Spring to do some extra pruning. I cannot rate this company highly enough and will recommend Parks Tree to anyone who asks for a wonderful tree service.

From start to finish. Steve Parks is the prime example of customer service. The original date for the pruning was the middle of October, but Steve called me today, 10/1/10 and stated they had a couple of hours open, would it be all right to prune today. They were prompt on their arrival and immediately went to work. In 1 hour my tree went from a misfit to splendid. I cannot recommend this company enough. Great customer service, promptness, and beautiful, quick work, in addition to magnificent cleanup. I will without a doubt call them again!

It was an excellent experience. Very professional. I had selected another tree service for the job because they had a favorable rating on Angies List. But, they quickly proved unreliable and not dependable. I mentioned my dissatisfaction to a roofer I found on Angies List and he highly recommended Parks Tree Service. I contacted Parks Tree Service on a Monday afternoon asking if they could remove the two trees and when. Mr. Parks said that with a little rearranging of his schedule his team could be there the next day. Two men came out the next morning, removed the trees and ground the stumps. I found Parks Tree Service to be very professional, very punctual and very competitive in their pricing. No damage was done to the yard and his staff cleaned up all the debris. I give them a solid A+ and I would definitely use them again. Besides, I thought that anyone who climbed to the summit of Mount Ranier for fun shouldn't have any difficulty climbing a tree. If you want a quality, timely job done at a fair price, I highly recommend Parks Tree Service.
