We had Chris and Jeff come back to put a cable on our Ash Tree to keep it from splitting. Both men are very knowledgeable about trees and shrubs and also gave me tips and information about other trees on our property. I would recommend Parks Tree to anyone that needs any type of tree work, trimming, disease control ect also, on time for all appointments and very reasonable.

The prospect of losing ten mature ash trees to EAB caused us more than a little distress. Loss of these trees would effectively turn our lovely wooded lot into a desert. Justin provided an estimate for the Imicide injection of all ten trees, and we placed a partial deposit. He then ordered the required amount of Imicide and scheduled today's administration of the product. Justin did explain exactly how the Imicide addresses the EAB infestation. We found all of the personnel at Parks Tree to be professional, knowledgeable and courteous, and we are greatly relieved that we have taken all steps available to save our ash trees.

Parks Tree are very good. They were responsible, prompt, and professional. They cleaned and left no mess no behind. They did everything I wanted them to. I would recommend Parks Tree to anyone.

Steve was on time for our appointment to review the work and provide the estimate. We used the Big Deal ($199 for $400 of work.) On the scheduled date, the two workers came on time and were very pleasant. They asked questions to clarify the work. They apologized for one branch that fell, hitting our wooden playset, breaking one board that was already partially rotten. We were already aware of the board needing to be replaced, so it was not an issue for us. Overall, they did a nice job and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. The time estimate of two hours was very accurate and they were done within two hours. We would hire them again in the future.

We bought the Big Deal for Parks tree for tree trimming. They quoted the work, including what would be additional to the hours included in the big deal. Part of the work was not done, with our agreement. However, they still charged the same total, because they choose to send more people. The work they did do was not stellar, several of the tree trimming branches have 2-3 inch stubs left over. Parks Tree indicated that the branches should be cut smooth to prevent the chance for rot. A lot of our landscaping was trampled around the trees as well. Price rating influenced by the big deal purchase.

There were 4 men who arrived at 8:00 A.M. and were finished by 1:00. The removal of the large tree, all of the branches and removal of a smaller but very tall tree were completed efficiently as was the clean up of our property. Once again we were very pleased with not only the work done but the great attitude of the Justin, Steve and the rest of the crew. In fact, two of our neighbors are having tree work done by them today since they know how pleased we are with Parks Tree, Inc

Parks Tree was a purchase we made through the "Big Deal" of the day because we new that we were going to require a tree service. Initially they were buisy because a lot of customers purchased this deal. Two workers came on the day that was set, . The guys worked very hard and took down a total of 6 trees (medium to large) in our yard, we had them cut the trees into 8 foot sections, leaving the wood for a friend who would come and get it. I was worried because I knew that we were going to have to pay by the hour for the time that was over what we purchased from Angie's list, but the bill was actually less than I thought it would be. The workers came back to the house to check and make sure everything was satisfactory, which it was, thank you Park Tree.

Used Big Deal Coupon for this service - a very good value. Steve came out in advance to look over the work needed to be done and called a day ahead when job could be completed. Nick and Scott arrived on time and got right to work. The tree to be dropped was close to the house, but Nick handled this without a problem. Scott did a good job shaping up the bushes alongside the house. Both Nick and Scott checked several times to make sure everything was being completed okay. Clean up of all the debris was excellent!

The crew from Park's Tree arrived promptly at 9 AM, the scheduled time. Some of the wires running in the midst of the maple tree to the house were disconnected prior to removal of the tree, then re-connected at the conclusion. The trees were cut down sequentially, and the resultant brush was fed into the mulching machine as it accumulated. After the branches were all cut off, the crew would move to the next tree, leaving the trunks. After all three trees were stripped of their branches, the trunks were cut down. At that time, a fourth worker arrived with a pickup truck, and most of the cut up trunks were piled into the pickup truck. After they cut the trunks down to the ground, the entire yard was raked, and all remaining debris fed into the large mulching machine. Grinding of all the stumps is included in the above price, and follows the tree removal by about 10 days. The crew was hard-working, experienced, and very professional. Steve Parks was a pleasure to do business with, and should we ever need tree work done, we will go back to Park's Tree. We would highly recommend this company.

We purchased this through the Big Deal while we were moving from one house to another. They did a great job, cleaning the area (we now live in the woods) and cutting our limited lawn area and making everything look clean and tidy. Great group of guys, responsive, professional. I'm considering using them for more services based on their reliability and the great job they've been doing so far!

It went well. We went over what we wanted before they began and re-confirmed what work was to be done. Originally, it was thought to take a whole day, but because they had other work in our area, they had a full crew and were able to finish much more quickly than originally anticipated.

They are great and I would definitely use them again. I have had other tree services over the last 20 years and they are number 1. I spent $1500 on that work.

Nick and Bill did an excellent job. Although they came a little later than their original approximate time, they called ahead and were there when they said they'd be there. They worked hard, cleaned up thoroughly (despite an uncooperative chipper) were courteous and professional. I'm looking forward to a repeat "Big Deal" offer again in the future to have Parks come back for more yardwork.

The crew came in their big truck with the bucket lift for pruning tall trees. All limbs and detritus were cleaned up and ground up in the trailer. Neat as a pin when all was completed.

This service is easy to work with. They promptly provided a quote and were punctual and professional performing the services.

The worker arrived, surveyed the situation and began work at 9:30 a.m. He worked quickly at his job and was well into his work when I left for work at 11:30. The beds were a beautiful sight to greet me on my return home, .

We took advantage of a discount offer Parks Tree submitted on Angie's List for tree service. We extended the work to include removal of more dead trees. In addition to the two hours offered by the discount, another three hours were needed to complete the work. Parks Tree was punctual and professional. They did everything we had agreed to have done and cleaned up all the debris before leaving. I would most definately recommend Parks Tree.

I got the big deal from Angie's list and called to schedule the service. They were quick to respond and arrived on time as scheduled. I was not home at that time but my Mom visiting us told me that these young guys are good and worked hard. They cleaned up and took away all the garbbage from the job. I am very satisfied with the result. It is nice and clean exactly as I expected. Definitely will use them or recommend to friends if the needs occur in the future.

Angie's List offered a deal last week for $400 worth of tree service for $199. We called and Steve Parks came out the same day to do an estimate. The estimate provided helped us to make the decision to purchase the above deal through Angie's List. on Friday the 3rd. Mr. Parks called on Saturday and scheduled our work for Monday the 6th. We were extremely pleased with his quick response and how fast the work was performed. His crew cleaned up both our yard and our neighor's yard. About 5 years ago we had an estimate for the work that Parks Tree performed yesterday and it was much more. We're so glad we waited!!! My husband asked Mr. Parks if all dead branches could be left for our use in our fire pit and not only did they leave them neatly stacked, they were also cut to size to fit into our fire pit. What service!!!

The two men who came out at the promised time were extremely nice but Steve did not come. They finished in under 2.5 hours but left a few inches of stump, missed trimming some deadwood within reach and left a number of small lower branches on the maple and our two larger trees. A large branch over the deck we asked to have cut was said to take too much time. After requesting payment for the full 4.5 hours of work, for under 2.5 hours of work and doing less trimming than requested, we negotiated for 3 hours worth of payment with Steve the owner by phone which was very reasonable due to the half price discount. Overall they did a lot of good trimming and it looks much better.

Justin, Steve and the other workers are very professional and friendly they did a great job. The clean up was very good, they hauled everything away that was asked, and left no branches anywhere. We would defitnley use them again. The cost was very reasonalble.
