I was very pleased with their work and the results. I plan to use them again and recommend them.

I hired them to remove one dead, hazard limb from a large Oak tree in our front yard next to the driveway. While they removed the limb, they did not tie the limb off and cut chunks off the limb and let them fall. One part of the limb fell on the root flare and left a big scar on the tree. No apologies for staff and no comments to emails sent to Parks. Needless to say, I am very disappointed by their lack of professionalism and will not hire them again.

Overall was average. They did not stay the required 4 hours that I paid for and did not do all the work I requested.

It went very well. They were knowledgeable and courteous. They took care of what I wanted done and offered suggestions for the rest of my yard.

Providers arrived over an hour late. Call was made after 11am to find out why no show for time given. Garbage cans were left in drive and not replaced. Some areas not cleaned properly. Two men were present and two hours were not fully given. Apparently they had another job to get to.

They went to the wrong address, ( I have a few on my profile). Once I called them to find out where they were, I was told they were at a home I don't own or manage. They offered $50.00 off if I purchased another service. Please. Another $300.00, I don't think so.

Arrived as scheduled, removed trees with no damage to my surrounding property. The after job clean-cut was excellent. I have used this company again and will use them again in the future.

I think that more work could have been done. They did good work but very little of it.

Everything went really well. The crew showed up when they said they would. They were friendly and courteous and worked efficiently. The work was done quickly by the two crew members that came and we thought the price was definitely worth it! We actually plan on calling them back to see if they can help at all because shortly after they did the work, we experienced a pretty bad downpour. Either way, I thought the work was done well and professionally.

Aerating was great. Snowed the day after they seeded

It worked out very, very well. I really don’t know about price, I really can’t tell you, but they did a lot of work for the money. They did a wonderful job. They were on time. They were here when they said they were going to be. They had the leader come out and he surveyed it and the crew then. I will use them again, in fact I am going to call them now.

crew came and did landscaping work (dug beds, removed bush, etc). They worked hard and got a lot done

Went ok, After they left I got a chance to go over grass, I feel they missed a some spots on the seeding. Especially on left side when facing the house that I share with my neighbor :( I would hire again if price was a bit lower.

Fairly good. I wish they would have worked their machine into corners of the lawn but they did not.

Excellent. Came on time, were SO helpful with some suggestions, and were totally professional. Steve & his partner (so sorry, I can't recall his name at the moment) were the best I've ever had for a difficult spring clearing & prep. Thanks again, guys!! 😊

It went very well ! The crew was courteous and worked non stop. I don't even think they stopped for lunch. It was not an easy job took almost 8 hours. I would recommend them very highly!
