Everything went well. Tom and his helper were always on time. They were meticulous with the masking and painting. They had many suggestions to improve the job. We were pleased with the final results. Overall an excellent job.

We did not pursue this contact figuring that if he was this slow with the estimate, he wouldn't be very prompt with the work.

I received the estimate. Two days later I accepted the estimate. I was instructed to move the contents in the garage to the center of the garage when the work was to begin. The work was scheduled to begin in a week which it did. The work was completed in a few hours. The job was excellent.

Tom was professional, punctual, and communicative. He kept in touch during the week between powerwashing & staining/sealing the deck. Since weather was a factor for an exterior job, he let me know which days would be ideal for completing the job. He provided me with options for the stain, and then made recommendations. We were very pleased with the end result.

The entire job was handled very professionally and efficiently from providing a bid through project completion. All phone calls - from our initial inquiry to follow-up calls while selecting a contractor - were promptly returned. Tom's initial presentation and his bid itself were clear and professional. We received a detailed bid within a day. Tom and his assistant Nathan were always on time. The job was completed beautifully and quickly - in 3 1/2 days. It exceeded our expectations. Everything was cleaned up perfectly. It was a pleasure dealing with Metro Painting.

Just an estimate, no work completed.

They power-washed deck one week, followed by days of rain they weren't able to stain the deck for 1 1/2 wks later. I am very impatient, so I called them a couple of times, and they always responded to my phone calls. When we had a date set up, they were punctual & did a very nice job.

My experience with Tom, the owner, and his cooworkers Joe and Nate was such a positive one from the beginning until the completion of the project. I had total confidence in their work. I took my time looking for a contractor, and after several bids, I decided to go with Metro Painting. Tom was quick to reply to my call and after meeting with me, gave me a fair and detailed listing of all the jobs he would perform. I did not find this with any of the other four contractors I called. The project was completed on time because they were always punctual and very industrious. I was home during the majority of the time and was pleased with their concern for my comfort. They were always pleasant and fun to have around. They were willing to go beyond what was listed on the contract to make sure I was happy. Their work was meticulous, and they cleaned up every day before leaving. Tom, Nate, and Joe will be the first people I contact when starting a new project! You can't go wrong with this wonderful crew.

He did a couple of other little things for us at no extra charge. We chose him because he was the easiest to talk to and very nice. He did a very nice job, his work was good. He was punctual.

Superb. They were always punctual and communicated well. Workmen were courteous and cleaned up after themselves; even our dog liked them. We were probably difficult customers in that both the wood and stucco required custom color matching and we changed our minds a few times - they worked with us and we ended up with exactly what we wanted. They were neither the highest nor the lowest of the bids we received but we believe we got everything we paid for, and more. If I need painting in the future I would call Metro again without hesitation; I might not even call anybody else.

It went extremely well. Tom made a very professional proposal and provided all the documentation I needed to consider having him do the work. Tom and Dave showed up on schedule, demonstrated that they knew what they were doing and worked hard to provide a top quality job. I expected the best and they delivered.

Tom called the day before starting with start time, Work began on time, cleanup was done well. I was informed at the end of each day of the start time and day of the next step and arrival was on time. Cleanup overall was done well with only a minimal amount of very small paint chips visible in planting beds. The appearance of the finished siding is excellent. Both Tom and his co-worker were professional in appearance and demeanor. I am very pleased with both the experience and the results.

The overall experience was good. The owner, Tom, was always prompt on returning calls and straightforward plus professional on what services he provided. The house looks great. The weather did play a factor in getting the job done but Tom worked around it without too much difficulty. The only negative was the timing of taking down the gutters could have been better thought out because of the weather

Beautiful!!! They arrived on time and the day agreed upon, moved furniture and painted for 4.5 days always cleaning up each day and putting things back each day. They ( 2 painters, Tom the Owner and an assistant) were professional, extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. I would recommend them to anybody and I definitely plan to use them again. We couldn't be happier.

He goes above and beyond what you ask. He always finds things to improve without us noticing. He has the mose reasonable price out there. I have recommended him to others.

They always have outstanding service, quality and they have a fair price. One of the things I really like about them is their workmanship. They are very neat and clean up after themselves beautifully. I have been using them for three years now.

They do quality work. They are excellent to work with. They are the first people I go to when I need something done. They have done multiple jobs or us and we have always been pleased. I would highly recommend them.

It went really well with them.. I had called them, and a couple of other people, because I was thinking that pressure washing would do. They told me that they would not do the pressure washing because it would not be the best thing for my older siding, he told me it would only look good for a week. He quoted me on the price of painting and it was very reasonable and I really appreciated his honesty.

They did a good job. The color of the deck wasn't really what I wanted but the overall performance was great. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves.

Very punctual with estimates; contacting for timing of job; secured a decorator; and completed job in a timely manner with excellent quality. Also excellent at cleaning up the job site each day of the project as we were still living in the house.
