Not GOOD at all......
Description of Work: I don't like to take bad about people, but Tom did NOT want to listen to either my wife or me about what we wanted done in our living room and hallway. I had asked him about drywall in the living room and hallway, he kept changing his mind about different things that he could do to paint it....Wait, I didn't ask him to paint the rooms, I asked to drywall them...So anyhow he asked me about our carpet, if we were going to keep it, Well...Yes...It was brand new....didn't understand that one. Then he asked who was going to cover the carpet and I told him that's your job, your the one that's going to paint, so he told me that he couldn't promise me that he would not get paint on the carpet or anything else...ALL I wanted was a proposal for DRYWALL, that's IT...nothing more nothing less!!!! Then he was suppose to email me a price the next day....never HAPPENED!!! He acted like he didn't want the job, so guess what....he's not getting it....Don't waist you time, I don't care if he's been doing painting for 20 something years, he waist of time for my wife and me.....Never again!!!!!

They came out immediately to give me a quote. They came when we scheduled the appointment. Did a nice job. They are definitely someone you can trust.

Metro did a fabulous job from start (quoting process) to finish (site clean up). The crew took great pride in their work. One of the owners of the company was on site and working with his team to insure that the job met his company standards. Knowledgeable, professional, extremely helpful. Excellent job. They use premium products that withstand weathering. I had my home done 4 years ago & it still looks new. It stands up to repeated washings. Pride in team's workmanship is quite evident. Keep up the good work!
Description of Work: I had my parents house power washed, old caulking was removed, house & windows recaulked. House's steel siding was painted using 3 colors (main body of house is cream, window trim is white & trim color is green). The job was surprisingly uneventful.

WHILE WAITING FOR THE FINAL INSPECTION BY OWNER, TOM MARTICH, 3 PAINTERS THOROUGHLY CLEANED UP OUR LANDSCAPING, RAKED THE FLOWER BEDS & REPAINTED OUR HOUSE NUMERALS. IN SHORT, THE CREW LEFT NO EVIDENCE EXCEPT OUR BRIGHT NEW EXTERIOR! WHAT A TEAM!

Description of Work: METRO PAINTING POWER WASHED AND REFINISHED MY ALUMINUM SIDING. THEY DID A SUPERB JOB, AND I ESPECIALLY APPRECIATED THAT WHEN WE WERE NEGOTIATING THE ESTIMATE, WHEN I SAID THAT I WANTED THE TRIM A SECOND COLOR AND I WANTED THE WHOLE JOB TO BE NOT MORE THAN $2500.00 THEY AGREED TO DO IT FOR THAT. THEY WERE FINISHED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF SIGNING THE CONTRACT AND THEY DID A FABULOUS JOB. NO SPILLS, BUBBLES, DRIPS OR SLOPPY EDGES. MY HOUSE LOOKS BEAUTIFUL!

BLASTED PAINT OFF ALUMINUM SIDING IN SEVERAL AREAS. ASKED THEM SPECIFICALLY TO STAND ON LADDERS TO SPRAY HIGH AREAS SO WATER WOULD NOT GET UNDER SIDING AND SOAK THE INSULATION. THEY COMPLIED WHEN THEY WERE IN OUR SIGHT, BUTWHEN THEY THOUGHT WE WERE NOT LOOKING SPRAYED FROM THE GROUND. ASKED THEM TO TAKE CIG BUTTS WITH THEM, BUT THEY LEFT THEM ON DRIVEWAY.

IN DEFENSE OF OUR VERY PROFESSIONAL AND REPUTABLE COMPANY.. THIS IS A CLASSIC CASE OF ONE OF THOSE CUSTOMERS "YOU COULD NEVER PLEASE". PERIOD. FIRST, THEY WERE NOT OUR BRAND OF CIGARETTES, AND SECOND, YOU WERE FORE-WARNED ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF PEELING DUE TO THE CONDITION OF THE SIDING. HOWEVER, THIS CUSTOMER CONVENIENTLY LEAVES OUT THE $2,500.00 CUSTOM DECORATIVE CONCRETE DESIGN JOB THAT WE DID THAT SHE WAS "NOT SATISFIED" WITH HOWEVER WON US DISTICTIVE RECOGNITION ON. THIS IS THE SAME CUSTOMER WHO FLAT OUT REFUSED TO PAY AT THE COMPLETION OF THE JOB AND TOLD ME SHE WANTED ME TO COME BACK TOMMORROW (APPROX. 45 MINUTE DRIVE) TO GET THE CHECK, BECAUSE SHE DIDN''T FEEL LIKE WRITING IT OUT. THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT. WE DO NOT TAKE THIS TYPE OF HALF-SIDED CRITICISM LIGHTLY. IN OVER 12 YEARS OF BUSINESS, WE CAN PROUDLY SAY THERE HAS ONLY BEEN A SELECT FEW THAT WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO COMPLETELY SATISFY. I DIDN''T KNOW I COULD RESPOND TO THESE COMMENTS OR I WOULD HAVE MUCH SOONE
