Campbell Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

With all of the rain that we have had, I brought my daughter home from being in the hospital for 5 days to find that my basement had water in the one corner. It was coming from the gray water drain that the washer drains into, so I could not do any laundry. I called Scott Wed morning and he was at my house a few hours later. He assessed the situation, tried several things and did everything he could to fix the problem without digging up my front yard. Unfortunately for me, that couldn't be helped. Scott and his crew were back the next day when promised, fixed the problem, cleaned up after themselves and left. Scott showed me the pipe that was removed as well as the tree roots that had been in the pipe and explained everything that they had done as well as giving me several pictures that he took inside the pipe. The front yard is now ready for some grass seed and next spring there will be no indication that anything happened! Scott and the rest of the crew from Campbell Plumbing were great to work with! I will definitely use Campbell Plumbing again for any plumbing issue.

I had numerous roots in my sewer line which were mostly under my house's foundation and snaking it was no longer a good option. I thought the only way to solve the problem was to replace the entire line. I called Campbell Plumbing and Heating to get a quote to replace the sewer line. Scott came out and was very honest with me that I shouldn't need to replace the line if roots were my only problem. He explained how he recommended using his very powerful water jet to cut the roots out and then treat the line with Rootx. This option would be much more cost effective ($17K vs. $1K). Scott and his coworker were a wealth of information and very courteous. The process only took a few hours. They showed me the video of the sewer line to prove to me the roots were gone. That gave me great peace of mind. I would definitely hire them again.

Called Campbell's on Thursday and the Team showed up when they said they would on Friday morning. Performed hydrojetting on the sanitary line in the basement. They were very thorough. Repeating the process to make sure it was clean and then they put a camera down there to inspect the work. They also replaced a PVC downspout from Kitchen. Cleaned up and were on their way. I was very impressed with the professionalism. They did the job properly and did not cut corners. Would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

We thought our pipes were frozen--we had called out the water company the day before. We called Campbell and they were able to come out immediately. Scott Campbell actually found some black debris that blocked almost every faucet (etc.). He helped flush everything out and fixed a toilet flushing mechanism that just didn't work after the clog. He did great work and was so responsive that when we found our other toilet clogged after he left, he came right back and fixed it. Good work and such great responsiveness!

Since I am a new owner he showed me where the main water shut off valve was, and answered my questions. He was pleasant and professional.

We were in the middle of a bathroom remodel today and realized that shut off valve to the sink in that bathroom just started pouring out water after we tried to turn it off. We turned off the main water supply and checked Angie's List for a plumber. I got in contact with Scott from Campbell's Plumbing & Heating. I explained the problem and he said that they could come out today between 12pm & 2pm. He arrived on time and was very courteous, worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. He gave us his business card and which he says has his direct number on it. We have put that card in a safe place for future reference. We will definitely use them again for any future plumbing issues!

Figures the ONE TIME we don't run the water in below zero weather they freeze. Luckily we called Campbell and they came out within an hour of us calling to fix the problem. It wasn't easy since our pipes are in a crawlspace underneath the house but they were very professional and even gave us tips on how we can prevent the pipes from freezing again. They even put a sticker on our water heater. Would definitely recommend them again!

The problem was a broken ignitor. The part had to be ordered. It took another trip to install the ignitor. The furnace was also given annual service and adjustment. The air filter was also changed and the humidifier was gone over for proper operation.

Our kitchen sink was leaking and discovered the garbage disposal was in need of replacement. Called him on Sunday and left a message on his business phone. He called back within 15 minutes to ask what the problem was and scheduled me for Monday with a window between 11am-1pm. Monday came and 12:30pm still had not shown up and I called. Went to voice mail and I left a message. He promptly called back and stated he was at a job site and lost track of time. Stated he would be at our house shortly and apologized for not calling. Showed up about 1/2 hour later and it only took him about 45 minutes to complete the work I needed. He was very clean and took off his shoes at the door to make sure he did not dirty up the wood floor. Overall he knows what he is doing and will use him when we replace our hot water tank.

The start of calling a plumber was my old kitchen sink was running after I shut the faucet off.So I turned the water off under the sink. This was on a Friday night .So I called Campbell plumbing on Saturday morning Scott said the first appointment was Tuesday between 12-3pm. I thought the water valves need to be replace but, after tell Scott I was going to tear everything out in the next three weeks. He said I not going to replace them and then the contractor take them out again that not go business practice to charge someone twice. I thought that was honest to inform me of this. I felt good with Scott I didn't feel rushed . He did tell me about the life of my water heater was getting up there. He answered all my questions. He was patient with his partner that was younger and was learning. I wish his prices were lower. That was my fault not asking what he charges for a service call but, after boiling water on the stove to wash dishes you kind of dont care. So 75.00 for service call and 175.00 to install new faucet.

Installed and was done within an hour! It was the day before the Memorial Day week-end and we found we had a leak under the sink - we were in the process of a kitchen remodel. We called Campbells and they arrived the same day, at the time they said, discovered the problem, fixed it and was done in no time. Great people and very courteous!

Ray gave us ideas on how they could move the plumbing. The price was right and the work was scheduled immediately. It is an unusual area with solid block walls but they were able to get the job done efficiently and promptly. They cleaned up well and we were very with the experience.
