Description of Work: They installed a new central air conditioner. When they came out for their yearly inspection of the AC, they discovered a leak and a possible blockage in the system. The next day another repairman arrived who had more experience with our type of central air (over 10 years old) and he, too, agreed that there was a leak but determined no blockage. He said that he could replace a portion of the unit but that it would still leak and we would definitely have to be putting refrigerant in every year. The quote he gave me for doing that was $1200. At that time, I questioned how much a whole new unit would cost and he told me $4000. We discussed the repair versus a new unit and figured that the repair (plus putting refrigerant in every year because of the leak and the possibility of something else going wrong)though initially less money could end up being very close to the $4000 figure for a new one. The repairman pointed out that if we go with the repair, they could also do a dye test to find the leak in the system and depending on where that leak is, another part of the AC may be needed. My husband and I mulled the facts over and the price (which seemed a little high to us) and decided to go with a new unit. We called the office on Friday and the new unit was here on Monday. The office had promised that we'd have air by Monday evening but the weather presented a problem and another visit was necessary. The guys worked long hours and constantly. They were very professional and polite.

Description of Work: Great service. Were able to come out and give estimate quickly as well as schedule appointment for install soon. Installed air conditioning unit in 1.5 days. Courteous and knowledgable would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Called concerning a dysfunctional furnace. Repairman arrived when promised and diagnosed the repair quickly. Was a dirty flame sensor. Repair made and only a service call price charged. Repairman was very courteous and gave good information on preventing a reoccurrence.

Description of Work: We purchased a new A/C and heating unit from them several years ago. They also do routine service on our units.
