They were very prompt. They called us beforehand and let us know that they could be there earlier than they had projected. They let us know that our furance didn't need repaired, which was great. The price was exactly what was quoted. I'm happy with their services.

They were very nice and came quickly to the house. It took a couple days to install the furnace, but it was put in quickly in regards to when it was ordered.

From the moment that I spoke to the representative on the phone to explain my situation until the final step of the job ( installation of the chimney liner), I felt confident that I had made the best choice in the new furnace that was installed and that the installation was done correctly and with as much efficiency as possible. I am completely satisfied!

It still works fine and they've done a major remodeling of it. I don't have a service maintenance contract, but I just call them when something goes out. They are very responsive. I've used them for years and years. I am happy and that's the reason I use them.

These guys did a great job! They rolled out a mat &, despite the snow, they didn't get any dirt in the house. The man who installed the system explained what he was doing and how to manitain the new system. I would recommend Bill Reynolds any day.

They installed the second furnace, and didn't charge us for the extra effort. They tried their best to do the work as quickly as possible. They arrive on time, and they arrived when they said they would be there.

It is a family owned business. They are very responsive and punctual. They have always done a pretty good job. They are a little expensive but their quality of their work is very good.

They are ok. They come out once a year. I think they are a little pricey. They are the ones who sold me the furnace. I think the servicemen are qualified. They know what they are doing. I have been using them for thirty or forty years. They have nice men. I had them clean the ducts one time, but they did a bad job. They are ok for the furnace and A/C.

Cost is per year and that includes a complete check of the furnace once per year and normal maintenance/service calls. I have never had an problem with them. I had a motor break down a few years ago and they replaced it no cost. It was a new motor and it didn't last very long and they were johnny on the spot to fix the situation period. No questions asked.

I shopped around and found that his pricing was very fair. The quality and the service were excellent! I had a small problem and they came right back out and took care of it.

They did timely and efficient work at a good price. I would certainly call on them again!

My father just died and I was so tired and worried and I never thought I would find anyone to help (servie) me on such short notice. Bill Reynolds just did what they do, service the public to the best of their ability. Not only once, but twice within 2 weeks during the busy season! How relieved I was to get honest service and pricing too!

TALKED TO JUDY ON NOVEMBER 16TH & WE SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR DECEMBER 7TH. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME OUT BETWEEN 9 & 1. I WAITED UNTIL 1:20 & NO ONE SHOWED UP OR HAD THE COURTESY TO CALL & LET ME KNOW THEY WERE GOING TO BE LATE. I CALLED (ONCE I WENT BACK TO WORK) & SPOKE WITH JUDY. SHE APOLOGIZED & ASKED IF I WOULD LIKE TO RESCHEDULED & I SAID NO. HER REASON FOR THEM NOT SHOWING UP WAS THAT THERE WERE SOME EMERGENCY CALLS WHERE FURNACES WERE OUT COMPLETELY. THAT IS UNDERSTANDABLE, IF THEY HAD ONLY LET US KNOW. I TOLD HER THAT I WOULD NOT BE USING THEM IN THE FUTURE & WOULD BE REPORTING TO ANGIE'S LIST & THE BBB & SHE SIMPLY SAID, "OK. FINE." I DIDN'T APPRECIATE HER ATTITUDE IN THIS RESPONSE. I HAVE A TRACK RECORD OF POOR COMMUNICATION WITH COMPANIES & THIS ONE LED ME TO COMPLAIN WITH ANGIE'S LIST AS WELL AS THE BBB.

THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND DO GREAT WORK. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE. THEY'VE KEPT MY FURNACE RUNNING SINCE WE BOUGHT THE HOUSE. WE'VE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEM.

I LIKE THEIR SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT TRY TO SELL ME ANYTHING, WHICH WAS GREAT. THEY GAVE ME OPTIONS AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY CLEARLY.

REPAIR PERSON NEVER SHOWED UP THE DAY OF INITIAL APPOINTMENT AND DIDN'T CALL WITH EXPLANATION OR APOLOGY. HE ARRIVED FOR THE SECOND APPOINTMENT WITH EQUIPMENT THAT DIDN'T WORK AND DID NOT OFFER TO GET ANOTHER AND RETURN. HE WAS RUDE AND NOT BOTHERED THAT AFTER 2 APPOINTMENTS (ONE MISSED, ONE SHORT LIVED) I STILL DID NOT HAVE A WORKING ATTIC FAN.

THE FURNACE REPLACEMENT WAS HANDLED WITH EFFICIENCY, AND CLEANLINESS, AND THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED WHAT WAS DONE AND WHAT WE NEEDED TO DO FOR NORMAL SERVICE FOLLOW UP. HE WORKED AS HARD AS ANYONE I'VE SEEN IN YEARS. BILL REYNOLDS SHOULD BE PROUD OF THE WORK ETHIC THAT THEIR SERVICE TECHNICIAN EXEMPLIFIED.

I HAVE USED THEM FOR A FEW YEARS NOW. THEY ARE TIMELY.

WE HAD A NEW FURNACE QUOTED AND DAN REYNOLDS EXPLAINED THE EQUIPMENT QUOTED, AND ANSWERED THE QUESTIONS WE HAD IN A CLEAR MANNER.

DID A VERY GOOD JOB! WE ARE REPEAT CUSTOMERS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED. CLEAN UP WAS ABOUT AS WELL AS YOU CAN DO WITH THIS KIND OF WORK.

RESPONDED THE SAME MORNING I CALLED, ON A SATURDAY. WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE THE REPAIR IN 15 MINUTES WHICH LETS ME KNOW THEY WERENT INTERESTED IN PADDING THEIR BILL.
