Was able to set up an appointment quickly (especially this being their busy season.) He was on time, did what needed done & did it in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend them for this type of work! Have now used them 3 or 4 times, & have always been pleased with the service.

They are good. They are a good company and have a good reputation.

Did a fine job. No problems. Explained all my options. Coordinated timing with gas company. Finished the job as promised. When a part malfunctioned after a few weeks, they came back and fixed it, no questions asked, no charge. Made sure I got all the discounts & tax rebates I could.

we have a crawl space under the house and our old heater went out. We had to have the crawl encapsulated before hand and had to cordinate both companies and they made it easy. they came when we told them it would be done this was the friday after thanksgiving and they had no problem coming and installing the heater then. They also had to vent up the chimney and they were efficient and very professional. it was a great value for us. Our heating bill has dropped alot with the new unit.

I called Bill Reynolds Heating A/C on Tuesday. I suspected that my blower was not working properly. Someone came out to my house within 2 hours. The fellow who came out was professional, friendly and helpful. He suggested a couple of things; ordered a part in need of replacement and said that he could finish the job the following day. The next morning, I received a call and another fellow was at my home within 15 minutes to replace a worn belt. Done. Nice, professional, helpful with practical advice. I have a working furnace and I'm happy. [In full disclosure, it may or may not have been a blower problem -- it may have been a filter in need of replacement (which we also did) but I am comfortable that I've had the furnace serviced, that I've replaced a belt that was in need of replacement and that I now have a furnace that is reliably heating my home -- just as another storm descends on NE Ohio.]

I'm on a maintenance contract with them. I bought my furnace from them and they service me really well. Whenever I had any problems, I call them and they are here and are talking me through troubleshooting over the phone. Their service has been really superior. Whenever I had a major issue, they talk me through what I could do myself and when I continued to have problems, they immediately dispatch a service person to fix whatever the issue was. I think the price is reasonable. They're on my calendar for me to call them.

Everything was handled as scheduled.

It was good. I'm very pleased with his work and the house is very comfortable.

I got a good price and professional install from them. Their office staff and technicians are very friendly and professional. If you are looking for no hassle service call them. They are the best!

They came out in a day or two and needed to order a part on my 28 year old furnace. My wife wanted them to finish so asked them to hurry as soon as it came in and they sent a guy who did not know that you need caulk to seal water from leaking. When his bad install leaked they sent the original person out who fixed it properly. No problems since. They did not try to sell me a new furnace which I appreciate. I would use them again.

Their tech Mike was very professional, on time, & willing to listen. He sorted out why the furnace had quit very quickly, then did the annual maintenance on the heat-a/c system & water heater. All in all, will definitely make them my go-to for this type of service!!

Dan Reynolds is a consummate professional; from his initial contact and on-site inspection throughout the entire process. Dan was punctual, calling before coming to our house for the inspection. He is more than a salesman, Dan is an educator. After reviewing our existing system (A/C, Furnace, wiring et al) Dan took time to offer a couple different systems with his estimate while discussing the pros and cons of each alternative. He warned us of the potential noise factor of the heat pump. It is significantly quieter than the Air Conditioner that it replaced. As a teacher I have limited time available away from the classroom. The installation team worked around my scheduled time off and completed the process without my having to take time off from teaching. The installation team was terrific. Some days it was a single craftsman working alone, other times small teams would arrive, perform their assigned task and leave. I never observed anyone wasting time or taking personal calls. They were courteous, cleaned up after themselves and removed all waste and scrap materials. They left things better than they found it. I was surprised by all the little things that were included in the system, - Making certain that the existing wiring was up to code specifications. - Installing a GFI circuit on the furnace. - Plumbing a condensation drain line from the furnace to the sink and showing me how to test the pump system. - Relining and capping the ceramic flue to accommodate the reduced airflow of only the hot water heater vent. - Keeping me on task to get the city building inspector out for the final inspection and review of their work. - Their attention to detail, customizing sheet metal duct work to connect the Carrier equipment to our air handling system. - Taking time to train me on the care and use of the system components rather than just handing me a bunch of user manuals. This team is great. I strongly recommend them.

We have been with him for years. He does excellent job. He always does fall and winter tune ups to the furnace. At the first house somebody told us we need to do something for the furnace because house is going to blow up and Bill Reynolds came in with the second opinion saying we don’t have to do that but we need to do this and we are done. After he told us that we use him all the time and this was 20 years ago. The price was good too.

From start to finish, everyone was so helpful and you could tell they generally really cared about getting my furnace up and running. I had originally called a local company who informed me that the earliest they could get out to inspect my furnace was on Monday and this was a Thursday, unbelievable since this was in the middle of December.

My home is a very old house with a tiny crawl space and attic, so I was worried about the project. However, Bob V., an installer from the Bill Reynolds company worked very hard on the removal of my old oil furnace and the installation of the new gas furnace and air conditioning system. I know he had may challenges during the installation process, but he worked tirelessly and kept me informed on what he was doing and why, which was very reassuring to me. Also, Bob V. and the installer/eletrician Chris W. were able to figure out an issue with connecting the air conditioning system to the electrical box and they even volunteered to work passed their regular hours inorder that I would have the air conditioning system in and working, because we were expecting some very how weather. Tthe next day it was very hot, it so very nice to have finally have air in my home. The installation of the system was inspected by the city of Mentor and passed. It was nice to find out that the Bill Reynolds Company has some very carring and professional persons working for them. Thank you for a job well done.

It was the evening before Memorial Day 2011. Our a/c was not working - it was getting very warm. They were predicting Hot/Humid for the next day - near 90. We were not very comfortable and knew the next day would be horrid. So we looked inthe yellow pages to find a company that service 24/7, which Bill Reynolds does advertise. We called and talked to a man who basically told us that they couldn't help us with the holiday and all. They would have someone call us on Tuesday - day after the holiday. Well, we didn't know what to do so I turned to my facebook friends and asked if anyone knew of anyone that could help us. Guess what, one of my friends did know so that great guy came over in the morning of Memorial Day and fixed our a/c for us! Saved from a day that really turned out very hot and humid. So what really upset me was that Bill Reynolds told us someone would call the day after the holiday to arrange someone to come over which would of been that Tuesday. NO ONE CALLED US UNTIL THAT THURSDAY!!!!!! CRAPPY SERVICE! When my husband told them to forget it that we got it fixed on Monday, the girl that called said "so you don't need us now?" Wow - that blew me away! I'm sure they have wonderful reviews - don't know that for sure. But our experience was horrid and will never consider them or recommend them to anyone. In fact we've told people that experience we had already.

They respond very quickly when something may go wrong in the winter time. They come when they say they will and do a good job.

although not within a few days (busy time of year for service) it was not an emergency but service man came right on time & appeared to do a professional job in preparing our furnace for winter heating.

The serviceman arrived when he said he would. He was courteous, friendly and professional. He identified the problem quickly and left when I said I would do the work myself. As he departed, he told me that if his diagnosis was wrong, I was eligible for a free service call. I was quite happy with the entire experience.

Everything went great. They were prompt with a phone call to know when to expect and completed the job in a timely manner. The repairman was courteous and explained what he did. Furnace is up and running.

I honestly don’t remember much, but I’m sure he was fine. I don’t remember anything bad.

They arrived on time. I had a unique problem because my home vented to the outside and they were good in resolving this issue. They took their time and even called the city inspector to make sure they were correct and legal.
