Description of Work: Year Round Landscaping raked our lawn, cleaned up and removed leaves, locust pods and all debris. They aerated our lawn, as well. Ti was very professional. He takes his business very seriously. The crew did a great job, and were very courteous. There was a small problem with their machinery which delayed their arrival a bit, but Ti kept in touch and apologized for keeping us waiting.

Description of Work: contacted merchant for yard care/weed control. one person showed up two times, never a third time as was advertised. the yard had more weeds, no new viable grass after the second application. It appeared as if nothing was done. tried contacting year round landscaping, three messages left, no response. in their "advertising" it is stated that if not 100% satisfied, money back guarantee. I am not at all satisfied. Please do not use this merchant, unreliable.

Description of Work: The Big Deal I bought was for three separate treatments of my lawn and I was promised on three different occasions that the service would be delivered, but I had to call back three times before they came and then, because it was so late, the treatments had to be done all at the same time rather than spread out. The owner did promise me an additional free treatment later, and I hope he will come through.

Description of Work: Given the "before" situation of my front and backyard, the good is the front yard looks much better. In the backyard, which was the bulk of job, the good is they worked hard a got a lot done. Unfortunately, the light bulb in my solar powered night light was smashed and the broken glass was left where people or pets could have been injured. There were two butterfly bushes, one of my older rose of sharon trees and numerous rose bushes that were not in the area I wanted pruned that were sniped right down to the ground. Arrgh! The back gate was left open and they left one of their shovels behind. Now I was not expecting them to get to my yard that quickly, if I had known I could have move the night light to a different location (like in the garage). I would suggest being available to supervise any projects. They did get a lot of work done, so the amount work or the service provided was a lot for the amount of money that I paid, unfortunately the plants/trees that were inappropriately attacked with the pruners were worth far more than the $99 I paid.
