YEAR ROUND Landscaping

I have been a client of YRL for several years, service has become terrible and they may suddenly gone out of business. Purchased a landscaping package to cover all services through the year. Over the past several months work crews started coming to perform services more and more sporadically and not on schedule. They were last out to my house in October, have missed the last 4 (and counting) service calls including final end of year yard clean up. I have attempted to contact the company via phone (office and owner) and email and have received zero responses. Just had to open up a BBB complaint against them.

Bottom line is that Ti is absolutely professional and is very reasonable in cost for his services. Unlike other contractors, we find Year Round prompt, dependable and responsive which is absolutely key in this industry. Ti is also a wonderful man who will listen to your needs and work with you if you have any special requests. highly recommended!!

I have used Year Round for the last several years. Ti provides several snow removal packages to choose from. The team is responsive and timely. Ti always responds to requests and the work is excellent.

Ti is very enthusiastic and professional; his team does the work well. Snow removal wasn't all that necessary last winter, but they were always there before I woke up when it was needed.

They showed up and did a great job. Ty didn't leave until I was happy with the job and made sure everything was done correctly. Would definitely recommend to my neighbors and friends.

I've had him for about 7 years now. I use him every week. Price depends on the size of your yard.

A little pricey but they do outstanding work and extremely professional. Compared to previous landscaping companies we've hired they are worth every penny.

They do snow removal and landscaping. They're very good, very prompt.

I can not recommend them highly enough. They never fail to satisfy and do pretty-much anything we ask of them. We even had them assist with the install of a outdoor oven.

Year Round did a wonderful job maintaining my yard and landscaping this past year. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Purchased big deal through angie's list for 3 applications of weed control. First of all provider did not start applications until I reached out to them numerous times and asked them when will they do weed control applications. After couple of months of constant reminders - they did 1 application and then again same story. I kept asking them when will they do next weed control application? Again after couple of months this time they told me all 3 applications of weed control were already done and if I want to purchase more applications - I can do so.. I tried to explain them that only 1 application is done and he explained to me that on single day all 3 applications were done and tried to break that weed control applications into multiple. Stay away if you are purchasing their big deal about weed control applications.

It was okay. I think they got overwhelmed because it took them a while to get it scheduled. We got off to a slow start. Once they started doing the work, the work itself was really good. The main drawback was the scheduling and the administrative side. The second drawback was the terms weren't really detailed. I ended up having to pay a lot more because they weren't clear on what it included. We had to pay extra for most of that. It wasn't clear what was included. I wouldn't buy the package deal again.

Very slow to respond to calls about late service.

I signed up for three visits and as far as I know, I only got two. I think they got two much of a response on the deal with Angie's List. I'm not going to worry about it. The lawn did look better after both visits. I was expecting a third, but it's no big deal. The price was excellent. I did call them about the second visit and they did call me. I might give them another try, they did get over their head. I can't recommend them to anyone else.

Price was great, getting in touch for scheduling was harder than it should have been.

Year Round Landscaping did a great job. The owner was prompt and professional when scheduling the service. The workers arrived on time and worked hard throughout. I was very pleased.

So far I am reasonable satisfied. They come what they say they are going to come.

It worked out fine. I'd give them a B. They got to really stand out to get a name online. They didn't tell me when they were coming out. When the guy came out, he didn't know when they were going to come back. It just didn't seem that they were very responsive. I think the price was good. The quality was fine. They just came and did whatever I wanted.

It was a little difficult to get their attention at first (apparently they're busy). But when all was agreed to they showed up on time, did the work as discussed, we're thorough and very good. The went above and beyond and produced a great looking result. Very pleased with the work.

So far the weeding was terrible. They never call me back and left messages. I would like to cancel with them. I think the weed control doesn't work very well. They are non responsive. They would never call me back. I would not recommend them. The price is decent.

They did an excellent job on the first service (4/20/15) and then sent a bill for another $1000, which I refused to pay because I did not authorize any work in addition to that included in the Big Deal. They mowed approximately weekly, except for one period in May when they let the lawn go to seed. In early July, they damaged the lawn by mowing immediately after a downpour. When I called their attention to the problem, they indicated that they could no longer service my property after the end of July. I agreed to let them off the hook but asked for a $530 refund after comparing the work included in the Big Deal with work they actually performed. They refused to give a refund saying that it was all used up with "extras" (which I did not authorize). Fortunately, Angie's List came through and refunded the original $999 purchase price of the Big Deal. So this contractor gets an F but Angie's List gets an A+.

they treated for crabgrass in early spring and later provided a treatment for insects. I am due one more treatment for which they have not contacted me. I doubt they ever will.
