Dayne was a pleasure to work with. My initial requirement was to have a security panel in my bedroom as well as a main panel downstairs. Due to the age of our home, we had to go with a wireless system. They were very flexible in the options of monitoring, sensors, etc. They promptly came out to give an estimate, and were able to start the installation the following week. Unfortunately, the wireless system was not able to operate with the initial locations we had selected in the home. Dayne was very cooperative in working to find an alternate solution. He came out numerous times, and finally we were able to get the correct setup. Throughout the entire process, they were very responsive, and didn't charge me a dime until the system was setup and working correctly to my expectations. I would use them again at any home in the future.

Called for a in home estimate of a home security system. Made a appointment with Don Shick for the next day. He showed up right on time. He explained to me and my wife that he could provide just about any leveli of home security we would want . He then ask us what was important to us and what would make us feel safe. We bantered some questions back and forth and then designed a system that would meet our needs. Don took as much time as needed to explain things and there was no high pressure sales at all. We scheduled installation five days later. Dayne Shick did the installation in about three hours and when he was done completely reviewed all aspects of the system, the control module, on line capabilities, and smart phone capabilities. Dayne also took his time and answered all our questions.

Everything was great! Don showed up early for the estimate. He was thorough, and explained everything in great detail. On the day of installation, everything went like clockwork. I was very happy with everything that they put in, they explained everything, and our alarm system works great!

Very well. They helpfully returned to synchronize wireless wall switches with the systems. Everything works smoothly. Monthly monitoring rate is reasonable.

They did an excellent job. They were very friendly and were not high pressure at all with their sales. I appreciated by answered all our questions and didn?t push any one idea. Checked on us the next day to make sure we had everything working like we wanted it to.

We made an appointment and they came real quick. They already submitted a quote but I haven't seen it yet. They came here in uniform and I think they were father and son. They also seem to have good reviews on Angie's List.

It was a father-son team and they were wonderful. They literally were not out to sell us the most expensive thing and it was no hard push. They were great to work with; they worked with us the whole time. When we originally moved in, we know that there was wiring and although this was a wireless system, they actually went and found the wires within the wall; that was even cooler. We never had any problems though we wanted to upgrade a few things; they would constantly do whatever we wanted. Their price seemed comparable. People should definitely use them.

They arrived on time, were very courteous and professional and completed the job on time. They were very patient with my questions and made sure my wife and I fully understood the new system's capabilities, how it worked and who to contact with any follow-up questions. I had called for them to come out to give us an estimate. I thought they would just give me an estimate and install it at a later date since we were going out of town the next day. When they found out we were leaving the next day, they just came in and installed the security system that night. We did appreciate that they would do something like that since we have had some recent problems with theft. I thought they were going above and beyond. They were probably there four or five hours installing the system late at night. It let us have peace of mind to leave the next day. They have a lot of technology and convenient payment options. They keep us alerted each month with emails. With their security system, you are able to monitor everything with your computer. You are able to see that all systems are functioning correctly. Even if we are in a different part of the country, we are able to make sure everything is working fine. I would highly recommend them.

This was a great experience. Blain arrived on time for first review and went through house with me to make suggestions and recommendations. Did not try to sell something not needed. Very professional and courteous throughout all contacts. We made decision to go with this company and arranged for installation. Blain called to say that could be here early if ok with me..it was. Installation was quick and easy. Review of system was well done and easy to understand. My wife was not home so she had some questions later that I could not answer. All questions responded to quickly and professionally.

Don and his son Dayne came out and checked our system when we started with them. He charged nothing to start since everything I have in the house was doing OK. I like that the monitoring company is big, but not too big. My $300 covers one year in advance. He did give me the choice of month to month payment but I paid for a year to get 1 month free.

I looked on Angie's List for a service provider. My wife wanted an alarm installed in the house and I wanted to use a local company. I found Ultimate Technology and they were close. I called and Dayne immediately scheduled an appointment to meet with me to go over our options. He arrived for the estimate promptly as promised. I walked him through the house and explained what I wanted. Dayne pointed out some things I had not considered, but was extremely low key. No high pressure and he seemed genuinely concerned in meeting our needs as cost effectively as possible. (actually pointed out some areas where what I wanted was overkill.) We arranged an installation date and time. Again, Dayne arrived promptly. He completed the work quickly and efficiently. The best part is he spent quite a bit of time explaining and training me on the system. So far it has worked flawlessly.

My old system was failing. I checked Angie's list and this company gave me by far the best estimate. The work was done promptly and efficiently. A minor adjustment was made a week later at my agreement. The monitoring company is excellent. I am satisfied to know that I learn exactly what area is breached and at what time.

We are very happy with the service. They were quite insightful in terms of where to most efficiently place the sensors. The up front cost was a bit higher but the monthly fees more than make up for that. System has been in for a few months Still happy with it. I needed help with a password issue(totally my fault and they where very helpful)

From start to finish it was very professional. On time appointments, work completed in a timely manner with no hassle or inconvenience. We are extremely happy & would recommend to anyone!

Don and Dayne were great! Don came out the day after I called for an estimate. He and his son Dayne came out the following week and added a wireless capability to my alarm system. They even replaced a faulty sensor at no cost. Very happy with their service.

I was very pleased with the work done and the patience of the installer in helping me to understand to use the system.

I had a good security system in place and my contract was about to expire. My family regularly leaves one of our three freezer doors open because they shut it to hard or they shut the refrigerator and it opens the freezer door. We actually lost the entire content of our freezer several months back. Therefore, I inquired with my previous vendor if I could upgrade my system such that it would include sensors to monitor the freezers. Additionally, I wanted to monitor the alarm system via a smartphone App. My vendor was not capable of providing a solution. I contacted Ultimate Technology and they had the perfect solution for much cheaper than I was paying before. The system we installed can be monitored through Alarm.com, there are sensors on the freezers so if they are left open for more than 5 minutes I receive a text or email, if my garage door is left open after a certain hour I receive a text or email (you get to decide how you want to be informed), and if I loose power to a certain circuit I receive a notification. My in-laws no longer have to worry about setting off the alarm as we disarm it remotely via our phones. When My cleaner enters the house I get a notification as well as when she leaves. Even my wife is excited by this system and she does not care about new technologies. I would highly recommend Don and his son Dayne to anyone who is looking for a great experience at an affordable price.

As part of our security system with Ultimate Technologies, we have a glass break sensor in the basement. We unfortunately had a sewer line backup last night and, because of the hammering and chisling of the concrete floor by the plumbers to fix the drain pipe, the sensor kept getting tripped. I called Don at Ultimate Tech this AM on his cell phone because the plumbers are going to be here all day and I wanted to simply remove the power from the whole system. He tried to guide me through the steps to do this, but my feeble brain couldn't handle the task. So he literally turned his car around, drove to our house and did it for me! He got here in 10 minutes, spent 5 minutes disconnecting the hardware, showed me how to reconnect it when the basement work was done, and that was it! Didn't charge me a thing! And was happy to do this for me! Before leaving he even told me to call him back if I had any other issues. It is gratifying to see that true "Customer Service" still exists in this cynical world! Thank you Don!!!!

We had recently purchased a home in Hilliard having moved from northeast Ohio. I had a monitored security system installed in our other home for the past 12 years. Have never been broken into but believe in being pro-active rather than re-active. I don't like dealing with big national companies and prefer "mom and pop" businesses. I had a "brother sister" alarm company before and like being able to talk to the owners. Things just get done better in my experience. There are times when a national company is the way to go but not with security systems. Being new to the area, I Googled "security and alarm companies" in the Columbus area and was overwhelmed with the number of hits. I joined Angie's list to see what the locals were saying about these companies. I used the map feature to see where folks lived that reported and also how many Angie's customers the companies had in the Columbus metro area. I whittled this down to 4 local companies and scheduled appointments with each company at our home. I knew what I wanted but needed to catch up on technology advancements since it was 12 years ago we had the other system installed. I'm a repair technician with a multi national company that depends on and develops new technology and I'm a fan of new technology. So much for the background stuff. I met with all 4 local companies and knew after meeting with Dayne of Ultimate Technology and Security that theirs was the company I was going with. All the companies were great but for what I wanted protected and how I wanted it protected, Ultimate was the company I chose. They are in reality a father and son company and they do the installations. They have a lot of customers in the Columbus area and are highly recommended on Angie's list. As I said, I knew what I wanted and when I met with Dayne, he didn't ask why I wanted whatever it was, he made sure to accommodate my requests without asking why I wanted this or that. For example, I wanted certain components in my garage. He didn't ask why, He had a solution to get there. I like that. When I go to a restaurant and order a steak medium rare, I don't want to be asked by the server why I want a steak medium rare, just make it happen. I wanted cameras, He didn't ask why. I scheduled an installation appointment and Dayne (the son) and Don (the father) showed up a little early, they asked if they needed to remove their shoes which wasn't necessary but nice that they asked. Earlier, Dayne said the installation would take about 6 hours and even with all my questions, it took about 6 hours. Don left after the install and Dayne showed my wife and I how to operate it. We set up the cameras on my wireless router and the alarm.com app on the iPhone and Dayne and I went through every feature on the alarm.com web site. Dayne's a pretty laid back guy and made this whole process easy. He had to come back the next day to install one more component in the garage and I had him disable off all the beeps on the monitor by the bedrooms. We've had the system for a week and I'm impressed with it and how easy it is to interact with through alarm.com and the iPhone. Even though there's a lot to the system, the web site is very intuitive and took no time to maximize the features available. The night vision cameras work really well. Areas within the field of camera view can be set up as motion detection and record video of whatever tripped the motion detection at user chosen times. I get a text with video of the event. It's also easy to change parameters or tweak stuff. This is a very nice quality security system with some bells and whistles that I'm confident will deter a break in and, if that did happen, the system will alarm and record what's happening. Good stuff. I'm also confident that I can call Don or Dayne and get a prompt response, form one of the owners / installers that know me and the system that they installed. More good stuff. I highly recommend this company.

All went well. One item to be installed came broken but the next day a new one was flown in and installed to complete the job. There is detection wiring on almost all entrances to the house (doors, windows, attic). The keypad was moved to a better location for us and the system was changed from phone wire transport to wireless, a great update. Both Don and his son, Dayne, worked diligently and stayed until the job was finished. They took a lot of time to tell us about the system, how to work the keypad, how we could update it with more internet capabilities. We signed a 3 year contract and the price per month will not change during that time. If the monthly cost is paid annually, we get one month free (we also got a $5 senior discount). We are very pleased with the system and service we got. We will probably have them replace our business security service as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a security system.

I had a 13 year old alarm system that had been inactive for several years. I wanted to get a security system, but based on Angie's list reviews. didn't want to go with the original company. I called Ultimate instead, also based on Angie's List reviews and I'm glad I did. Don came out that day and looked at my existing system and gave me a quote for the least amount of work needed to get the existing system up and running. No trying to sell me anything I didn't need (what a relief!). I had to ask him to tell me about available upgrades and ended up choosing to upgrade my system because I wanted the convenience of monitoring the system remotely as well as the system's ability to notify me via text/email if there was a problem and its ability to notify me if I forgot to arm it when leaving for work. I also like that you can provide different security access to various people so you know when someone is entering and leaving your house (ie petsitter or housecleaning company). Don and Dane came out the next day to do the work. I have had some issues, not with their equipment, but with some parts of the original system that were retained. They have been fantastic about coming out to resolve the old equipment issues. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a modern system and a company that provides great personal service.

This was a wonderful experience. Our existing alarm system (from a well-known alarm company) was not working correctly. In fact, some of the alarms were not working and that company's monitoring system did not know it. I called Ultimate Technology & Security Solutions and Don came out, at no cost, to see if he could help. He spent quite a bit of time examining the system, and confirmed what I thought, which was that certain sensors were either not correctly attached or otherwise inoperable. I did not want to continue with the old company because their service calls were costly, they failed to detect that the system was not operating correctly, and they kept trying to raise prices. Ultimate Technology & Security Solutions came to the rescue. Don and his son Dane came out and replaced the old system with one that worked flawlessly. They retained certain parts of the old system that could be compatible, and upgraded what could not. There was a continuous informative dialogue about what I wanted the system to do and what they were doing. They were committed to setting the system up just the way I wanted it. I could not have asked for more. They were not happy until I was happy. In fact, when I wanted a change in the system, they just came over, made the change, and there was no service charge. They are great. Not only that, but their system lets me monitor my alarms on-line. Wonderful company, wonderful people.

Father and son business. Installed the agreed upon system while my wife and I was home. Professional installation that included spending plenty of time making sure we understood how to use the system. Found that the base unit they installed did not have all the features working properly and arranged a return trip to replace the unit. So far everything is working fine as we get used to having the system in our home. Very pleased with the service and feel assured that if we have any issues or questions we can contact the owners and they will respond quickly.
