This is the absolute more personalized service you will ever get from a security service. They call you back within minutes. They come to your home when it is convenient to you. They do things for free that others charge for. For example, I replaced all my windows. They came out and removed and reinstalled all the sensors at no charge.

Bad start with Angie's List. I joined to search for a new home security provider. I called this company, was placed on hold for a couple of minutes, stated my request for a quote for a new system, was told that I would be transferred to "Don" and was promptly disconnected.

Dayne showed up a few minutes behind (he called ahead to let us know), but got to work immediately. He replaced our old control panels and put in a new wireless system. He also put in a sump pump sensor. He was polite and thoroughly answered all our questions. He walked us through the website and all the features available on alarm.com. We set up our alerts and customized our system. Dayne then showed us all the features of the new control panels and again was patient and thorough with his presentation. We were very satisfied and feel we have a more updated system with more features for a better price than our previous security system.

Excellent experience. At the initial appointment. they were punctual, provided us with different options, and didn't pressure us into any decisions. The installation went smoothly and as expected. We've had a couple questions since the install, and they have been very helpful and responsive.

Dayne called me back promptly, and came out the next day. He was very helpful and professional, and after realizing that they didn't offer what I was looking for (wireless video with independent cellular connection), I felt badly that I wasn't going to need their services. He was most understanding, and I would use them in a heartbeat if other security needs came up.

I originally went to consumer reports [online] and found 3 service providers who had very good reviews / ratings. Then, I joined Angie's List and searched the site and found these same 3 providers who, according to Angie's List also had very good reviews / ratings. Two of the providers were DIY installations [not my preference] and Ultimate Technologies was an install [my preference]. I called Ultimate Technologies. They arrived on time and assessed our needs. Based on their experience and our preferences, we decided on the course of action. They were fantastic. They had all the new equipment at hand, removed all the old equipment, and installed the new up to date features. Once everything was installed, they took us through the setup and customization of our security system. I am not a technical person, but the setup and customization was quite easy. This was a good experience and a great choice in selecting Ultimate Technology.

They are small firm but they seem to have a lot of knowledge on the business and for the system. They were very flexible.

Everything was great. He made the appointment to come out and kept it. He was able to give me a good estimate and when they came out, there were prompt. I had opted for better cameras because of the quality and they were very accommodating with my request. They did a great job with the installation and I am very pleased with the outcome.

Don and Dayne are great guys. Both very funny and personable, yet completely professional. They provided a very reasonable estimate for totally replacing my 15 year old wire and phone line security system equipment. Their pricing for Alarm.com was very reasonable for all the upgrades they did for me. I now have a state of the art GSM cell based alarm system with every door and windows with sensors. Additionally they set me up with video monitoring of both my front and back yards that I can access real time via my phone, ipad, and web browser. They replaced my old motion only sensors with new z-wave based motion/photo sensors so I can see what is happening inside whenever I am not at home. They also added z=wave controls for my lights enabling me to turn them on/off on a defined schedule or at will from home or anywhere I am at. The monitoring contract was very reasonable after getting 4 separate estimates from other companies. I now have monitoring for sump pump flooding, CO2, Fire, Doors with z-wave locks, all windows have open/glass break sensors, z-wave garage door control/monitoring, and many other features that fit our life style. Finally, these guys have a no pressure and no hidden charge style of doing business. They were on time, completed the job as estimated, and satisfied customer requested changes on the spot. I totally recommend Ultimate Technology and Security Solutions as a modern and progressive home security/automation provider.

It went really well. Don can over and helped us inventory all of the sensors we had in place and talked aobut our needs. Then he and his son Dayne came by, installed the new system and control panel, and even put a sensor way out on our barn, where we REALLY needed one. We have had a few of the sensors give up the ghost, and they come right over and fix it if I can't. The control panel locked up once, but it could be reset remotely. I think it was just a hitch in the install. All in all, we are REALLY pleased with Ultimate.

Both Don and Dayne run the company, they assist in any way that they can, by phone, stopping by, changing information to the answering service, etcetera. They have always been rapid in their response. They are pleasant at all times. The answering service has been helpful and courteous. They are a lot less expensive and with no false alarms, no workmen that don't know the equipment and have to send out another service rep a week later like the last company we used. We anticipate keeping their service permanently.

This is a small family business. Both the owner and his father (Dayne and Don) came to my home to discuss my security system. My previous provider, who installed the system over ten years ago,went out of business due to retirement. They were punctual and professional, expressing concern for both me and my security system. The owner spent considerable time explaining what services they could provide: just monitoring; install a new, updated system; and/or install a personal help button on a new system. Since I needed to engage a monitoring company immediately, I chose this option and told them that I would consider a new system if/when I decided to add an emergency help button (which requires a newer, more technical system). They personally checked each security switch and smoke alarm detector to make sure they were operating correctly before accepting responsibility for monitoring. They also advised me to call them if I had any questions about their monitoring. The system was activated the next day and I have been pleased with their service.

I called and spoke to 2 separate people including who I believe was the owner. I very specific in my description of the issue. I explained that I currently utilize ADT for my home security monitoring, but I wanted a local company who was highly rated on Angie's list to come and fix a hardware issue. I have a zone in my security system which will set off my alarm erroneously. The owner explained to me the window contacts do go bad and that sometimes you need to change out all the contacts for all the windows in a zone to ensure the issue is resolved. He also asked if there was a possibility of winning my monitoring business if he did a good job. Given the Angie's list rating, I told him I would be open to it but my main concern was getting the hardware fixed. He told me no problem, he was going out of town and was going to have who I believe to be his son call me and coordinate the work. We connected and agreed on meeting Friday morning to fix my issue (6/6/2014). He showed up checked out the windows and then told me he didn't expect to fix anything during this appointment. He showed up to only sell me security monitoring. He told me the company only services units it supports. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH MOVE!!! I swiftly showed him the front door. It shocks me in this day and age that people find this practice acceptable with little regard to people's personal time.

They were very quick to respond and were courteous and professional. This has also been my experience with this company with past interactions. To top things off there was no charge for this service !

Great job. Don and Dayne are fantastic with customer support. The monthly monitoring is ver affordable considering you get the Alarm.com system with all its nice features. Very satisfied with the initial setup and followup support.

they were really thorough and very patient. we had a home invasion so we were very anxious to get a system in. they understood how important it was for us to have a good system. friendly, helpful. we have had one technical issue and they returned our call in 5 minutes and came right out to make the repair. They were a bit more expensive but they had some special technology and features we really wanted. worth the extra cost.

Due to our schedules, Don came out on weekend to explain his services and options. There was a bit of a mix up about the installation day, but once it was resolved, Don came out and installed the system himself.
