It went very well. They were very responsive, on time and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

They came out to find the source of noise in our wall the afternoon following my evening call and quickly determined where the animal was even though it had ceased making loud noises. After making a very small hole over our basement steps, the service tech extracted a frightened sparrow and put him in a little cage. He then went on the roof and found the likely entry point and sealed out. Happily, the sparrow recovered from his trauma and flew off happily into the breeze. A very positive experience with a very professional and responsive company at a very reasonable cost.

The representative came out at first and explained the whole process and expectations to us and then to our neighbors whose yard was also invaded. We had concerns about the neighbors dogs, but no poisons are used -- just the traps. I like that they check traps on a schedule instead of us having to check before leaving for work and calling them. Even with that service, their price was a bit better than the other quote we got. It seemed like they missed one visit after 2 moles were caught, but otherwise the service was very good. The definitely seem to have eliminated our moles for now although nobody can ensure that the critters won't return.

They were very professional and came out the same day we called for services. They were very responsive.

They removed a total of 6 raccoons over a 10 day period of time. They checked the traps each day that they were on the property & removed all of the raccoons in a timely manner. They were very knowledgeable & professional.

They were very good about taking care of everything. The guy that came out would set traps and if they ever have to come back out again, they do it at no extra charge.

He was nice. He seemed reasonable and friendly.

It was great. Within a week they had captured 3 of them. They got rid of them forever. They charge per animal. They did an excellent job.

Couldn't have gone better. The company's service extends for a full month in the event that another animal needs to be removed. That hasn't happened but it is good to know that we would have the service if needed. Highly recommend this company.

They were very expensive but very good. I was very happy about them. They charged an initial charge to just come out and then an additional amount as well. I was very happy with their service. They took an adult male, an adult female and four babies. It took some messing with the traps in order to get the different weights of different animals. I was very pleased because in the past I have had thousands of damage to my roof. They managed to get in between the ceiling and room with a flat ceiling as animals had kept their babies there. In the past I have had many problems and I wanted to get rid of these that were hanging in and around the back yard. I lived next to the woods and all of this was in the neighborhood of this problem. They were very good. The technicians really know the animal habits and how to capture them. They were very responsive and came out very quickly. It took only few days to get rid of the animals.

Great experience from start to finish.

We called Wildlife Control Co because one morning I saw 2 raccoons in a bush next to our front porch (we had recently been seeing them in our yard during the days). They came out that day to inspect for signs of raccoons and set 1 trap (we were at work). When I spoke with them later that day, they realized they didn't set a trap near the bush where I saw them - so they returned to set another trap. One thing with this company is that you have to call every morning before 8 AM to inform them if there was a catch or no catch - otherwise they charge you $40/day and will come out to check the traps themselves. For several days, we had nothing - one day we had to call them to rebait the traps. Approx 1 week later, we had possums in both traps - which they came out to collect that day. As a part of their inspection, they identified a missing chimney cap that could result in animals crawling into the chimney. As a result, we did ask them to install a cap for us - which they did. After catching the possums, we talked & determined no other signs of rodents - and so they removed the traps, though they would return within 30 days if we had any other sightings and would not charge us for the initial inspection or trap setting (only additional animal removal). They were very responsive and easy to work with.

Their crew installed and serviced traps to keep animals away from the chimneys until the caps could be installed. When the weather broke long enough that they could access the roof safely, the caps were installed and we were done. The caps were also an issue because our chimneys have irregular shapes, and they had to be custom-finished and installed. I was very pleased with the way the problems were handled.

They came out on a cold and icy day installed the spider and temporarily closed siding hole with flashing so far no more holes or pecking. They will return to permanently seal the hole once the weather is warmer.

Wildlife Control came out to remove a dead deer that was found on the back of our property. They came out the same day we called them. Their price was very reasonable, considering the nature of the job performed. When I discovered the deer I didn't have a clue of what to do. I'm grateful that Wildlife control was there to take care of this unique task.

I received several estimates to address this issue and Wildlife seemed the most complete. They are the only one that really took the time to understand my problem. Other's just laughed off the fact that I had both squirrels and raccoons. Wildlife also proposed to fix the wood, preventing the problem from returning. It took some time to completely eradicate the problem as my house is next to a wooded area. The person that removed the animals was great to work with. They were available immediately and happily provided services despite the weather conditions. The manger, Nate, was also very informative. He even created a discount for my being an Angie's List member! I felt they really went above and beyond for my project. My only concern is that the animals are euthanized despite my living next to the wooded area. However, it's the law in the area and not in anyway lowers my opinion of Wildlife Control Company.

He came and took care of it. He knew what to put in the cage and was able to get the animal away.

The guy was knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us a list of things to do to try to make it more resistance to things getting in. He spent quite a bit of time here; it was about 1 1/2 hours. I was pleased with that, but I was disappointed that they only left a trap out for three days. The price was about average. It wasn't excessive; it was about what everybody else charges. They came within a day of my call and they were punctual. I probably wouldn't use them again because we have found somebody else that does that type of work.

I would recommend them. They answer all of my questions and I have a lot of questions.

When you hear a raccoon chattering in the middle of the night, it will wake you up! It woke up my son and me. For some reason they, the raccoons, made a lot of thumping too, so we contacted Wildlife Control immediately. They put a cap over the top of my fireplace so the raccoons couldn't get in. Wildlife had given me a much higher estimate when they first came; they reduced the cost since the raccoons didn't come back. Gladly we haven't had any problems since.

They were very nice and very professional. They showed up on time, came out looking clean & pressed. They checked the trap regularly. They were absolutely wonderful. (Even though, we never caught the skunk. We think it might have moved on.) We would use them again in the future.

This company was very professional, and took care of the wild animal on day one. Very knowledgeable about state laws as well.

Dirk, the owner, was very informative about the process and how it would evolve. Chris was the person to actually set traps, and also came to replenish them after a catch.

DIRK WAS ON TIME, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. HE HAD ALREADY TOLD ME ON THE PHONE THAT IT WOULD COST ME $89 PLUS TAX FOR HIM TO COME OUT AND GIVE ME A DIAGNOSIS. THE ''FREE ESTIMATES'' ARE THE ONES THAT HE CAN GIVE OVER THE PHONE, SUCH AS HOW MUCH IT COSTS TO TRAP SQUIRRELS IN AN ATTIC, ETC. HE EXPLAINED ABOUT HOW FAR TREE ROOTS CAN EXTEND, AND HOW AN ANIMAL COULD USE A HOLE ALREADY FORMED BY EROSION AS A HOME. HE TOLD US TO FILL IT IN WITH DIRT AND WATCH FOR SIGNS OF AN ANIMAL. IF SIGNS APPEAR, WE WERE ADVISED TO CALL HIM BACK. I DON'T REMEMBER WHETHER THE FEE I PAID WOULD BE APPLIED TO ANY FUTURE WORK. I WAS SATISFIED WITH HIS VISIT EXCEPT FOR ONE THING: I'M NOT SURE IF THIS DIAGNOSIS WAS CONSIDERED ''A SERVICE'', BUT HE NEGLECTED TO MENTION HIS COUPON IN THE LATEST ANGIES'S LIST , AND I DIDN'T DISCOVER IT UNTIL AFTER HE'D LEFT. I DIDN'T BOTHER CALLING TO ASK IF IT APPLIED TO THIS VISIT.
