I called to schedule the service with "Jessica". She was professional and polite. She went above and beyond in scheduling the appointment for a time that was not only convenient but timely since our family was moving out of the home. She was able to schedule the service on the last day my family occupied the house making the carpets look great for the new family moving in.

Had issues getting my address correct, but still got here on time. Overall took about an hour, ended up adding pet deodorizer in master bedroom, that was the main reason for the cleaning being done. Dogs have been hiding under bed and peeing, didn't notice till room started to smell and moved the bed. Was told the smell would come back but then would go away if I aired out the room. It's been almost a week, had room aired out for 4 days, smell is now worse than before the cleaning. Stains are gone, but the smell wont go away. Wanted to avoid getting new carpet but looks like I have no other choice, will say the smell being worse has given me headaches everyday. Other rooms are great, would highly suggest for normal pet free homes. Great company, friendly staff none the less.

It went very well. The communication was very positive along with the service. The only thing I wish was that they would have communicated that tax was due either when I scheduled, spoke to them or on the advertisement. I was not prepared to pay it, lucky I had some cash on me. Other than that I was very pleased, thank you!

That was fine actually. I didn't pay anything additional. They weren't as thorough but they were certainly nice and timely. They came in the time they were supposed to come. The price was very reasonable. They were pretty good in getting back to me.

I purchased big deal at the end of August and scheduled for end of September because their scheduling was out 4 weeks likely due to recent deal. I was scheduled for arrival time between 12-4 pm, I called the company at 4:05 pm when no one arrived at my house. I was told that they have long arrival windows because sometimes they run late and have add on areas. I was also told "they are actually only 5 minutes late right now" and confirmed I was on their list to clean. When she finally reached the technicians to see where they were they said they would be at my house at 5 pm. I was understandably upset after waiting 4 hours to find out they would be another hour. They were running late because a previous house requested an additional 7 areas to be cleaned. I understand the convenience of adding additional areas when you are there at the house, however the company should also take into consideration other customers and at the least call to state they are running late Needless to say after moving as lot of my furniture off the carpet I could not have my carpets cleaned that day because I had to leave the house for another engagement. Again, I was upset and the person I talked to said she would put a note for the owner to contact me, however I never received a call. I did reschedule for 2 weeks later and the technicians arrived in the appropriate window and we're professional

Everything when well, this was an Angies List deal, and everything outlined in the deal was completed in a timely and efficient manner. Carpets were cleaned well and we were happy with the service. The ONLY issue I had was in the initial scheduling; I went to the website and selected a date and thought everything was ok. However, it turned out that they did not have openings on that date, and I felt that I was responsible for having to reach back out to get a schedule done instead of being contacted to have it setup.

There was a bit of a scheduling snafu, as we were clear that we needed an appointment after 2pm. But we got a call in the morning that they were at the house, and they left a door hangar saying sorry we missed you. After a few phone calls they sent a team out in the afternoon, but only because they had another cancellation. But after all that, they did a really nice job. Two guys worked together to clean the carpets, and gave us advice on how long to let them dry before we moved things back in. The carpet looks great!

I have used carpet cleaning services from other providers before, Nationwide Cleaners is way better. The staffs are professional and experienced. They walk through the areas with me up front to gather information about the "dirty" spots and clarify the outcomes of each stains (e.g. bleach stains won't be clear completely). They then do special pre-treatment on stains and dirty areas. They also applies white carpet specific treatment through the whole area, and then do the steam cleaning. I like their attention to details. They create beautiful vacuum lines, not only on large areas, but also on stair tread and risers. They also wipe clean the wood floor areas that are adjacent to the carpet to ensure no water marks are left out. Some of my rooms have small closets. They cleaned them as well without additional charge. They gave me instructions at the end on how to make the carpet dry quickly. I can tell they truly cares about customers. I am very satisfied with the service, and will definitely use Nationwide Cleaners in the future!

We probably will not call them again. It was okay. It was just not wonderful. The carpets were so soaked. Apparently, his refractor was not working because we are still dealing with damp carpet and this is two days later. It has never taken that long before. So, I am not sure about their equipment. It was okay, but we decided we would probably go with a bigger company. I think it is just a one-man-operation nationwide. We would probably go with a larger company maybe with better equipment. The carpets look like they will be fine. Everything looks clean, but we are still not able to vacuum because it is still so damp and that is just kind of unusual that it would take that long. It is as if they did a bad job. There was the owner and he had an assistant with him and they were fine. It looks like my carpets look clean. So, I cannot complain there. It is just the fact that it is taken as long. They charged us about $25 more than the $99 Big Deal and it was because I asked for Scotch Guard on the stairs and he said that it was an extra $15 and tax was part of it. There are little squares of carpet going from inside the house out to the screened porch and other little odd pieces that usually when our carpet is clean, they just swish over those with one wipe and clean those and none of that was done. I asked him if he could do any of that and that was going to be an extra $15 for the one in the front hall. So, it just seemed like that it was a lot of add-ons, but as the Scotch Guard, I understand that they do not use that unless you request it and he did not know that until he got here and that was the extra $15. The original $99 Big Deal price was a fair price. They were here when they said they were going to be here.

I was told that they would arrive between the hours of 10am - 2pm and they arrived at 11am on the scheduled day. The team was finished by 1230. They were advised of two recent areas of concern that smelled of urine. We were told the carpets would not be dry for 6 - 12 hours and to turn the AC on to expedite the dry time. The carpets were soaked after they left! 30 hours later the carpets are still wet in some areas in 3 of the rooms and hallway. One room in particular is still pretty wet. Additionally, the areas of odor concern still smell of urine! Quality carpet cleaning FAIL. Despite their price, responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism I do not recommend. Where they should shine the most is quality carpet cleaning. That was a big FAIL. Therefore, overall I gave them an F.

Cleaning arrived at scheduled time and completely cleaned all carpet area. I few stains were treated as cleaned as best as possible.

They arrived promptly, and the work was done very professionally and efficiently. These carpets had not been professionally cleaned in years. They look great.

I received seven areas of carpet cleaning. My carpet has pretty light wear as I don't allow shoes to be worn; however, my carpet hasn't been cleaned in over two to three years. The reps were friendly, but not overly. They came out to do exactly what they said they were going to do. They were able to even get tough spot out of my carpet without having to pay for additional treatments. All in all, these guys are very straightforward, professional, and I would definitely use them again.

They did a good job cleaning the carpets and removing stains in our rental unit. They were punctual and called ahead so I could meet them there.

I joined Angies List to find a reputable company and I thought they were reputable. They scheduled an appointment with me for 9/11/2015 and advised me to move all of my furniture and everything away from vents. They never even showed up! Im 75 years old and now my house looks a mess with everything everywhere. I?m disappointed and I wouldn?t recommend them.

While I didn't get the call ahead before the technician arrived at my home, he waited patiently while I drove home from work. He cleaned my 2 recliners and love seat first. They look considerably better now. He also cleaned the carpet in 9 rooms including 2 stairways. Everything went extremely well and I highly recommend.

carpet was very dirty but they were able to remove or lighten most stains. there did seem to be excessive moisture left behind in a few spots.

Very good. The way they counted the different areas was very generous (I have many small areas like hallway to bathroom and small walk in closet). I had one area less that what I had payed in the promotion and they did my stairs to the basement (which I was not planning to have it cleaned).
