They arrived when they said they would and were very professional and courteous. While cleaning the dryer vent, another issue was discovered and they dealt with the issue at the same time.

I hired Nationwide Cleaners originally for a home home that I purchased. Throughout the entire process, they were extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of, and on time when they said they would be there. The carpet in the home I purchased was not in great shape, and they did a phenomonal job of cleaning it up, much better that I had anticipated. I was so pleased with their service and quality of work, I hired them approximately two weeks later for a property that I was in the process of selling. I was just as pleased the second time around. I will be hiring them again, and highly recommend them.

The only problem was on the steps. The carpet on the bottom step dried very dirty. It was as if the water from the machine left a pool of dirty water that didn't get sucked up. After the professional left, I noticed how wet that bottom step was and I think it was accidentally verlooked to suck the excess water/steam out.

Bought the carpet cleaning for 5 areas through the shop deals menu and contact them on 07/30, they said they will schedule me, no one reached out. I contacted them on 08/20 again asking if they were interested to complete the job as it was already paid for, no response again. Reached out on 8/22 again, no response. Finally gave them a call and they put me on schedule. I had to move the schedule out by a week due to not being able to take off. The day arrives, I take off stay home for them to be able to complete the job. Time was given as 10-2. Its 1130, no one shows up. I called and left a voicemail asking if I was indeed on schedule or not. Someone responds back around 1230 saying they had a machine breakdown blah blah and won't be able to make it that day. If you were having equipment issues, (it happens I understand) you call the customer and let them know, not wait for them to call. They asked if they can come next day, I told i can't take off or work from home again, so Will (owner?) agreed to come down Saturday from 10-2. As expected no one showed up again. I sent them a message on angieslist and no response. I didnt bother to call them this time as, if they cared about the customer, they would have the common sense to atleast contact the customer. Clearly they were too good to do the job. Very unprofessional. Hire at your own risk if you have tons of time in the world to beg them to come and do the job you are paying them to do.

Nationwide Cleaners arrived punctually for the appointment. They were friendly and professional. They completed the job efficiently and thoroughly, and even installed a quick connect vent device I had sitting around without charging me extra. I was very pleased with their work.

Workers were on time and professional. Nice job. Would use again.

The work proceeded quickly because the service I purchased did not involve any spot cleaning.

The service went well, i was charged for extra $25 for the extra area, and $65.00 for the pets spills & coffee stains plus taxes, total charge $235.00. everything went very good. all areas are all cleaned. i am very satisfied with the service. it was the 3rd time that i used them so the service is very descent, and i will use them again.

It was a little bit hard to get schedule. They just cleaned all the carpets.

Cleaning was good but I paid for 4 rooms and basically got 2 cleaned. He did not put down any plastic under tables in MBR although he did move what he could in the room. The tables and chair had metal feet so there was a risk of leaving marks on carpet since no plastic placed. Also if I had gotten notice the room would have been been cleared and more areas of the carpet cleaned.

He was wonderful. He got spots and pet stains out. He was very professional and personable. He went above and beyond to get stains out. He was clean, neat, and tidy. I highly recommend him.

As expected. Very professional. In and out in 30 minutes.

It went okay; they were on time. They were pretty good but they didn't get all the stains out of my carpet.

It's been sixteen hours since Nationwide Cleaners left my house and my berber carpet is still extremely wet...wet enough to soak the bottoms of my socks if I walk on it. I've never had carpet professionally cleaned before where it took more than a couple of hours to dry. I had never used this company before, but had a Groupon so gave it a try. I will not use them again.

I can't believe how horrible their service is. I purchased an Angie's List deal. On the day they were scheduled to come out to clean my carpet, they called to tell me they had to post-pone because their van broke down. That's okay. Things happen. However, when they didn't even show up for the re-scheduled date, I called them and they apologized once again but somehow my appointment "didn't make it on the listed appointments for the day". Finally on another appointed date, they did make it out however as they were unloading, I got an emergency call that a family member was in the hospital (obviously not their fault). When I called back to re-schedule, they told me their van had broke down again, and that I should contact Angie's List for a refund. I decided to wait for their van to be repaired 'again' since I had waited this long to get my carpet cleaned. By this time it had been several months. I rescheduled for 2/22/2017, and they didn't show up again nor call! I called to find out where they were and I was placed on hold and then hung up on!! So, I left 3 messages, and still no one has returned my call. I am utterly baffled as to how their ratings can be so high. I can't recall having such poor service from a highly rated Angie's List provider. I'm now attempting to get a refund from them, but I'm worried since they won't return my calls.

Customer service and professionalism thus far is horrible. Will be trying to get a refund from Angies's list. Carpet cleaning was scheduled to be cleaned between 12-5 on 2/4/17. At 1:30 I received a phone call stating they could not make it because they FLOODED another customer's home. I'm sympathetic to that homeowner, but expressed my annoyance that I set aside a Saturday afternoon for them to come and moved the furniture out of the areas to be cleaned, only for them to cancel. While pleasant, the rep from the company said something to the affect of, "Just think how the homeowner feels. I'm sure they are inconvenienced too." They said they would call back on Monday, 2/6 to reschedule and they never did. I sent a message and left a voicemail on 2/10 to reschedule (got voicemail and received response to message on 2/13). On the voicemail I left a date/time that would be convenient for them to come. Considering they cancelled on me the first time I thought they would make an effort to accommodate the request (asked them to come on Monday, 2/20 since I would be off of work). and was told they wouldn't be in my area again until 2/21. Looks like i will have to schedule on a Saturday which is probably 2-3 weeks out. Very frustrating. I'll be seeking a refund from Angie's List.

after initial delays and rescheduling due to service truck repairs, we finally got rescheduled and service tech arrived on time. They were very diligent and thorough in cleaning and repairing my dyer vent including crawling around in my crawlspace beneath the laundry room to remove sections of dryer vent and clean them. At the end of this service, our dryer works considerably better with a clean vent duct.

They were very professional, thorough and courteous. They took the time needed to do a very good job of carpet cleaning. I will call them next time I need carpet cleaning and may try them for their air duct cleaning too.

They arrived in the expected window, removed all the stains that they could (there were one or two that just wouldn't come out), and did their job efficiently. I paid a little over the big deal price because I wanted additional areas cleaned beyond what the deal contracted for, but I expected this.

It seemed fine till I stepped on the carpet, it was soaking wet. It took three full days to dry with ceiling fans on and windows open. It still smelled of urine. I don't think they even drew the water out of the carpet.

WASTE OF MONEY. Carpets left soaking wet and air ducts not cleaned well.

Went well; there were several spots on the stairs that one dog made, and they got pretty much all of it out. Some was on the first floor too. They did the best they could since some of the carpet is old, but it looks good. Gave me a time period of two hours and they were out here on time.

They called me right away to schedule the service. They showed up on time and were very professional. I really enjoyed the experience.

AMAZING!! They were able to get me in the same week. They showed up within the allotted window and spent a great deal of time on the carpets. They looked better than I anticipated they would - even the family room where we have a really bad traffic pattern worn in! I would call them again without hesitation!
