Description of Work: The carpets looked great after they were finished. I was surprised that after buying the deal, they wanted more money for gas etc. if that is the expectation, it should've been laid out more clearly in the deal specifics.

Description of Work: I required cleaning services after shoulder surgery. I arranged for the cleaners to come every 2 weeks - I had 6 hours cleaning (2 ladies for 3 hours) for the first visit and have had 4 hours cleaning on the second visit. I have 2 more 4 hour cleaning sessions. They have been punctual, polite and focused and managed to dust, vacuum carpets and wet mop hard floors in the whole house, incl. the basement, clean the bathrooms as well as change the master bedroom bedlinen on the first visit. They are continuing to focus on separate areas each visit so that by the end of 6 weeks the house will have had a deep cleaning - including wiping kitchen cabinets, doors and frames, inside windows, overhead fans and wooden blinds. It is a great relief for me so I can rest my arm/shoulder as required and have someone take care of the housework for me. I also have the same cleaners (Jessica and Brea) at each visit so they are familiar with what has been previously done - I have been very happy with their work.

Description of Work: I purchased a $89 deal for carpet cleaning and deodorizing of 7 areas. I had used the company in the past. The same technician came out for the job. He does great work. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon for carpet cleaning. I had 2 more areas than the coupon allowed. The technician did the extra rooms at no cost and the entire work was efficient and well performed.

Description of Work: Did a standard carpet cleaning at a place we just bought, but the technician said that it wouldn't do any good and he was right. It looked good for about 2 days and then back to not good after.
