It was good. They didn't do anything spectacular. It was clean but it was still dump. It wasn't as pretty much as I hoped.

, We left the house when he finished and were very pleased with their work.

They didn't charge anything more. They didn't get the dirt out very well in the high traffic areas. It's difficult to tell that when they're there because everything is still damp and the colors are different. But when it all dried out, I could still see, where there is traffic, they didn't get all the dirt out. I just would not use them again.

Cost of services were refunded due to details required of customer to perform services not being disclosed before purchase (some furniture could/would not be moved by either party).

Great. Technician arrived on time, was very polite and professional. Seemed to do a very thorough job as he took his time and showed us areas of exceptionally large amounts of debris. Gave us future recommendations on cleanings, etc.

I would possibly use them in the future if they had another deal.

Cleaned out dryer vent from outside and from the inside. It was helpful to find out that dryer vent was pretty clear and that it would not need this service very often.

Even though it did not work magic in our great room, the rest of the carpets looked great. The provider did explain that the family room carpet had a carpet change pattern occur due to wear and tear and they could not get it as clean as they would of liked.

Showed up on time, actually there were 2 different trucks dispatched. But the first guy was 10 mins early and had the equipment to handle both the carpets and the furniture - so he called his Supervisor who cancelled the second truck. Very professional. Did not leave a mess. Communicated what they thought were the problem areas and what I could do afterwards since all stains might not come out. Left great instructions. Wish there was a more thorough deep cleaning service option for a known trouble area (my dog got sick in one area and it would not come out, but they did get it to fade about 50%).

It went wonderful and they did more than what I expected them to do. I would have them again and I would recommend them.

It went well. They were rushing it. The whole thing was done in an hour. I was expecting it to be longer than that. They were not wearing anything under their shoe soles. I wished that they covered their soles while they were doing the cleaning. Other than that, they were fine. They completed the work on time. They arrived on time. They were well-mannered and seemed to know what they were doing.

I purchased a deal through Angie's List to have carpets in three areas of my home cleaned. I called the provider to schedule a day and time for the cleaning and the person was very polite and found a day and time that worked for both of us. The provider showed up promptly during the appointment window, was very polite and professional, and worked very efficiently to clean the carpeted areas. They did an excellent job!

I had an appointment I scheduled over a month ago for today. I called them three times today to find out where they were/when they were coming, and they finally called me back around 2:00pm this afternoon saying they'd been here and no one was home. I was here all day! Then, they also left me an invoice with a balance of $9.38 due in addition to the deal I'd already bought. They had the wrong phone number listed on the invoice and said they're not coming back today.

Employees were courteous, worked hard and were professional. Carpets were cleaned well, but equipment was old and not in the best shape. Much of the moisture was left in the carpets (much more than other cleaners I've used) taking the carpets almost a week to dry.

I was very impressed with all aspects of dealing with Nationwide Cleaners from the responsiveness of communication setting up the appointment to the team showing up a little early to start the cleaning. The carpeting we have is ~16 years old and off white. We are the third owner and when we moved in there were stains all over. I was contemplating replacing the carpeting at a cost of $9000 but decided to give it one last shot. I'm very happy with how it turned out, they were able to get stains that have been there for some time...I'm not saying they got them all out but it exceeded my expectations of what I thought they would get out. I will be scheduling a follow-up for our basement soon.

Everything went well. Tough stains have not reappeared. They do not move any furniture which I knew and didn't expect. However, they did not place protective plastic pieces underneath table or chair legs. The carpets were extremely wet and took much longer to dry than I expected. I turned on ceiling fans and placed fans in other areas to help dry out the carpet. I appreciated their punctuality and felt comfortable with them in my home.

We saw a deal on Angie's List for this company and needed to get our carpets cleaned. We paid 125.00 for 225.00 worth of services. Pretty good deal. They were prompt with answering my request for an appointment, and were available when I needed it. They told me they would be at my house between 8 and 12, and showed up within that time frame. My only issue was that I would have hoped they would have called about a half hour before arriving like most companies do. The two guys that did the work were friendly and very efficient. Would more than likely use this company again if I could find a similar deal from them.

Two personnel from the company arrived, in the middle of the promised timeframe. We agreed to the seven areas. They setup their equipment and went to work. Very professional, they did not miss a spot and would stack items to get as much treatment done as possible. They took about one hour and wrapped up and left. I will hire them again.

These 2 technicians could NOT have been nicer! They were prompt and courteous. They arrived within the window of my scheduled appointment and quickly got to work. I stood with them while they worked to see what was going on and was so happy to see that no detail was too small. Our dryer vent is tricky due to the short length and curves but each tech was able to work around those limitations and get the job done. They took their time to make sure that the vent line was absolutely clean and free of any obstructions. (I had asked to see all the lint and there was a bag full! Yuck!) I have had several other companies (over the years) come to do this service but none have been so thorough. Because of this, I kept their name and number and will be scheduling again with them the next time I need this service. Many thanks for this great job!!

I had purchased an Angie's list deal to have 7 carpeted areas cleaned. Initially, I received an email proposing a date when I was going to be out of town. I emailed to try and reschedule and didn't hear back from the company. A couple of weeks later I called to schedule an appointment and was given a three hour window (9-12 a.m.) when they would arrive to clean the carpets. They did not arrive until 12:30 a.m. on the appointed day. Once there, they were very professional and did a great job cleaning the carpets, including removing some tough stains and pet urine. I was generally satisfied with the service but have some reservations recommending them due to the scheduling issues.

They did a fantastic job. They were able to remove some stains another company could not remove a year ago. They were professional and on task. I will use them again.

Workers arrived on time and ready to work. Promptly laid out plan to steam clean the seven areas within the house that were required. Helped move furniture that needed moved and cleared areas so carpets could fully be cleaned. With two workers, one could move furniture and spot clean, while the other cleaned with their steamer. Work was very efficient and well done. Would recommend.

Arrived 2 hours earlier than discussed prior. The exhaust from the van entered my house. My co2 detector went off. So much smell from the van had to leave my house. Will not use company again.
