This was a big deal purchase. It was just okay. I just think they were really slow. The price was good. Their responsiveness was okay. Their punctuality was fine. What I did not like were the language and communication issues. They were easy to schedule and the price was good.

The team was professional and did a thorough job. I was pleased with the results.

quick and efficient and punctual; was professional; even reminded me to turn on ac because it had dehumidifier which would help in the drying process I would like to have been told I had to pay sales tax at time of purchase, angie's list needs to fix this

Cleaners arrived on time, and were professional. They came in and sprayed cleaner on the carpets and the used a steamer attached to their van to steam clean the carpets. After they left the carpets dried within a day, but a couple of the rooms the carpets dried stiff with remaining cleaner they did not steam out correctly. Would not use again.

This service was canceled and money refunded.

We had an 'emergency' on new carpet, due to a pet mishap. We tried our regular 'mass market' cleaner and they wouldnt make room for us on Saturday. Practically begged. We looked on Angie's List and found Nationwide! They check with the tech/owner and they made room for us. They came on Saturday within a couple of hours of our call . Will and his partner came quickly and went straight to work. Friendly, professional, hard working. They removed the mess and the carpet looks great. The treated the spots and areas and cleaned the entire carpet. In and out in 45 mins or so. I can't say enough good things about Will and Nationwide. I have definitely found a new cleaner and would recommend it to my friends.

The service techs were very rude and even the customer service rep was rude! In addition, they dragged the plastic hose all over the wall right in front of me. I asked the guy to please be careful on the walls and he just ignored me. When the carpets dried, they were stiff and it did not seem like they were very clean. Overall, a pretty miserable experience.

I added another area. It was $15 more. I'll probably look elsewhere. I've had other carpet cleaners that moved furniture and put pads underneath the furniture. That was the main thing that I saw they didn't do as much. They did a good job cleaning but they could have done a more thorough job. For most places, they'd probably be doing an extra job but I wasn't as pleased with them as I have been with other carpet cleaners.

It went great. The fellow that came out explained to me what he was doing, and why he was doing it. The carpet looked great when he was done.

Showed up in their time window, cleaned all the carpets and were able to get out all of the stained areas that had been bothering us. They did a good job.

We called very last minute and they were able to service us right away. We were flipping our renters and they helped us with their promptness and quality.

We purchased a dryer vent cleaning and air duct cleaning from the company from an Angie's list special offer. Scheduling was easy, they came and cleaned the dryer. When they finished cleaning the dryer vent, I asked if about the air duct cleaning, he said there wasn't one. I didn't argue since I didn't the have the deal pulled up. I later found the email/deal purchase and contacted the company and didn't receive any response or an answer. I received a blank message a couple days later and nothing since. As far as the dryer vent cleaning - It seems to have been done well.

On time, very professional. We had just purchased a home, we knew the dryer vents had not been cleaned probably since the house was built 17 years ago. We bought some additional services from the tech, he explained well what they were doing and how it would benefit us and the dryer, itself. Having priced out this work elsewhere, it was a good deal and I'm happy with the work done.

Angie's list was professional enough to give a credit to me on the part of the bill that was double charged to me, although it was the owner's responsibility of the company to do the refund! He was a jerk.

Carpet was left exceedingly wet. took 5 days to fully dry. strong odors left afterwards.

These guys were great! I am very impressed at not only how thorough they were in cleaning my vent but also that they took the time to explain what they were doing. I had never had my previous dryer vent cleaned and when it was moved due to remodeling the contractor showed me how much lint had built up and told me how dangerous it was. He urged me to have my vent cleaned annually. Nationwide advised me on what schedule I should be on. I will be using them in the future for other cleaning needs as well.

It was wonderful. They did an amazing job.

Went well. He even fixed the vent damper flap which was not closing properly causing cold draft into the dryer.
