Description of Work: He repaired masonry work on front brick steps which was fairly extensive and he also did some work on the back steps and power washed my entire driveway. He is very skilled, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

Description of Work: Mark came out and repaired some grout that was coming out of a brick joint. The work looks great. Mark cleaned up his mess and you could not even tell he was here. I am happy with the price and the work. I will use him again.

Description of Work: Mark fixed the mortar joints on my brick steps. He did the first part of the job and returned a second time to clean off the steps once the joints were dry. Mark also fixed some other joints that were not apparent on the first visit. Overall I was very pleased with his work and his customer service.

Description of Work: Mark did a phenominal job with our paver stone sidewalk and new step leading up to the front door porch. The previous contractor for the developer was negligent and Mark completely did THEIR WORK PLUS HIS! All for the same price. He was incredibly punctual from the beginning, coming over the next day for an estimate and involved us in even the most minor details regarding selection tips, layout, pattern ideas, etc. Mark called regarding updates and plans when weather interfered and prioritized our schedule when necessary. This man approaches your project like an original work of art. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and WILL USE AGAIN!!!!

Description of Work: Contacted and Mark regarding a back yard project. Mark got back with me quickly. When I explained scope of the job Mark explained that was outside his scope of work and recommended another contractor. Mark was polite and professional.

Description of Work: I had discovered a hole in my origianal house foundation that had been causing water damage below and an entry area for mice. After calling Mr Monnette ~ he offered to check the work needed. He arrived on time, gave a fair estimate, and did the repair on the spot. Though it was a small job ~ it was an importantant one when it involves the house foundation. I have used this company before and would use for any similar repairs or projects needed in the future.

Description of Work: We did not end up hiring Mark because the job we needed done was too big for what he does, but he came out in a timely fashion & gave great advice & recommendations as to how we could & who to look for to get the job done. He seemed like a heck of a nice guy.
