Mark Monnette Masonry

This was a small job and I called a few masonry companies to get an estimate. Most of them didn't respond or come out as they thought the job was too small. Mark asked me to send him a few pictures and provided an estimate. He came out on a Sunday to perform the work. He did a great job and he stuck to his estimated price even though the job was a little more involved than he originally thought. We would definitely hire Mark again.

Job went very well. Quickly returned initial call. Mark stopped by and gave an estimate and agreed to do the job as soon as he could. He called and made arrangements and was here as promised. His work looks like damage never happened. Very pleased overall.

Mark was very responsive and completed the work within a week from my first call to him. He answered all my questions about the different options on the repair work, left the job site clean and overall was very professional.

The original bricks were matched along with the mortar. The repair looks very good and was done promptly.

Mark rebuilt the chimney on my house when I bought it 21 years ago. He did a great job and I have it cleaned and inspected every year. It still looks great!

The mortar didn't match color and the repairs were obvious, initially. But Mark came back out and reworked the project to my satisfaction.

Mark called me back right away and provided service within a few days which was quite acceptable. He improved The stability of the brick foundation by replacing missing mortar.

Mark came out and took a look, said it needed to be taken apart and rebuilt from the ground up. He came back two days later and did that. Extremely pleasant to talk to: very up front, straightforward, polite and friendly. Explained everything he was going to do and why, then did exactly what he said. Will use him again in the future.

Perfectly! Mark listened to what I had in mind and made it work. He was able to make a curve in the brick walk that is even better than the original. The steps and walkway look wonderful and fit the character of the house and neighborhood. He made the area neat and ready for landscaping. I would recommend Mark, he is experienced and has an 'old school' work ethic.
