Mark Monnette Masonry

Mark was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He is extremely customer focused and he bent over backwards to make sure I was pleased. I consider myself very picky and was very pleased with the quality of workmanship.

I've used this company in the past which is why I chose them again. He was very responsive in providing an estimate and completed the work in the time frame he said he would. Mark is very meticulous, the steps look great. He is also very personable and explained the work in detail before he began.

Mark's quote was significantly less than the others and the job he did was just fine. He did a great job at matching the brick instead of the ugly gray that had been used previously.

He finished the work in record time and did a beautiful job. On top of that, he always returned calls promptly, showed up on time, and acted professionally. Mark is extremely dependable and does quality work.

Mark's original estimate was spot-on. He was timely and very responsive. Very competent and displayed very good follow-up.

Mark was very polite, and came when he said he would. He actually repaired more than was in the estimate because "it needed it". The mortar blended in with the older mortar and looked very good.

Mark, came by within a few days of my call to evaluate what needed to be done. Then did the work within a few more days. He also stopped by on a Saturday to go over some grading/landscaping issues he noticed on the property.

I was going to give him $185 but he wouldn't let me! He came out on time and was very peasant and very nice.

Mark was communicative in bidding on project, providing status and on providing a time frame for the completion of work. The other place I called, neglected to even call me back! He and his uncle completed the job quickly, professionally and with a minimum of mess. Furthermore, when I had an emergency which delayed his planned pouring of the front porch during his busiest time of year, he was still able to complete the job a couple of days later. I can't recommend him enough!

This is one really nice sidewalk. Both Mark and his uncle worked on this job together which was part of a much larger landscaping project. Mark was able to complete the job on time so that there was no delay for the work scheduled after. Even the landscaper, who is very much an 'artist' about the design, really liked the shape and position of the sidewalk. It looks fantastic, well worth the money.

He was great! I would call him again for any kind of masonry work. He replaced the chimney cap and stopped the leak, and he only charged 90 dollars for the whole thing.

The work is only one day old but it looks very good. All debris was cleared away and a caution sign posted. It appears to be very well done. I particularly like the fact that they kept the same shape for the steps, without trying to influence us to make the job easier by changing it. They were courteous, friendly and explained the process. They made sure the steps were smooth, and well formed before leaving. Overall, I think it was excellent work.

Mark Monnette got an estimate to me within a few days of getting my call. Because this was a very small job, he asked if he could do it on a weekend. He called before coming over. I was pleased with the job he did.

Mr. Monnette was an hour delayed. Worked for a total of three hours. Very pleasant person. Price seemed high ($320) since the work took a bit less than 3 hours. Next time I would ask beforehand how many hours the work would take. Can't judge the quality of work until the passage of time to see how it holds up. Would hire again if I got a good time/price ratio. Hundred an hour seems high.

The price quoted is for both jobs and he has only done the chimney repair so far. He gave us a written estimate as per our request. He was very quick to respond. He came when he said he would. We found a couple of places we thought he had missed after he finished, and he came right back out and took care of it for us. He cleaned up well, and all in all he went beyond what he had to do.

Mark provided me an estimate the day after I talked to him on the phone. He was polite and professional. Mark was honest when he told me the job was a bit too large for him. I am going to recommend Mark to everyone I know.

Mark was extremely easy to deal with. He was prompt in his responses and even performed the work on a Sunday to complete it as soon as possible. He also sealed various chips and flaws on my back patio as a courtesy.
