Description of Work: We purchased 4 windows and a sliding glass door from Lowes and they installed them. It took them from March to November to make it right. They came out and measured the windows. I let them know since I am in a condo, the windows and the doorhad to be exactly the same. When they installed the windows and doors, they had ordered the wrong door and 3 of the 4 windows were incorrect. When it rained, every single one of the windows leaked, so the installation was very, very poor. They did not punch out the weep holes in the windows. When they came out to fix them, they left the punched out holes laying around and made a mess. I called them several times and the representative at Lowes got kind of nasty. In August, I was going to be gone for a couple weeks and I was supposed to deploy in September but I had let them know I wanted to be there when they came to redo the door. When I got back in August, I gave my daughter power of attorney so she called them and they told her the door needed to be ordered, which was a lie, as I had been told previously it was at their store “in the way”. In November, I contacted corporate about the situation about the Lowes lying. They finally came out and put the door and windows in this November. I ordered the stuff in March and I can’t believe it had taken this long to install the door properly. I expected a professional job from Lowes and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Description of Work: They replaced 4 windows and a sliding patio door. Communication from lowes was good. Install was completed in one day. The installers did a great job. The salesman was positive and came up with solutions for our home including the 9 foot wide openng for the patio door.
