The people at this Lowes store have been friendly, helpful, prompt in re-ordering special order items with flaws, done a good job on kitchen design, made product suggestions. Only one sales person (in the tile department) was difficult to deal with. Given the number of trips I've made to this store lately, that is amazing and I really appreciate the customer friendly attitude.

They gave us good suggestions and did a very good job. They were professional and the quality of their work was very good. I have recommended them to many people.

Very professional and polite. Both installers were nice, did the work effeciently and cleaned up after themselves. It was a very cold day and they tried to keep the interior door closed as much as possible which was very much appreciated. They were from a Lowe's contractor named National Contracting.

They did a very good job. They came out to pre-measure and that same person installed it. Everything went well.

This was an unexpected purchase as our old washing machine broke again! I usually prefer to deal with an appliance store, but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Lowe's. They gave me the price I asked for, delivered it when promised and followed up to make sure I was happy.

There were so many problems! The day the carpet was to be delivered and installed I was at home waiting. I waited all day and nobody ever showed. I called Lowe s to inquire about why they did not show. I talked to the installation department and was advised that the carpet had been sitting in the warehouse for several weeks now. They seemed surprised that no one had called. I went to the store to personally inquire about this. I spoke with Bryan, the General Manager, and Steve, who heads the carpet and installation department. After I explained the situation, they apologized and told me that they would give me the carpet free of charge. When the carpet finally was delivered, I received a bill for the full price. I called Bryan, the GM, and he told me that someone at Lowe s had attempted to contact me to let me know the carpet was there. He blamed my answering machine and said that they had records of the call. I assured him that I was at home all day waiting and that I never got a call. The manager seemed to pull the old bait and switch and refused to keep good on his promise. I will not be doing business with this company in the future.

Mike, the salesperson, was polite, courteous, knowledgeable, clear and just a cool dude with which to deal in a fairly large, emergency purchase. We got what we needed, when we needed it, at a reasonable price. The delivery dudes were not the sharpest but to their credit, they accommodated a quirky situation and did what we asked them to do.

I had to order a stainless steel front dishwasher because it was not in stock. A week later it was ready and the Lowe's installer noticed it had been damaged, so he advised me not to get it installed. I didn't want to wait another week, so found a washer that was in stock. The old dishwasher was also going to be a problem getting out...it had been glued in under the counter top, if you can imagine! Jack did a great job not only putting in the new dishwasher, but getting the old one out. He even warned me that it could damage the counter top trying to get it out, but he did a great job...and no damage. I am thrilled with my new Maytag from Lowe's. I would highly recommend Jack and his son (Chris). Thanks, guys!

Lowe's always makes good in a bad situation.

We purchased a new garage door from Lowe's and had their service people install it. Although the door was a couple weeks later than they expected it to be, overall it was a very good experience. The installer was professional and courteous. I absolutely recommend them for garage door installation.

Installer suggested pros and cons of which way the door should open, and gave opinion on best way.

Poorly trained salespeople. They did not know anything about carpet. They seemed overworked. Not interested in selling carpet. Could not even arrange a measurement. Prices not that great.

The actual installation by Mark Adair and his assistant could hardly have been better. We purchased the doors unfinished, stained, and finished them. Mark's craftsmanship ensured that they worked as well as they looked. They spent most of the day on the job without a break and they cleaned up well after themselves inside and out on the driveway where they did the woodworking. A's for their work, but Lowe's itself brings down some grades. The pre-installation visit is just an estimate you pay for. Installation pricing listed at the store would be fair if more accurate (e.g. price for door slab does not include the obvious extra charge for the mortise work). We also purchased pre-cut casing. The cheaper 8 foot lengths would have been, according to Mark, easier to work with, and the clerks should know this. We also bought satin-nickel hinges to replace the brass hinges included on pre-hungs, and had to return to the store because the clerks sold us the incorrect style.

WE LOOKED AROUND AT SEVERAL DIFFERENT STORES FOR A REFRIGERATOR. ASK FOR AMY! SHE KNOW'S HER PRODUCTS, WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND CLEARLY EXPLAINED DIFFERENCES BETWEEN MODELS. SHE OFFERED POINTS OF CONSIDERATION, BUT NEVER PRESSURED US TO BUY ANYTHING. THEIR PRICES ARE RELATIVELY COMPARABLE TO OTHER APPLIANCE STORES, BUT THEY DID OFFER THE BEST PRICE FOR THE MODEL WE CHOOSE. ONCE WE BOUGHT THE PRODUCT WE WANTED, SHE KEPT US INFORMED ON THE ORDER'S STATUS AND THE INSTALLATION PROCESS. INSTALLATION GUYS WERE ON-TIME. THEY DID CAUSE A DING MARK IN ONE OF MY DOORWAY MOLDINGS.

THE BUYING PROCESS WAS A BIT SLOW, DUE TO ONLY ONE PERSON BEING STAFFED IN THE APPLIANCE AREA. BUT THEY HAD GREAT REBATES AND QUICK DELIVERY TURNAROUND. THEY HANDLED DELIVERY AND SETUP AS WELL.

MY HUSBAND AND I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE ENTIRE CARPET BUYING AND INSTALLATION PROCESS AT DUBLIN LOWE'S. I PURCHASED CARPET WITH THE ASSURANCE IT WOULD BE INSTALLED BY A SPECIFIC DATE (BEFORE WE MOVED INTO OUR NEW HOME). WE WERE THEN LEFT TO DEAL WITH A CONTRACTED INSTALLER, RANDY, WHO PROMISED INSTALLATION AT LEAST 3 OR 4 DIFFERENT DAYS AND TIMES. INSTALLATION WAS EVENTUALLY LATE, WE HAD TO MISS WORK REPEATEDLY EXPECTING THEM TO ARRIVE AND FINALLY OUR MOVE HAD TO BE DELAYED. RANDY THEN PROMISED LOWE'S WOULD BE SENDING GIFT CARDS TO ATTEMPT TO MAKE UP FOR THE TERRIBLE SERVICE. THE CARDS NEVER ARRIVED. THIS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED HOURS OF PHONE CALLS TO THE INSTALLERS AND LOWE'S. I EVEN PUT A STOP PAYMENT PROCESS THROUGH OUR CREDIT CARD. THEY FINALLY TOLD OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY WE WERE UNAVAILABLE TO SIGN THE FINAL OKAY AFTER INSTALLATION WHEN WE HAD ACTUALLY REFUSED TO SIGN UNTIL LOWE'S MANAGEMENT CONTACTED US AND SENT THE CARDS (THEY NEVER CONTACTED US OR SENT CARDS.)

VISITED THEIR SHOW ROOM. DECIDED TO GO WITH EAGLE FOR OUR KITCHEN REMODELING.

VERY PLEASED! EARL CHAPMAN IN THE KITCHEN DEPARTMENT IS A PRO, AND CAN REALLY GET THE MAXIMUM POTENTIAL OUT OF YOUR KITCHEN DESIGN. THE INSTALLERS WERE ALL TOP NOTCH, WORK WAS DONE ON TIME AS PROMISED, AND THE HOUSE WAS LEFT VERY CLEAN AFTER JOBS WERE COMPLETED. OVERALL, IT TOOK ABOUT A MONTH. OUR KITCHEN LOOKS SO GREAT, IT LOOKS LIKE IT SHOULD HAVE COST TWICE AS MUCH AS IT DID. EXCELLENT SUPPORT FROM LOWES IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE JOB. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE!

OVERALL, THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THE FIRST DOOR THEY BROUGHT OUT WAS DEFECTIVE. SOME MINOR SCRATCHES WERE LEFT BEHIND ON THE TRIM BUT THAT WAS TO BE EXPECTED CONSIDERING HOW THE TRIM WAS INSTALLED. LOWE'S DID NOT TELL ME THAT I NEEDED A NEW DOOR KNOB AND LOCKS. I HAD TO RUN TO LOWE'S IN THE MIDDLE OF THE INSTALL TO PICK IT UP. ALSO, THE INSTALLERS ACCIDENTALLY BROKE OFF THE DOOR SENSOR TO THE ALARM SYSTEM. UNFORTUNATELY THE WIRE WAS BROKEN DEEP INSIDE THE WALL SO THE REPAIR JOB WAS NOT SIMPLE. THEY REPAIRED IT FOR ME AT NO COST, STRINGING NEW WIRE FROM THE ALARM BOX TO THE FRONT DOOR. GOOD SERVICE!

THE INSTALLATION OF COOK TOP HAD A FEW GLITCHES. FIRST WAS TARDINESS AND THE OTHER WAS A CHIP IN THE COUNTER DURING INSTALLATION. INSTALLER SIMPLY SHRUGGED AND SAID, "OH, WELL, SOMETIMES THOSE THINGS HAPPEN". HE SAID IT COULD NOT BE FIXED, BUT THAT I MIGHT TRY TO COLOR THE CHIP WITH A MARKER. I FIND THAT RESPONSE INAPPROPRIATE.

IT WAS HARD TO GET SOMEONE TO HELP ME, BUT WHEN THEY DID THEY KNEW THE PRODUCT. THE STORE DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH EMPLOYEES. THE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION WERE REASONABLY PRICED. THE INSTALLERS SHOULD HAVE TAKEN AWAY MY OLD MICROWAVE, THEY FORGOT. I CALLED AND HE SAID HE'D COME BACK SO I PUT IT OUTSIDE, HE NEVER CAME BACK. THEY WERE PROMPT AND THE INSTALLATION WAS WELL DONE.

THE SALESMAN WAS NICE AND NOT PUSHY, THE DELIVERY CREW WAS ON TIME, DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO. IT WAS A QUICK INSTALLATION. THE PRICE WAS COMPARABLE TO THE DESCRIPTION IN CONSUMERS REPORT.

NEW DOORS ARE BEAUTIFUL AND EXPERTLY INSTALLED. THEY REMOVED THE OLD DOORS AND TOOK THEM AWAY WITH THEM. NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL ABOUT THE ACTUAL JOB. HOWEVER, THEY LEFT NO WARRANTY INFO OR BOOKLET WITH ONE OF THE DOORS. NOT OBVIOUS HOW TO REPLACE GLASS WITH SCREEN IN THE SUMMER. HAVE HAD NO LUCK GETTING THIS INFORMATION FROM THEM. THEY WANTED ME TO TAKE AN ENTIRE DAY OFF WORK, SITTING AROUND WAITING FOR THEM TO COME AND SHOW ME HOW TO DO IT. NOT AN OPTION FOR ME. I JUST WANT THE LITERATURE THAT SHOULD HAVE COME WITH THE DOOR.

WORK WITH THE STORE MANAGER TO GET HEARD. THEIR PLUMBING ASSOCIATES ORDERED AND INSTALLED THE WRONG SINKS (DESPITE EXPLICIT DIRECTION) TOOK LONGER THAN INDICATED TO REORDER AND REINSTALL, THEN PLUMBED IT WRONG AND HAD TO REDO AGAIN. AT LEAST THE MANAGER REFUNDED SOME OF THE INITIAL COSTS.
