Description of Work: Mardana and Rae did a thorough job cleaning my 2200sq.ft home, including windows, baseboards and blinds. In fact, I am requesting a quote for her to clean regularly. Also, pleasant and punctual, as well as flexible.

Description of Work: They did an extremely thorough cleaning of my kitchen, bathrooms and living room. They showed up on time (2 people) and were friendly and hard working.

Description of Work: Bought the big deal, company did not contact me to schedule service for days longer than specified in the big deal message description, once they finally did they offered dates that did not work for me. I replied and asked for different dates and they never responded to my message.

Description of Work: They cleaned on two separate occasions. When the owner was present they were exceptional. Without the owner, they were spotty and did not arrive at the agreed time.

Description of Work: Recleaning free based on my first experience being a bad one....very prompt owner and more than willing to make things right, however still not happy. |*older style sweeper |* didn't get any cobwebs or ceiling fans |*no base boards |Had to ask them to wipe tile in front of fireplace |Didn't sweep behind couch or ore vwe small dining type chair to sweep carpet...a leaf viable from my dog...still there. |*mop with a swiffer first time..rag mop 2nd...kitchen floor still dirty | |Just disappointed... Description of Work: I was solicited by the owner. She had stolen my name and contact information (as well as many other clients) from another company. I do NOT wish to use her company. If she is unprofessional enough to steal my name (and all other clients) and betray her former employer, I most certainly do not trust her to work in my home.
