Started using them 2 or 3 years ago.

It was very good. It was like January 15th or so, this year. I think it was $80. I’m happy with it. She was pregnant. They were on time. Two workers, they were good. They were just efficient and quick about it.

They have a team of two who comes in and gets right to work. They ask for input and do a great job. Bathroom Shower looks fantastic!

The ladies worked from the time they walked in until the minute they left. They did so much above and beyond! We will be using them again!!!

Arrived right on time, got right to work. Did all the things that I had requested to be done first and then did some extra's - like the bookshelves and windowsills etc.

Very nice people who really focused on areas other service tend to ignore. Like dusting underneath lamp, figurines, windows, frames and under furniture. They worked over time and didn't charge me. A Chinese figurine was broken for which they prof used apologized and took $100 off the price of service. Would definitely use again.

I have made several phone calls and left messages. I have made several more phone calls and not left messages. I have included the best times to reach me, as well as including days and times that I would like the service.

Two person team is responsive and efficient. I'm comfortable having them in my home. I was really impressed when they rolled up my kitchen rug and cleaned under it, instead of just around it.

Ok, not as fast as others. Borrowed my rags door fell off hinges while they were cleaning.

No complaints! I inquired about their schedule before purchasing and she replied within minutes (on a Sunday even) and was able to get me in on Wednesday! Very professional and courteous on the phone and answered all my questions before I actually purchased the deal. I wasn't home when the cleaning was performed so I can't attest to how punctual the crew was but it was done before I got home from work which was perfect. I haven't noticed any glaring oversights. I had a mediocre experience with another provider so my daughter even got down on her hands and knees and ran her finger on the floor behind the toilet and it passed the white glove test! I would have hired them for monthly cleaning but it was a little pricier than some of the other quotes I'd received (bummer!)

Extremely pleasant, professional and thorough. I am thrilled and I will use this service again and would recommend the company highly if you want someone who does a great job. My house is gleaming!

The good - The 2 ladies that cleaned my apartment were prompt, thorough, and focused on the areas that I requested. My bathroom has NEVER been so clean. They were also very friendly and I felt 100% comfortable w/them in my home. The bad - Unfortunately, it took me weeks to schedule my appointment due to many, many unanswered calls and messages. So, overall this service did a great job and I would recommend them, but they need some big improvements on answering phones & responding to inquiries.

It went very well. The two workers were very prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job dusting, cleaning the two bathrooms and kitchen plus vacuuming all floor areas. They were good workers for the two hours they were here.

We have been using this service since Feb 2013. She provides a superb service for a home with three large dogs. She is prompt with all appointments and is flexible with service dates for special occasions. 2-3 cleaners provide 3 hours of service every other week for a very reasonable price. Always professional. Would highly recommend.

I arrived home at 12:45 pm for a 1:30 pm appt. Made four telephone calls to them beginning about 1:35 pm when no one had showed up. Ms. Gnagi phoned me at 1:45 pm and said they had been here "waiting" for me for over 1/2 hour. I replied that it couldn't be possible because I was sitting her by the front door waiting for them. At 1:45 p.m. my appointment start time was only 15 minutes in the past. I remonstrated with her (made a reproachful forceful protest) and she said that since I was "yelling" I should ask for a refund. I phoned the marketing manager Tony "Ron" Richards and tearfully told him my story. He said that Ms. Gnagi was calling him. He phoned me back and said because of my "outburst" they did not want my business because it wouldn't be safe for their staff. I purchased the voucher in good faith, made the appointment in good faith, left work early to meet them, and they did not honor their side of the bargain. I cannot recommend Keep Clean and Carry On.

I was VERY pleased with their service. They called to let me know they would be 5 to 10 minutes late due to heavy traffic. They worked quietly and continuously for the two hours contracted for. They were very thorough, courteous, professional and friendly. The cost to me was unusually low to me this time because I had a discount deal.

She never returned my call for services

I am absolutely delighted with this company and their services. Very professional, extremely organized, helpful--from our very first contact I felt welcomed as a client, and every interaction subsequently has been 100% positive. Their work is outstanding, and they really go the extra mile to make sure the work is done professionally and meeting high standards. I have had apartment cleanings prior to this experience, and they have been on par with what I have come to expect from cleaning service companies. They have always been relatively timely and experienced enough to get what needed to be done. Wax on; wax off. However, this experience did raise the bar. I happend to be in a pinch and needed a major apartment cleaning (with limited time for it to be done). Not only did they show up promptly on time of our scheduled time-slot, but the amount of detail was immaculate! I have a tendency to leave some "secret shopper" messes to test their reliability and attention to detail. And they had passed with flying colors. On top of the detailed work, they were friendly as well. Easy to speak with, respectful, and gracious in your home. The slums of my apartment was my kitchen; from the floors to the highest point of the cabinets were cleaned to the point they could not be cleaned any longer, as mentioned above. Next they worked on the bathrooms, and as I expected from the kitchen the bathrooms were done just as well. Every item that needed to be dusted was dusted, even the trim along the walls. Everything from then on went as well as the others. I would recommend Keep Clean and Carry On anytime to anyone!

I was astounded with how clean my house was. They got up all the dog hair! My bathrooms have not been this clean in a long time. I highly recommend this company. I thought they would come in and do a quick dusting, wipe down counters, vacuum and leave. Instead, they dusted every part of my furniture, cleaned my appliances along with the rest of the kitchen, scrubbed the bathrooms, vacuumed got all the dog hair up and hand mopped the floors. I can't say enough good things about this company.

It is not going over at all. KC and CO stole and solicited their previous employer's client information. With this information, they were able to start their new company. I am happy with the company that I use now, the company that they stole from.
