Highly recommend. The cew was professional. They worked hours in 95-100 degree weather without even taking a break. Defiantly an A+ job and company.

Joseph Tree Service charged less than most of the other tree services we checked with. JTS responded promptly to our request for an estimate, scheduled the service quickly, completed the work in just under an hour, and performed a terrific clean-up afterwards. The crew is comprised of local firefighters. It felt great to support this group of local heroes who perform tree service work during their off firefighting hours! We will definitely hire JTS if we need this type of service again!

They were extremely responsive quoting the job and subsequently performing the work. They were meticulous about cleaning off the roof and picking up all the debris. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

I called Joseph's to provide me an estimate on some root removal. As it turned out I did not have that done, but while here we did an assessment of an ash tree out back. I agreed to have it innoculated against borers. Outstanding response time and service

My interactions with the owners and employees of Joseph Tree Service were excellent from beginning to end. The removal of the tree in our back yard was completed quickly and professionally -- I was/am totally impressed. They cleaned up all debris and also took the time to nail serveral pieces of our fence back into place that had been broken down by a heavy, leaning trunk. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

We first contacted Dave Joseph last fall regarding our ash tree. He immediately diagnosed the problem and indicated that the tree could not be saved. We decided to wait until this spring to remove it, as well as the other work we needed done. He was happy to work with us on scheduling. The work was performed very efficiently and the clean up was excellent. We have used this company several times and have always been very satisfied with their work. We really appreciate being able to communicate with them by e-mail. They always respond promptly and could not be nicer to work with.

These guys were great. Very professional, prompt, and conscientious, and very reasonable prices. After the work was done, they cleaned up so well the yard actually looked better than before they started. The neighbors still talk about how quickly and competently they took down the big chinese elm tree, cut it into pieces, and cleaned it all up!

We requested an estimate via their website. They came out to our home and emailed us the estimate within a day. The estimate was the most reasonable we received and was significantly lower than several others. We had some questions and via their website requested they contact us. They responded rapidly and patiently answered all our questions. They appeared to be very knowledgeable. Upon accepting their estimate on the website we received our scheduled date via email within a few hours. We were later contacted and told they could move the work date up by a few days which made us very happy since we were concerned about the safety of a dead tree near our house if the weather became windy. They were very professional and worked quietly and very efficiently, completing the work in just over an hour. Their teamwork was impressive. They cleaned up and left the areas very neat. We never heard their voices once and their equipment was considerably quieter than we have heard when tree work has been done in our neighborhood. I would use them again for any future work and would highly recommend them to friends without any hesitation. We feel lucky to have found them through Angie's List. They did excellent work.

They were very quick to come and give an estimate, they had the right equipment to safely remove a very large tree hanging over our house, and they completed everything we had agreed upon. Very nice and professional crew.

First of all, they started setting up in my next door neighbors driveway. I went running out to alert them only to find out that they had already spoken with the neighbors and had gotten their permission to use their driveway. They cut the tree down and instead of stacking the wood on the opposite side of the bridge, where it would be easier for them, they stacked the wood on the house side of the bridge so it would be easier for me to move. Amazing. So reliable and they also cleaned everything up. Excellent work!

Joseph's Tree Service was very professional. Dave Joseph is incredibly responsive both on e-mail and over the phone. The work was done well and clean up was very good. My only criticism is that we didn't get a chance to walk through exactly how Joseph's was going to trim the trees, and we thought they might have trimmed more off our front tree than we were expecting. However, when I questioned this, Dave got back to me right away with an explanation of why they trimmed the tree the way they did, which made sense. I would have only liked to have been able to talk it through before the work was done. Also, Dave was great around the invoice -- I failed to mention an Angie's list coupon when I hired them and paid the bill without the coupon being applied. I mentioned this to him, and Dave immediately said they would send me a check to cover the discount.

Would not hesitate to use again. Dave is super nice. Great job at a fair price!

I came home at lunch and everything was so clean I thought they hadn't come yet. Then I went to the backyard and the tree was gone and it was totally clean - no sign of debris. I will definitely recommend.

I requested an estimate for the removal of the tree using their online estimate request system, which was easy as well as convenient. Their response was prompt and courteous. When I had questions about their procedure, I received answers directly from the owner on the same day. I believed the estimate to be quite fair by way of comparison with another service, so I approved the estimate. They provided a clear date for the removal (though it was two weeks away) and removed the tree on schedule. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness of the work area after removal; not so much as a leaf remained. Their stump-grinder was not functioning that day so it took about another week to remove the stump, but I wasn't billed until the job was complete, The grinding was performed neatly and professionally, and the void was filled with mulch. I was very pleased overall with the service, and would recommend Joseph Tree Service to others.

He gave me a good price. He does a great job. He worked on schedule even though it was raining. He was very friendly. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. We were very happy with him. I would definitely use him in the future.

No problems from start to finish. They arrived on schedule, Micheal indroduced himself and immediatly got started. They answered all questions and always kept safety in mind. They worked in a very small yard with little wiggle room yet not one plant or flower was damaged and they cleaned up very well including getting up on the roof to blow all leaves and small twigs out and finished by sweeping and raking the whole area and street. This company is first-class!

I had a tree that was downed by ice. They came over and cleaed up the tree and ground up the root. Their price was very reasonable. They were prompt and on time. They were able to remove the tree very quickly despite the ground being covered with now. I would most certainly use this company in the future.

They did a good job. They were friendly and they were very prompt and they did a good job. There was one tree I had problem to cut down and I had forgotten to cut down. It was part of the estimate. They forgot to cut it. I called them the same day. They came the next day and cut it. They even apologized for not cutting it.

They removed 2 trees, one Maple and One Mulberry, not easy tasks. Both trees were in difficult to reach positions. They were quick and responsible, very impressed! I didn't think they were going to be able to do it. I would highly recommend them.

Joseph Tree Service did a fantastic job taking down 2 very tall trees in our yard. I submitted a request for an estimate online, and they were back in touch with us promptly, and returned an estimate that was very reasonable. Dave was courteous and professional throughout the process and kept me informed when some bad weather had to delay our service by a day. The next day I returned home from work to find the trees gone, the stumps ground, and no other evidence that they had even been there. A neighbor even mentioned how professional they were while working at our house. I highly recommend Joseph Tree Service and will definitely use them again if the need arises.
