The email system for requesting an estimate is great. You do not need to be home for either the estimate or the service. Everything was completed as agreed and on-time. Dave Joseph provided me with my options and then we agree on the procedure. I really like the way they do business. It is very consumer-friendly.

They took my information over the web, showed up and then e-mailed me a quote. They are the company I will be using.

Due to the weather, the work had to be delayed a bit. They were very good at keeping me informed about the date of service. They did a professional job.

Dave and his crew were outstanding! We had read the Angie's list reviews and contracted first for half of the work that was done. The job they did was thorough and the clean up was amazing. With the foundation bushes out and some of the trees gone, it made the remaining trees look out of proportion. We had a massively overgrown river birch that we tried to keep, but another storm brought down branches and we decided it was time to take it down. Dave's crew was back again and their work gave us a clean slate to put in new landscaping. We appreciate how quickly they were in contact, how they followed through on all aspects, and the amazing job that was done!

I originally contacted Joseph Tree Service last June. They were extremely professional in providing an estimate. We were not able to get to the work until this May, but they still had the estimate in their system. They arrived early in the day, trimmed our trees beautifully, and left no mess from the leaves or the removed pine. Again, they were professional and courteous. They also made sure to explain to us why it was necessary to leave some of the tiny branches on the locust tree to balance it for the health of the tree. We will definitely use them for future trimmings and would recommend them to anyone.

They were very patient when I explained to them I would need crane truck, chipper truck and dump trailer weights to send to my neighbor since they would need to put all of their trucks on his driveways. They were also very forthright about emailing their insurance coverage and their terms and conditions. They came when they said they would, took down both trees without incident, ground out both stumps and thoroughly cleaned up the area. Firefighters know how to work with heavy equipment and tricky situations.

I am very pleased with the entire job the team did. I can't say enough good things about their professtionalism, ease of discussing and follow thru of desired details and timeliness. This team worked together very well and the two trees were down and clean-up done in two hours and without any scary moments with all precautions taken.

Joseph Tree Service was very impressive. They came when they said they would. Did the work well and cleaned up. w very professional young men did the work and did it well. The price was $125 less than 4 other bids I got.

From the first visit for the estimate I was impressed. They were very competitive, responsive and professional. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. They removed the two tress but due to the time, they had to come back to grind the stumps. I was very impressed with how clean my yard looked after they cut the trees down but even more impressed with how clean it looked after they ground the stumps. Instead of just leaving a large pile of wood chips from the stumps, they actually leveled everything out and removed the excess.

We were very pleased with the response time and overall quality of the work. We contacted the company and they set up a date and time for an estimate. The estimator arrived on time and ascertained that 3 of our ash trees had Emerald Ash bore and needed to be removed. He gave us a fair price and a date for removal. A few days before the date of removal, they contacted us to confirm the work date. The day arrived and so did the workers and equipment as scheduled. Work was completed in a timely manner and all was cleaned up and hauled away. The next day one of the workers returned to complete the stump work and scrub our concrete drive where they had a small oil leak from the equipment. We were very pleased with the work. No down payment was requested and we were billed for the estimated bid after all work was complete. The tree in our back yard was quite large and had to be hauled out by a crane over the roof of our house, they were very careful as they did this. Very nice company to work with.

They had there routine down to a science. Very satisfied!!!

They had a little trouble getting the crane to reach the distance but cut down and removed the tree down without incident. There were some delays in the removal date but that was not an issue for us as they kept us informed of the delays and we were not on a deadline. While they were here, I asked then to additionally remove the spruce which they did neatly for 250. added on to the original estimate. Joseph also . took a total of 3 visits to complete the work, but as I said, the time frame was not an issue for us. They always spoke and worked in a professional manner.

Sadly I lost over 15 trees to a summer storm and the emerald ash borer. These were old trees, most were ash trees with diameters of over 18 inches. As part of the first re-landscaping efforts I needed to have10 stumps ground down in my target area. I chose Joseph Tree Service from Angies List based on the reviews. I knew they were busy but they scheduled me within a reasonable time. On the day, the work was completed in a few hours as they had the appropriate machinery and a good group of workers. They cleaned up the area. I agreed to the chips remaining as they will be incorporated into the new soil. I still have additional stumps in other areas and will call them when I need those removed. I was very pleased with their work and their professionalism.

I started seeing some signs that my ash tree in the front yard may be infected with the emerald ash borer. After doing research on Angie's List, I decided to contact Mr Joseph for a diagnosis and estimate for the tree. I went on his webpage where I explained my problem and asked him to schedule an appointment to come out. I got an email back stating when he will be out to take a look at the tree and that I did not have to present if I did not want to. I got a call from him when he was looking at my tree and he explained to me the problem. My tree was infested with the ash borer. He gave me options of treating the tree or cutting it down. I chose to cut it down. At that time, he let me know how far out they were and when he could come out to cut it down. I also received a confirmation email, which was great. All in all, the tree was cut down, stump ground out, and the yard was leveled where the roots created a little mound. Joseph tree service did a great job. The tree is gone, the yard is level, and they clean up great. They really care about the work that they do and it shows. Aside from spot in the yard where the tree used to be, you could not even tell that they were working there. They cleaned up all sawdust, clippings, and even the leaves. They did a great job. Thank you Joseph Tree Service. I have used other tree services in the past, and Joseph Tree Service exceeds in every way possible. I have already recommended them to a neighbor and friend that plan on using them next year. Thanks for a job well done. I will definitely use your service in the future.

The crew did a great job. They were quick, efficient, removed the tress and did a wonderful job with cleanup!

Thorough discussion with arborist on options during first visit. Provided advice along with quotes for service. When we decided to take frist step in service, they were prompt and efficient. They are scheduled for tree removal in two weeks.

Joseph Tree Service has been responsive and professional from the first contact. They removed the trees only a few days after the originally planned date (there was a lot of rain late September and early October) and came out shortly after to grind the stumps. We were very impressed by the clean up. It looks like they even took the ash leaves out of the gutters! I would use Joseph Tree Service again and have already recommended them to friends. There was a minor incident with my neighbor's driveway, but it was quickly resolved and all parties involved seem pleased with the outcome. Even the neighbors commented on how nice and responsive David Joseph was.

We used their website to make an appointment for an estimate and accepted the price. The work was a few weeks out because of the heavy storm damage at the end of June. They showed up the morning of the scheduled day. The crew was friendly, professional, and efficient. They took care to prevent lawn damage as they brought their equipment to the back yard. The next door neighbors happened to have another company removing one of their trees. That crew was so impressed with Joseph Tree Service, they stopped to watch our tree being removed. The cleanup from removing the tree was perfect. Because their stump grinder had a broken part the day the tree was taken down, they did not invoice us for any of the work until after they ground the stump about a week later. The cleanup was as perfect as when they took down the tree. I've had other trees taken down over the years and always had to spend some time to cleanup the last tree chips out of the lawn. Not this time!

The company came out and emailed me an estimate. He emailed and set up a date for service . The provider had great communication via email and follow up phone calls. They worked hard and efficiently. The service estimate was less expensive than the other providers I had contacted. Looking forward to using this company again.
