Description of Work: Joseph Tree Service (JTS) removed a large, dead silver maple in our backyard and ground the stump. I have dealt with three different tree services over the years and JTS was by far the best. Although they had to reschedule twice, our job was not an emergency and we were OK to do so. Their schedule was rather tight at that time of the year (I think we had some storms that caused emergency service requests for them) they were a little backed up the day they arrived and had to break our job out over two days; one day to take the tree down, one day to grind the stump; but the job was completed in a few days time. The crew leader, Evan, was very professional, competent and friendly and the whole team did a great job from beginning to end. They took as much care as possible to not destroy our yard in the process of removing the tree. I'd have JTS do work in my yard again, no doubt. I also like that I could interact with them on-line from initial estimate request through invoice.

Description of Work: The did a great job! Emailed description of estimate with pics after my online estimate request. Initially one of the trees I needed trimmed was missed, but with one email they came out and got that done too within a day or so of the email. Great company. The tree I had them cut down with stump grind was cleaned up so well you can't even tell there was a tree there. Would definitely use again and recommend to others. Would love to see them get an online payment option, but until then I'm happy to write a check. Thanks for the great work!

Description of Work: Cut down tree and ground two stumps. They were great except they drove a vehicle through my front yard and neighbors. Ground was soft and left tire tracks

Description of Work: They cut down a tree in our yard, removed all branches and debris, and ground down the stump. We also requested that they remove another large branch which was hanging over the yard, which they did for an additional charge. We have used Joseph Tree Service for many years and have always been very satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They cleared a lot if tree damage after a wind storm several years ago. They were pricey, but one of the few places that returned my call at that time. They also removed honeysuckle from my yard about 2 years ago. Both jobs went well.

Description of Work: After a terrible ice storm, large tree branches were scattered on our roof and throughout our yard. Hundreds of tiny branches littered the property. The Josephs removed the large tree, its stump and provided clean-up service. The debris was scattered everywhere, with tiny branches and pieces of the tree on the ground and on our roof. In one day, they completed this gigantic task. We were so impressed with their work that we asked them to come back and do another job that involved removing several smaller trees and their stumps from the property which they also completed quickly.

Description of Work: Removed a 25' silver tree in an area of my yard which was quite small and close proximity to the house.

Description of Work: We have a very large oak tree in our front yard and it was threatening to drop dead wood into our street. The Joseph brothers trimmed dead wood from about 60% of the tree to clean it up and make the street safer.

Description of Work: On the day of service they neatly moved our patio furniture and grill. They removed a large 12' Mulberry Tree (including stump removal) and a large leader branch from our 70 yr. Silver Maple. While they working on the maple, they noticed smaller dead branches, which they removed at no charge. There was absolutely no debris left after the job.

Description of Work: Joseph Tree Service has done two separate jobs for me over a one year period. In both cases it was the removal of mature trees that had died.
