The job could not have been better. They were very professional. They completely removed the stumps and all of the surface roots of the silver maple, which were considerable, and left the surface smooth and level after they were done. These people really work carefully and were very helpful in every instance. I highly recommend this company.

I emailed JTS for an estimate on Sunday and got a call back the next day. We negotiated a price and he came out the next week to do the job. They removed the tree and stump as well as the large visible roots on the surface. I was very happy with the results.

When they showed up we did a walk through to make sure they knew exactly what I wanted. I had to leave and run errands. When I got back a little over an hour later, they were grinding down the last tree stump. Everything looked great. You couldn't even tell where the trees had been. Everyone was very courteous. I recommend them to anyone wanting trees cut down. I will be calling them again.

They cleaned up after themselves very nicely. They were very professional. They were always on time. I would recommend them to anyone.

They do not do this service, but took a lot of time to provide me with options, methods, recommendations, and what to look for. He went way into detail and really helped me even though this is not a service they provide.

Estimate provided within 24 hours at a reasonable price, work was scheduled for about a week later. They showed up on time, did the work quickly and well, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.

Joseph Tree Service was very punctual and professional. I only used another contractor because of the pricing. Though, I will not hesitate to call Joseph Tree Service in the future should the need arise.

It's the second time I used their service. After I called for an estimate and provided with the price, we couldn't make up out mind and changed the schedule a couple of times. Dave was very understanding and not pushing at all. We finally decided to go ahead and remove the trees and bushes in the middle of the back yard. They did wonderful job, and a thorough cleanup. The whole process is very friendly and professional. Would definitely use them again if I decide to remove or prune more trees.

I submitted a request for an estimate via their website and received a telephone call the next day. They were the lowest priced tree service after getting quotes from three other vendors. The crew did a great job in removing the trees and cleaned the work area very well. I have recommended Joseph Tree Service to my neighbors.

Joseph's tree service has been wonderful to deal with. Dave kept in contact with me from the very start, he came out and gave me what I thought was a fair estimate on the project. Dave was very responsive, answering all of my e mails in a timely fashion. Since I work alot e-mail is the easiest way for me to contact with others and Joseph's tree service utilizes mobile technology very well. The day they came out to my house to remove the tree I was not home, but the arrived at my house around 10:30am and were done by 2:30. Dave contacted me while at work and let me know that everything went smooth and that they were in the process of cleaning up. When I got home they were finishing their clean up and they did a heck of a job doing that. At the moment I still have a stump in my yard from the tree but that is only because the belt on the stump grinder broke and they need to replace it. He said they should have it fixed by next week and they will be out to grind the stump as soon as the new belt arrives, he said he will not bill me untill the job is finished, which is nice, i think most contractors would want atleast partial payment. I would highly reccomend Dave and to anyone looking to get work done on trees!!!

This company is the most responsive company I have ever dealt with. Utilizing mobile technology is a great tool more companies should take advantage of! I submitted an on-line request for an estimate and within a couple hours we had begun an email dialogue to decide on day and time. The estimate was also sent electronically. I accepted it via their website, and we then (again by email) decided on a day. They came as promised, did the job (very friendly & professional), and cleaned up wonderfully. And soon after they left, the invoice was emailed to me.

While Joseph's tree was a little higher than other quotes they were the first company to contact me (30 minutes after request) and the first to come out and take a look. Dave and his brother and one other person came out when they said they would, worked quickly and cleaned up very well. The work looks good and well worth the little extra cash.

Amazing service. Never had to see or talk to anyone. Requested an estimate through their website, received an estimate the next day via email, accepted, and had my trees out in no time flat. Their estimate was below two other companies I worked with. One estimate was almost $900... Always a good idea to shop around! They told me they would be at my house to do work sometime today. I went home at lunch expecting a huge crew making a huge mess, but all I found was three empty spots where the trees used to be. No sign of any debris, and the stumps were ground down, so as to be completely hidden by the topsoil. I've already recommended Joseph's to my mom and brother-in-law, and will continue to do so in the future.

We have used this company in the past and have been very satisfied. Dave Joseph responded very quickly to my e-mail and provided an estimate the same day. He subsequently matched a lower estimate that I received. The work was done on the promised day. They did an excellent job and I will use them in the future.

My house is surrounded by trees and that?s why I need a lot of help with tree service. They have come out to my house several times and they have always done an excellent job. The price that I paid them for their last visit was less than what I usually spend. I have some big trees and when they die, they have to come down to cut them. They are punctual, as they come when they are supposed to come. They are very professional too. Joseph Tree Service is run by two brothers who are actually firemen by profession and tree service is a part time job for them. They clean up the place well after they are done with the job. They remove the branches, leaves and everything else that falls on the ground after cutting the trees. We haven?t had to call them back, as we haven?t had any particular problem.

I could not have asked for a better company to come out and service my trees. They came out and did the clean up so well that I could not tell that there had even been a storm. They even raked up the yard.

Joseph Tree employees showed up on time. They have ALL the equipment to take down large trees and reduce the majority of the tree into mulch. (The central trunks had to carried away in one of their trucks). The 65 foot tree was close to the back of our house and had electric and communications lines running on either side of it. Joseph Tree did a terrific job of removing that tree without cutting lines or causing any damage to the house.

My husband and I were very happy with Joseph Tree Service and would highly recommend them to anyone considering having a tree removed.

Scheduling an estimate was easy thanks to their website and email communication. After they came out, they emailed me a copy of the estimate that I could accept online. When I accepted the estimate, they emailed me a date for completing the work. I emailed a couple times with questions and the responses were always very prompt. Also, I received an inovice by email approximately 15 minutes after they left. We had a section of fence that was knocked down while they pulled the branches, etc. out of our backyard. The fence was loose before, and we hadn't fixed it because we knew we'd be bringing large equipment into the yard to do some work later. They took the extra time and put in the extra effort to secure the fence so I could let our dogs out in the yard without worrying. Overall a great experience!

Fantastic experience. Mike and Dave are both great to work with. Mike came out to give the estimate and both of them, along with their crew, do the work. They are very knowledgeable and very honest about what should, and shouldn't, be done to a tree even if they could sell the extra service. The estimate process is automated, including scheduling, receiving and accepting the estimate, and they followed up with a phone call to let us know when they'd be out. In addition, their price was very competitive with other bids received. I will definitely use them again the next time I need tree service.
