Description of Work: My refrigerator had stopped operating. They identified a problem with the mother board, ordered a new one and replaced it. All done very efficiently. I think it went out over 4th of July weekend or some holiday and they were the only one that responded over the weekend to set up service on Monday clearly saving me one extra day without a fridge..

Description of Work: Eric repaired the "smart board" inside the control panel of an 18-year-old microwave oven, which I want to keep as long as possible because of its superior magnetron. Normally Eric does not do electronic (breadboard) repairs but, since this was the only way to repair this oven, he tracked down a replacement relay and then installed it. The entire process, from initial inspection to final installment, was accomplished within two weeks. As usual, Eric was professional, punctual, informative and responsive. We shall continue to rely on him for our appliance repairs.

Description of Work: Dishwasher would not pump out water. He repaired that without the cost of additional parts and corrected and adjusted several items that a previous repairman overlooked. He was able to schedule the service call promply and arrived at the time he scheduled.

We have used them in the past and they have 24 to 48 hours turnaround time. If you have a broken appliance you don’t have to use paper plates and wait for them. They also locate parts by themselves if they don’t have it and fix the problem immediately.

Our fridge stopped freezing/cooling. Most of those I spoke with immediately assumed it was a closed system problem and suggested buying a new unit altogethern without even making a service call. Dublin Appliance, though, asked a few questions to learn more. He asked the brand name and then suggested an alternative based on his experience. He was correct. It was the computer board in the back. He came out the next day, replaced it, and everything was back to normal. Unfortunately about a month later, the heating element in the freezer also went out. We called him back and he waived the service call fee because it was within 30 days from his previous visit. We haven't had any trouble since.
Description of Work: Two visits. Replaced the computer board during the first trip. Replaced the heating element in the freezer. Total cost was roughly $300 for both.
