Very well but it took two visits for the repair.

She was right, and just to be safe we had an appliance guy come out from them. Surely enough that was the problem, and he explained everything. It sounded like that they were trying to save us money by saving the visit, and I appreciated that.

They usually get back with you within 24 hours. They give you an honest opinion of what needs to be done. It is about $65 service call. They will give you the option if you want to have the work completed or not.

This is the second time I have used Dublin Appliance. As before, my technician was extremely polite, personable and very knowledgeable. It was obvious he knew exactly what to look for and narrowed the problem done to the broken part. He had to order the part and brought it promptly as soon as it came in. On both the initial call and the follow-up to put in the new part he was very punctual, having the office call ahead to say he was on his way. I absolutely recommend these folks to anyone who needs to have an appliance taken care of.

Eric correctly identified the problems with both appliances, ordered parts which arrived as promised the next business day and he installed them successfully when he promised. Very nice and trustworthy gentleman and would certainly use his company again.

They've been great. They did a great job. They were very punctual.

Well.....How did it go.....? With busy schedules Friday, we had my mother come to house at 8AM to wait for his "first on the list" appointment Friday with signed check for her to fill in for the $460 to $500 range we had discussed....To our surprise she calls at 1:30 or 2 and says he still hasn't been there......Wife calls Dublin Appliance and very nice girl on phone says basically "no appointments scheduled for today"......."He is n't even working today"......It's Friday afternoon, we have high school after game party and two weekend birthday parties over the holiday weekend....Bottom line is we knew we were $^%&^*&(*...... Technician called me and denied all of our CLEAR conversations....It was clear he had swallowed his tongue and realized he had forgotten us....Said ridiculous things like "we didn't set it up for sure".....I replied that he just needed to admit his mistake and not be a jerk.....It ALL went WAY down from there as i lost my temper at his RIDICULOUS denials....Like our DETAILED and I MEAN DETAILED scheduling of the thaw out Thur. PM, the authority he had to "go ahead and use the overnight" of the part TO BE CERTAIN it came in, the moving of his Thursday recommended appt to Friday to FURTHER BE CERTAIN.....Crazy....He FORGOT....Never called.....Blew the appt. and our entire holiday weekend and Friday night plans were changed as it was too busy of a day with an away varsity football game to make other rental or temporary arrangements over a holiday weekend at any cost.... The technicians handling and TOTAL lies are the probelm, NOT that a Human makes a mistake....I am an employer that has had more than 200 employees at one time. Mistakes happen, i get it.....His response was like asking the kid "who broke the lamp" and getting the wide eyed "what lamp"? So his response was basically that with the detailed plans we made, he said "the part wasn't going to be in"....REALLY? EVEN if that were the case, he never called...He had already detailed that part WAS available from supplier and he had confirmed that and knew the EXTRA cost to overnight it....He forgot, then won't take responsibility..... Summary.....This kind of action only comes from the top of a company....I have not had anyone call to apologize or try to make things right.....This company may have done well in the past but go elsewhere...We have always used Northwest Applicance and will again....Thought since we live in Dublin we would use the Dub company.....BIG MISTAKE.......

Eric is excellent. Although he was running a bit behind the scheduled window of time we were grateful that he could fix the issues in the first call. He had parts that were needed on his truck. We were prepared to have to have them ordered and have a second service call so it was a bonus that all was done in one call.

Everything went great, quick to find and fix the issue.

Technician thoroughly inspected all wiring in my double oven. He had to completely remove the oven from the wall installation, disassemble and then reassembly. Although no repair was required, he supplied the piece of mind that their was no electrical wiring issue and the oven was in good working order.

They knew exactly how to diagnosed what was wrong with my appliance, my washer. They got the parts and fixed it the next day.

Very well. They were prompt in responding and quick to repair my dryer door. Able to utilze the spare latch that came with the dryer so they saved me on spending money for an additional part.

They weren't able to fix everything, but they were very up front about the issues and did not overcharge. I would be happy to use them again.

The service technician was was great. He was very personable and informative. He explained everything he was doing and explained that if the pulley falls off again it would be best to just replace the pulley unit. It took him no time at all to fix the problem.

I had called Sear's,and was told it would be a week before I could get service. So, I checked with Angie's list.and called Dublin Appliance. I had a service tech the next day,and started doing laundry when he left. I would call this company again for any of my appliances.

Repairman was out twice. Ended up buying a new frig. The first visit, thought it was repaired. Had to come back the next week. Said it needed a part. Frig still did not run well and decided to stop spending money on it and buy a new frig.

It went very well. Eric was puntual, professional. and completed the job to my satisfaction. I would highly reommend him.

Showed up on time, diagnosed problem , corrected problem, was friendly and polite.

We've used Dublin Appliance for years. They do quality work, explain what the problem is and what to expect. Can usually schedule work within a few days and are almost always on time or very close. Highly recommended.

Called for an appointment and came out the next day. The repairman was was really great and told us what to expect from the washer and gave us a quick education about the machine. Needed to order the part and he came back and did the repair a few days later. Great experience.

Everything went very well from start to end. I called Dublin Appliance based on reviews on Angie's List. I was able to get an appointment during the time and day I wanted. The serviceman was prompt and knew immediately what the problems were. He stopped the vibrating noise by putting a bend in the bottom plate. He then addressed the icemaker. When he took it out he showed me that the icemaker motor gears were slipping. I had no other choice than to replace it. Unfortuately he would have to order it and come back another day to install it. The part came in in two days. Again the serviceman was prompt on arrival. It took minutes for him to install. At the time I was dealing with a leak with my garbage disposal as a result of a clog. He offered to not only fix the leak, but run the waste line more directly in order to avoid future clogs. It was great. He also gave me the 10% off the Angie's List member.

Dublin Appliance was prompt, professional and quick. He knew what he was doing and he has the parts. His prices are competitive.

Called and a repairman came to fix the refrigerator within hours of my call. He solved the problem and even gave me tips for electric efficiency

They found the problem and determined it was a plumbing issue which they could not repair and recommended calling a plumber. He was very professional and only charged the minimum charge for inspecting the damage. Would definitely use again.

He was running late, but my husband received a phone call letting him know this and was given a new arrival time, which was met. Good experience overall.
