Dublin Appliance responded on the same day we called. Eric stopped out, diagnosed the problem and made the repair by replacing the circuit board all within 15 minutes.

The company was punctual, professional and responsive to my need.

Very professional demeanor. He was happy to go into as much detail as I was willing to hear. Recommended that we keep the unit as long as we could as new dryers, though environmentally friendly, don't last as long as the older units.

He was great, on time, and fixed something in my stove I was afraid would result in having to buy a new one! Will use again!

Very smooth process from the call to them. Easy to schedule. Arrvied within 15 minutes of time requested and done in less than 30 minutes.

I was pleased with his work. When he quoted the price, he gave me a lower labor price and a higher price for the part. However, when it came in the part was lower in price, so he raised the labor rate. He didn't give me any credit for the part being lower in price than he had estimated. For this reason I would not use him again.

Eric was great. He called before he got here to tell me what time to expect him and wsa right on time. He looked at the washer and knew exactly what was wrong. Best part was he had the part we needed in his truck so about 45 minutes later the problem was fixed.

Great! The owner/technician came, introduced himself, and got right to business. He took a look at washer, asked me what problems I was having with washer. He gave me 2 options of what the problem could be - either one could be fixed! It was clogged with clothing, paper, etc.

Bill came 2 1/2 hours after I talked with Eric about the situation with my dryer. He called while on his way to confirm directions so I knew to expect him. He diagnosed the issue and we discussed the cost of the repair compaired to replacement and I opted to replace the dryer. I paid for the service call only. This company was EXCELLENT.

He was very good. He was not only good, he helped me get it fixed and he also gave me some advice on my washing machine after he fixed my dryer. He gave me some input on that.

Refrigerator was periodically getting stuck in defrost mode. Contacted Dublin Appliance and was called back in a timely manner. Eric was able to be on site that same day to examine the refrigerator. It appeared to be an issue with a control board. Eric promptly ordered a new board and was able to install it successfully the next day. Eric went over all components and examined the compressor as well. Eric also examined the water line to the refrigerator for any issues. Eric was very professional and answered all of my questions. I appreciated the quick turn-around on the part considering it had to be ordered. Dublin Appliance is highly recommended!

The refrigerator was down in our basement and was VERY loud. We watch TV down there and the refrigerator was interfering with the experience. I found Eric on Angie's List. I called and he was very responsive. I described the problem. He told me what he thought it was. He was able to get a replacement part the next day. The fan motor part was $80. He charges a set fee for coming out. He only charged me for 30 minutes of labor, which was great. He knew what he was doing, had the right tools, explained what he was doing as he did it. He worked very efficiently. Above and beyond that, he was a really nice, well-spoken, interesting person. I moved to the area about 9 months before. He knew so much about the area and was a great source of information that I was interested in. He was here about two weeks ago. No problems and NO noise since.

My refridgerator had completely stopped cooling the fridge and the freezer. Eric came out the same day I placed the call. He was very prompt and polite. He explained the problem and gave me correct estimates. Even though the parts had to be ordered, it was only a very short wait before it was fixed. It has worked very well ever since. I would VERY highly recommend him!!

Eric with Dublin Appliance showed up on time went right to work and clearly knew his stuff. washer fixed in minutes. found leak in frig recommended a patch which may or may not fix leak if does not fix will need new frig. Found control panel bad on dishwasher will get part cost and get back to me. He will not charge a second service call fee 54.95 if I have him fix dishwasher.Eric was able to show and explain each appliance fix/problem in clear laymen terms. I was really impressed with the quality of his work and the speed he got things done. I will use again for any appliance issues.

Repairman arrived on time and worked efficiently. Motors and blowers were replaced. One of the motors needed to be ordered and it was installed the early the next day.

Called for service on my front loader washer in the morning and it was fixed by lunchtime!

He called ahead a time as requested and was very courteous. We were having trouble with the refrigerator being too cold and frost building up on the inside near the top. He figured out right away that the seal on the door was out of place and was able to fix with this with just an adjustment. The ice maker was not working, and he determine that it was broken. He did have the parts with him and was able to replace the ice maker. We also asked him to look at the dishwasher because a seal on the door was broken and preventing the water from running. He was not able to fix this because it was due to damage done when the dishwasher was installed 2 years ago. He did right up the problem and stated it was due to incorrect installation in the hope that it would help when talked to the retailer where we bought the diswasher. We were very impressed with repairman and would call them again. In fact we are thinking about calling them to install our next dishwasher, instead of using the retailer's contractor.

Eric worked with me to get scheduled quickly, called when he was 10 minutes away, was friendly and polite.

It is very complicated product and repair was not simle. Eric is extremely knowledgable and won't stop until he finds an answer. Would recommend for any large appliance repair.

They responded on a short notice and offered helpful information. We ended up not fixing the freezer, as it would be cheaper to replace it. We had the same situation arise with our dishwasher as well. We purchased the new freezer at a store by their recommendation and had them do the installation which went very well. On Thanksgiving Eve, we then had our oven go out! The worker came out to our home at 10 o'clock that evening to fix the heating element. We were frantic about company coming the next day and he put us at ease.
