A really nice guy. He is easy to work with and does a great job. Very reasonable.

This was the first time I have used their services. They were great and we would use them again in a heartbeat. They showed up on time and it took them an hour to do the work. He answered all of my questions and it was very low pressure.

Called and got ahold the owner told him I needed the gutters clean and came during the week that we went on vacation. They did a great job, we just loved the outcome. Would hire again in the future and recommend to others.

There was a minor communication problem in setting up the appointment (he thought I wanted to wait a bit longer) but once that was sorted out, the work was done as scheduled. Gutters seem to have been cleaned well and 1 screen was replaced.

I couldn't be more pleased. After reaching out to numerous companies, Kevin was responsive to my call, returning within a day, and performed the service the very next day. He was efficient, friendly and helpful when answering my questions. The price was significantly lower than other companies' quotes. We'll be hiring Arrow Gutter again next year to have gutters cleaned.

I have used him for years and will continue to do so. On this visit I felt his prices were a little high.

I left a message a week and a half ago and have received no return call.

Job went well. Kevin responded to my initial call for an estimate in a timely manner. Gave me the estimated amount to repair gutter, and we scheduled a date for him to come to repair. He repaired it on the scheduled date.

Kevin was extremely professional and thorough. He showed up to the appointment on time, answered all our questions, and finished up the job quickly. He also gave us tips to help maintain proper functionality of the gutters.

I've used him since around 1998 and have always been satisfied. He's very reasonably priced! Very nice guy and easy to work with!

The company responded to my call quickly and was able to come out the following day. Kevin arrived when he said he would. he re-attached the gutter part that had been knocked down and cleaned the gutters. He was courteous and professional. Since then we have received some heavy rain and the gutters have never worked better.

HE DID A LITTLE BIT MORE THAN WHAT WAS EXPECTED OF HIM. THE LITTLE EXTRA THINGS HE DID MADE A HUGE DIFFERENCE. WE HAD TWO OTHER COMPANIES COME OUT TO GIVE ESTIMATES AND HE WAS THE QUICKEST TO CALL BACK AND GIVE ESTIMATE. IT WAS NOT THE CHEAPEST, BUT WE ARE CERTAINLY GLAD WE USED HIS SERVICE OPPOSED TO GOING WITH THE CHEAPER SERVICES. HE WAS NOT THE MOST EXPENSIVE EITHER THOUGH.

THEY CALLED ME BACK WITHIN 24 HOURS AND SCHEDULED SERVICE QUICKLY. THEY WERE POLITE AND LEFT ME A BILL SINCE I COULDN'T BE HOME AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. I PLAN TO USE THEM AGAIN WHEN NEEDED.

COMPANY HAS AN ANSWERING SERVICE WHICH TAKES YOUR NUMBER BUT DOESN'T TAKE MESSAGES. THAT'S PROBABLY A GOOD THING. I HAD TO DO THIS FOR TWO CHANGES I WANTED TO MAKE. KEVIN CALLED ME BACK THE NEXT MORNING EACH TIME. EASY TO WORK WITH AND DID A GOOD JOB IN TIMELY FASHION. THIS IS THE THIRD YEAR HE HAS DONE THIS JOB FOR US AND CERTAINLY IS THE ONE WE'LL CALL AGAIN NEXT YEAR

THE OWNER HAD DIFFICULTY COMMUNICATING WITH HIS SUPPLIERS. EVENTUALLY HE LEARNED THAT THE FIRST ONE DIDN'T HAVE THE COLOR WE NEEDED. THE SECOND SUPPLIER HAD THE COLOR BUT DIDN'T DELIVER BECAUSE ARROW WASN'T THERE TO RECEIVE SHIPMENT. THIS IS NOW THE 3RD WEEK OF BACK AND FORTH CALLS. COMMUNICATION IS THE PRINCIPAL PROBLEM. THE OWNER HAS NO CELL PHONE. WHILE WAITING IN HIS TRUCK FOR NEARLY THREE HOURS HE INTERRUPTED ME TWICE TO ASK TO USE MY PHONE, ONLY TO LEARN THAT THE SUPPLIER'S TRUCK HAD BROKEN DOWN. THEREUPON, I CANCELLED THE ARRANGEMENT, WHICH HAD BEEN ENTIRELY VERBAL, THE ESTIMATE HAD BEEN SCRIBBLED ON A TORN SHEET OF PAPER, AND MY RESPONSE WAS RELAYED THROUGH AN ANSWERING SERVICE. SLOPPY BUSINESS. CLUE: WHERE HE SAYS UNDER SERVICES INCLUDED: 'INSTALLATION IF NEEDED' MEANS INSTALLATION IS NOT WHAT HE LIKES TO DO. THE OWNER IS AS UNIMAGINATIVE AND UNOBSERVANT AS HE IS UNCOMMUNICATIVE.

A MAN TOOK MY NAME/NUMBER AND TOLD ME AN ESTIMATOR WOULD GET BACK TO ME. TWO WEEKS LATER AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY. AS A TYPICAL CONSUMER IN THIS COUNTRY THAT EXPECTS QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WILL SEEK ANOTHER COMPANY.

CALLED TWICE. LEFT HOME & WORK NUMBER. NEVER CALLED BACK.

GOT AN ANSWERING SERVICE. I EXPLAINED THAT I WAS EAGER TO GET AN ESTIMATE ASAP. THEY ASSURED ME THAT THE OWNER WOULD CALL ME. THAT WAS ALMOST 4 WEEKS AGO AND I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. THEY LOST A JOB FOR AT LEAST $1,500. THEY APPARENTLY DON'T NEED OR WANT NEW WORK.

HAD TO CALL THEM TWICE BEFORE THEY RESPONDED. THEY SHOWED UP PROMPTLY AT THE APPOINTED TIME AND DID THE JOB QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.

THE COMPANY NEVER RETURNED 2 PHONE CALLS I MADE TO GET AN ESTIMATE TO REPLACE MY GUTTERS.

VERY PROMPT, COMMUNICATED WELL AND ANSWERED OUR QUESTIONS. GOOD EXPERIENCE. SECOND TIME IN THE FALL WAS POOR AT RETURNING CALLS AFTER A WEEK.

HE DID THE CLEANING AND ALSO DID SOME REPAIRS. HE TOOK A LITTLE WHILE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH US. BUT, AT THE TIME OF SERVICE ALL GUTTER COMPANIES WERE VERY BUSY. HE WAS VERY PROMPT TO ANSWER QUESTIONS. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM.
