Company never bothered to contact me. It has been nearly three weeks

I had gutter "guards" installed a few years ago, but in the past year when we had heavy rains (as we are having now) a good portion of the gutter overflowed and was leaking into the basement. Upon Kevin's examination the "guards" were not keeping out anything and there was at least 11/2 buckets removed. The guards were removed and before the fall season I am buying new guards from Arrow Gutters. I had made numerous attempts to contact the original installers but never got a satisfactory solution. This happened before I became a member of Angie's List. Sometimes it takes this kind of problem before you get smarter and utilize what is available.

Kevin and his associate arrived on time and quickly got to work inspecting and cleaning gutters. It had been 18 months since my last cleaning and west-facing gutters were overflowing during heavy rain storms. The roof is steep and some of the gutters were 2 stories high. The team worked efficiently, advising of problem areas and rectified. I'll plan to hire on an annual basis.

I liked them. The price was good. He was very prompt and everything. The outcome was good. The pricing was excellent.

This is second use of Arrow Gutters.. I'm going to recommend his company to anyone needs gutters cleaned to reinstalling new ones!!

The down spout was attached as stated. It cost 85.00 for 10 minutes worth of work. Way to expensive for the amount of work performed. I find the cost unprofessional. Due to that I will not use this service again.

Kevin responded very quickly to my message I sent to him through Angie's List. He was able to come out the next day and performed all necessary work. He called me right after he was finished to provide me with an update and any recommendations etc. I will be hiring Arrow to clean my gutters as well.

They did a great job. I was so pleased. They came out when they said they would.

Kevin and one more employee arrived when promised and installed the gutter guard in about 5 hours on a new condo that had steep grades on both sides and a very high gutter on the backside. The installation was accomplished with no damage and the site was left clean. All in all a very good experience, and I would recommend Arrow Gutter to anyone wanting a professional installation at a fair price.

We used them two times this year: one was in July and another one was is August for two different issues. I am happy with the owner and his assistant. They have done a great job and are very professional and responsive. Will use them again!

We were experiencing some overflow leaking on the side of our house. Kevin came out and did an initial assessment and gave us a quote for us. He did a nice job. A week later he came out with his crew member and they added the extensions to the gutters. The work was high quality and the price was fair. They did a nice job.

They cleaned and rinsed the gutters. Most importantly, they recommended re-cleaning the gutters next June because the oak tree in my yard doesn't lose all of its leaves until spring. They also told me that roof flashing might be needed in one spot if I see any water dripping behind the gutter. I really appreciated the helpful information and advice. In my experience, most gutter cleaning is done without really thinking about the best plan for maintenance, so I highly recommend these guys.

Kevin called me back almost immediately. A rain/wind storm blew through and my gutters were overflowing. He came right out and did a great job. The price is extremely reasonable. I asked if he could add me to his list to come back later in the month - there are still a lot of leaves on the trees in my yard - and he did. Kevin is responsive, professional, reasonable and I will use him every time I need the gutters cleaned.

Promptly returned my call then arrived for estimate when scheduled. The work was scheduled around my time available. They arrived exactly when promised, completed the work and cleaned up the mess. Kevin and his helper are a credit to the world of small, honest businesses. The price quoted for cleaning and repair was surprisingly low, at $150. They went beyond the initial repair contract, but did not charge me more. I tipped them a bit more because I was very happy with their work ethic. We plan to have Arrow Gutter cleaners back twice a year.

Smooth from start to finish. Jamie was friendly and efficient. Measured and made suggestions. Gave us a quote that was in line with other quotes received. Went with Arrow because Jamie's idea for the placement of downspouts was perfect for our needs and the appearance of our property. (And it has handled all the recent downpours beautifully!) Installers were well trained, professional and kept things cleaned up. Very pleased.

He returned my call within 48 hours. They stopped by my house and gave me a detailed estimate and we scheduled a date to install new gutters over the garage. He was there on time and did an excellent job. Gave me detailed instructions on how to maintain the gutters and answered all of my questions. From what I could gather this is a one man operation and he does excellent work. He told me he cleans gutters in the fall for $50 dollars and I will ask him to add me to the list. I would recommend him without any hesitation
